Lovely people lovely apartment very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice area.

I had a very comfortable and most pleasant stay at Kew Rooms for 4 night in May 2018. My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean. The host Geoff and his wife were very helpful and made me very welcomed. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Chance to meet people from other countries who were staying there. Location is fantastic — 7 minute walk to Kew Gardens tube and 10 minutes to Kew Gardens Park. Fully recommend Kew Rooms if you happen to be in that part of London. My rating: 4.5*/5* or 9/10

Everything excellent, the only thing that I missed was a poster that announced the B&B.

Difficult to find as no signs and on a busy road so unable to go slow enough to crawl in the car. Difficult parking as on a busy road. Upon arrival the house had a strong odour of sweat which was an instant turn off Room not as we paid for. We paid for a king sized bed with a private bathroom and ended up with 2 single beds with a double mattress pushed up again the wall behind the beds. The exclusive bathroom was a walk onto the hall way which meant being seen by other guests after the shower. It also couldn't be locked to guarantee private use which means we were unable to leave toilitries in there. Towels were limited with no bath mats and we're old and ripped. The room was in desperate need of a re-vamp. There were damp patches on the ceiling, flooring had missing edges, the furniture needs replacing as it was all damaged with holes in and there were scratches all over the walls. You wouldn't want to unpack your clothes here. Window panes were chipped and mouldy and once open wouldn't close as the 2 latches were broken! The room also needs a good clean-the blinds were covered in dust and the roller blind was covered in damp stains. House is directly under a flight path so if plane noise bothers you don't choose here. Had we booked this place for longer than 1 night we wouldn't have stayed and would have gone elsewhere. Only positive is that the owner seems friendly and we didn't have breakfast as we're not awake in time so unable to comment on this.

It's very pretty bad and breakfast! The room is clear anche the breakfast is very very good. If you want a place near the center and in a beautiful zone of London, this B&B is absolutely the best chose because the owners are so willing and friendly!

The room was nothing like the photos. It was dirty, smelt awful. A train track outside our room. (Which we were not told about) I cried on arriving, my husband rang around to try to find a different place for us to stay with no luck we had no choice but to stay there. The next day we had a phone call to say they had double booked our room and we had to leave. Even tho I had booked that room six months before.
We left and found a lovely place to stay (thank god)
Save your money and time and do not book this.
Its a horrible joke of a place.

Discusting, the pictures looked lovely until we turned up and no central heating just a plug in radiator dampness on windows carpets dirty walls with marks, we did not stay we left straight away and would not recommend to anyone and we refuse to pay for just going into the property. Ive rated 1 star as not able to do zero. Tried to talk to the owners and they didnt want to know, they took the money out off account even though we gave keys straight back to them and refused to stay and left. I warn anyone looking at this to rent, look somewhere else they are a total con, health and safety have been notified.
