Pretty decent. Right opposite tesco's. On the main road so if you have a room at the front you will hear traffic.

Stayed 1 night while working in area lovely place spotless good value and in good location lovely host.

Bliss a Home from home… warm very very comfotable and wonderful staff.

Stayed here just one night. Friendly welcome from Jan who also informed me they run the language school next door. Room was warm, comfortable with lovely bathroom all spotlessly clean. Didn't get chance to enjoy breakfast since I had to check out very early. But I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again myself if I was in the area.

Amazing place to stay. Alma was brilliant, the breakfast was very reasonable for £5, all needs catered for. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. We had a very difficult day ahead of us but felt calm and relaxed when we left Hazel Residence, ready to meet our challenges head on. We will be down that part of the world again and we will definitely return to Hazel.

Superb, Lovely room fitted out with top quality fittments and spotlessley clean a pleasure to stay, didn't eat there but sure the breakfast would be of the same quality, also close to many places to eat and drink, would highly recommend…

Party of 4, we had booked into a guest house in Tooting. When we arrived due to a number of horrendous factors we chose not to stay their. Sitting in the car scrambling to find a place last minute, up popped Hazel Residence. We pulled up to see a lovely Tudor guest house. We were then greeted by the most welcoming House Manager. Sceptical from our first accommodation scare, our worries were quickly nether more as we entered our room, to see lovely clean beds, linen, towels, storage and bathroom facilities. We paid an extra £5 each for breakfast which was WELL worth it, fresh pastries and boiled eggs & soldiers. For £25 each inc brekky, what more could someone ask for! Thank you very much you saved us! xxxx.

This is just great. Top notch facility, state of the art, secure access system, great staff and great cooking. I've been coming to Purley for 5 years now with a group of pupils, and I must say there's no better place for the leaders : central, easy access, highly recommended!

I was so happy to be able to stay in this guest house even just for a day on my way back to US. The host is so accommodating and kind. The place is beautiful and the room and bed is so comfortable! Surely to recommend to freinds!

I was also lucky enough to take advantage of Alma's culinary skills (alma is a professional housekeeper and chef, baker — delicious cakes and pastries), who will welcome you and make sure you have a great experience. Newly refurbished residence with nice wooden floor. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy because of the busy road, and the automatic door closer makes the doors bang hard all the time. There is no TV in the room, which is fairly unbelievable. Guests don't have a key to the front door and have to use a complicated system to get back inside.

Me and my mom where the first 2 people ever sleeping in the hazel resident, and the house is so beautiful! Good beds, own bathrooms in every room! If I lived in London, this is where I would have rented my studentroom! So thank you for this experience ☺️

I was lucky enough to visit Hazel Residence while it was in the process of renovation and was imressed by a thouthful approach to every little detail. The choice of materials is amazing, space and facilities are organised very smartly and neatly, the level of technology used is very high. This place represents a new standard of a guest house and is destinied to be always fully booked. Good luck, Hazel Residence!
