Really good value place to stay in Manchester. Apartments are clean and comfortable and it 'feels' very laid-back. Staff always check me in first thing in the morning if my room is ready — which is super convenient for me, so I don't have to lug my stuff across town and back.

Great little apartments in the heart of the city, well equipped for stays of a night up to a few weeks, with friendly staff. My only reservation is that the immediate 10 — 20 metres of streets outside the foyer are still pending regeneration so might be intimidating to some. However, I would stay again.

We stayed overnight in the SACO apartments it was very clean and warm and quiet will definitely stay there again.

I was really impressed with Saco apartments, they're fully equipped with everything that you need for an overnight stay. If I want to stop overnight again in Manchester then I'd definitely book here again.

Great rooms, great service and for a great price. Close to Picadilly train station and city centre easily accessible. Only issue was the rather expensive security deposit.

This past week my family stayed at the apartments and had an exceptional stay. Staff were very friendly especially Igor — who asked us "How was your day? " when when arrived back at the hotel especially to the kids. These little comments are what you won't find in bigger hotels. Our apartment unit was very clean and obviously well kept. (There was a bit of mold in the shower but that is probably due to the fact of no real ventilation out of the washrooms) The scent of air freshener roamed the hallways. I would recommend this apartments to anyone who likes the comforts of home but in the center of the city centre. I will return to these apartments on my next visit to Manchester. Thank you.

Great apartment, clean and fairly well equipped, would liked to have had a t least one free towel change mid week perhaps. Welcome snack in the fridge was appreciated. I dont see the point of having an intercom to the front door to let your guest in but then had to go down to reception to get them as they needed a room key to use the lift! Internet good but you cant change wich device you have premium Wi-Fi on until that period expires. Only one device per voucher.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked the well stocked fridge and provisions included and made full use of these. I would certainly recommend SACO to others planning on a stay in Manchester. Two minor negatives are firstly that there really is limited potential for early check in. We weren't able to check in before a wedding at 2pm and had to take time between the ceremony and the reception to move into the apartment. Second negative was not having clear information on the car park available immediately opposite the apartments. The staff on reception advised that the car park 2 blocks away was recommended at a cost of 13 pounds for 24 hours. In fact the nearby car park was available on weekends for 3.50 pounds for 24 hours (Saturday and Sunday). Surely this fact should be known to SACO staff with such information provided to guests with cars. Even with this, a great place and a comfortable stay.

I have found SACO staff to be very cooperative, very friendly, very helpful and very welcoming. They are the people you can actually count on when its come to helping their guests. They understand the needs/issues of their guests and try their best to address them with a smile on their face and I believe this is the reason why I have been choosing SACO every time I visit Manchester and I have lived in SACO for at-least 15 months till now. SACO is located in the city center, all restaurants, bars, shopping center, central public transport (trains, buses) is at walking distance. You don't need wheels to see Manchester if you are staying at SACO. The only thing I want to see here is some kind of loyalty program that should be rewarding the guest staying in SACO. The points earned from this loyalty program could be used by guests to avail free nights in other SACO aparthotels throughout UK. This can enable long stay guests to spend some of their vacation time in UK visiting other places. None the less, SACO Manchester is my second home at the moment and there isn't anything making me feel otherwise. I wish SACO all the best, they have a great team of people working for them who understand hospitality in its true essence, hope they keep giving their best!

This is the second time I have stayed with SACO — first in London and this time in Manchester, both times the quality of the apartment was excellent with all the functionality you need for your stay in a pleasant comfortable environment. A home away from home.

A clean, modern apartment in a fantastic location which provided all the facilities we required. Helpful and friendly staff and a simple booking process. Overall a brilliant stay.

Stayed here for 5 months on a work secondment. Location is very central. Its less than 5 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly Station which will take you straight to the airport.
