I was expecting a really basic room considering the price. I was quite surprised by a decent sized room with a good sized (32") TV. Well worth the asking price.

Horrible place to stay. Can’t even call it a hotel. Filthy smell and dirt throughout. Rust on all bathroom fixtures. Spongy flooring. It’s not even funny. I would rather stay in a tent in future. We had three rooms and all were the same. Please avoid at all costs.

Very basic rooms. The hotel could be doing with a lick of paint but we didn't spend much time in room. The bed was very comfortable and it had basic provisions of tea/coffee, towels etc. Had to ask for extra pillows though as they apparently allow 1 pillow per person. Didn't see a lot of the staff but those we seen were pleasant and helpful.

Five star review is for the staff and the amazing service. We've been using them for months on and off, the rooms are immaculate. The staff are always there if you need anything and very friendly. Thank you Days Inn.

Friendly welcome — at 2 a. M — v welcome when travel weary: she won the 4th star:) Clean adequate accommodation. Décor and fittings a bit tired but everything we needed for a night's sleep and a hot shower/bath. Surprisingly quiet given its position — just off A34. Single storey design.

Polite reception. Location a bit isolated. Petrol and McDonald's near by. Rooms tidy but dated.

I stayed here on Thursday (1st March 18) night. The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. The room was spacious & clean. I would recommend staying here.

Easy access off the A30 and the village, after mini roundabout which has pub and good village store. Ignore No Entry and use access road.

Enjoyable experience. Clean room. Had a good night rest.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was comfortable and clean. Very convenient location. Very poor Wi-Fi in the room, not even enough for work files on the laptop.

Comfy bed, friendly staff and a clean room. Nothing to complain about really. Stayed in more expensive places and had complaints.

Stayed 1 night for the 1st time. Typical services inn. However room was clean and bet was comfy. Really cant complain.

Arrived late from ferry with 2 tored children. Lady on recepeption couldnt do enough for us! The room was lovely and clean. A definate again. Everything has been a pleasure.

Nice room. Clean and very comfortable. All night reception and greeted haplily in the early hours. Very good value and ideal for a stopover.

Rommanel are clean, receptionist very cordial (all 3 I met during my stay). Beds are ok. Decoration 2 out of 5 stars (but hey I just wanted to sleep so no harm done). Price is a 5 our of 5 for great cost benefit ratio. Plus, they took my dog in as well, so, just perfect! Nice HQ to keep your stuff and enjoy Winchester tourist attractions during the day. Very calm place during the night.

Awesome staff, rooms are very clean, as is the whole place. Such a nice place to stay have ended up being here months!

Wow what a dump It stinks The rooms are filthy. Dog hairs everywhere No food on site Instead walk to the expensive service station or drive into town. If I had booked it I would have booked out already. Disgusting. Extractor fan in bathroom doesn't work. Fixed shower head, water leaks from the toilet. The young lady at reception is lovely but does seem to be doing every job going.

Normally fantastic butast week, my room wasn't ready even tho I booked two days in advance and turned up an hour after check in started. The receptionist was sat down eating and listening to music who was also in charge of the rooms. I had to wait longer for my room to be cleaned and ready for me. Otherwise, beautiful place to stay to visit my husband on barracks just down the road.

It is a good place to stay in passing and has the basics necessary.

Your average motel. Clean and fine for an overnight stop, has all basic amenities including tea/coffee. Nightmare to find late at night when they shut the junctions for maintenance!

The night staff are amazing and so kind. Lovely stay. Thank you.
