The staff are unprofessional by way of their function room. They clearly do not have the customer service that would be expected. Speaking down to elderly guests and accusing some guests of disgusting and serious things… Its out of order. I wouldn't recommend at all.
The party was otherwise an absolute blast and the DJ and guys who had the photo booth was amazing. My best friend had put so much effort for her partner and her brother. This wasn't what she and her family members deserved (Staff particularly the female manager speaking rudely).

As for staying in the rooms, you do get what you pay for. Very basic rooms, freezing cold even with the radiator turned up high. We didn't have any bottles of water and had to drink from the tap. However we were able to have some in the morning once this was brought up when checking out free of charge. The breakfast is definitely filling and I'd say it is sort of value for money, though if you don't like a greasy fry up, the breakfast might not be your thing. I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel for the night again and I have been in a lot worse.
Unprofessional staff upsetting quite a few of our paying guests.
