The hotel is nice, close to the center.
Of the cons: no hot for breakfast (omelet, porridge, etc. ), something wash rooms that smell like diclophosa is worth.
In this regard 4 and the rest is a very decent hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean, nice rooms, great location and the customer service from all of the team we came across was just great. Really made the stay a positive experience. I was served by Shereene (I think) and she was amazing. Fabulous customer service. Will be staying again for sure.

It is a little cute hotel in Kensington. Rooms are really clean. And also wide enough for London. Staff is friendly. Price is reasonable. The downside is the noise of the street incoming from windows. Especially at night time it was uncomfortable. I asked staff to check, and after they checked it was a little better but still windows should need renovation or observation. After 8 days it was still something I couldn't get used to. Location of the hotel is great, a metro and bus station with only less than 5 mins walk is just great. The stairway was clean and so cute. In summary it was a cute hotel, but they should really renew those windows.

Good but the view on the wall is totally disappointing and awful.

When we arrived, we found some antipathic people who did not even greet us and helped to find the room.
Breakfast is full but average.
The room is miniature overlooking an empty mini courtyard shaded, no insulation you hear everything.
"Housekeeping" is not very welcoming also for the stars it has I find it abused, I was disappointed with this hotel knowing that we got the wrong hotel at the beginning which one was much better in the reception.
I advise you to pass path.

Great location and comfortable hotel. Yes the room was small but it's more than adequate for London. Two drawbacks were that despite rooms being available they wouldn't let me pay to check in early so I took a Day Use room at The Copthorne on day one and the piped music in the corridors playing constantly is very annoying as it can be clearly heard in the rooms.

A botched experience. Pre-booked rooms unavailable, unhelpful staff, truant managers and a chaotic breakfast service that was almost devoid of food let alone plates to eat it from. If you like the idea of two adults assigned to a single bed room, this is right up your alley. Otherwise, avoid!

Excellent contemporary clean hotel. As a 5 star business traveller this is a good value when paying personally. Ignore all previous poor reviews as the place and management has been refurbished and replaced.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. Recently made repairs, replaced furniture and, most importantly, plumbing! Maybe not lucky with the room-if the windows look out into the yard-well, then on the lower floors of daylight almost will not.

If I could give less than one star I would have! It was the worst hotel we have stayed in. The heater was not working and it was freezing outside. The telephone was not working and it was not changed for 4 nights so every time we wanted to call the operator we had to go down to the reception in person. The worst part was the dirty rooms. Beds were made and towels changed but garbage on the floor was left and the bathroom was not cleaned for the whole time! This is unacceptable and such a bad face of london. We are so disappointed and has the worst experience ever. The team were sorry and kept on saying sorry but they didn’t the empowerment to fix anything. I don’t recommend it at all you can find many other even 5 stars hotels for the same price and much better services.

Great budget hotel. Completely new renovated, clean and friendly staff.
The rooms are small but modern in style. In the room there are satellite TV, tea making facilities etc. And sufficient power sockets. There were even two of them, designed for German power cables.
The breakfast is more manageable, but the quality is good.
We would definitely come back.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Some teething troubles re housekeeping but generally very good. Place was clean. Would stay at this hotel again.

Heathrow to Kensington Rooms Hotel Taxi Hire.

Rooms are very small and expensive. I couldn't even stand in my shower.

These photos are not from that hotel. A porqueria by where you look. Is-pan-to-so and the care is peeeesima. Would not return nor free.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. All can be forgiven when it comes to the standard being somewhat low in some areas. But the staff is hostile! Haven't seen a smile in 5 days! Not willing to cooperate in any matters. Don't go here!

Central and economic. If you do not want to luxuries is very good.

The price is good, which is the main thing since I hate all hotels. Other than that the rooms had the radiator full blast and the window open, and the mattresses were cheap. But I didn't have to pay £300 for the Hilton.

Cheap price, free Wi-Fi, good room for the money, very pleased.

Location wise this hotel is good but our room and floor was badly controlled temperature wise and everything was very warm. We also had broken lights in the bathroom so it was near dark when using it. Overall it was a cheap (ish) place to stay for access to London.

Extremely unfriendly staff and not a bit of grace. The employees can hardly speak English. I rate all of a visit.

I have seen my share of shabby hotels and I dont mind staying in one if the price is good and the trash factor is nice. Kensington Rooms Hotel has the price of a real hotel but is completely run down. This building has not seen any investments in the last years. The photos on their web page have nothing to do with reality. There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, the bathroom was not clean. The bed was higher on one side so that I would slowly drift to the left while lying in bed. The spring mattress is so old you can feel the springs in your back. It is declared as a nonsmoker room but the whole room and bed linen smell like old cigarette smoke. The walls are thin and the windows dont close properly so that the noise level is very high. I was shocked to pay GBP 284 for three nights for this sorry excuse of a hotel.

Very good hotel. In the pizzeria opposite, don't ever eat. Bad food, inappropriate treatment, and the account increases exponentially, with service charge, incredible.

Atrocious Hotel, Please avoid this place The entire experience with this hotel was horrible for a number of reasons. The rooms shown in the pictures don't exist in the hotel, the rooms in the hotel are extremely small an unkempt. The restrooms in the room had literally no space and did not have hot water running. The hotel isn't maintained well at all as its very unpleasant in the hallways. And the staff was pretty bad at handling guests. We had 3 other guests before us having big problem with something or the other in the hotel. And instead of atleast being cordial, they were being extremely rude probably because it was the peak season and the place being located in central London will never be out of guests. I highly encourage not even thinking of staying at this place. FYI : This is my first ever review ever, no experience has ever been this bad.

They have made a charge on the card without justifying after leaving the Hotel. No one answers to emails or give any kind of explanation. Lousy.

It was the worst hotel experience ever! The room was so noisy becuz the window wouldnt close properly. At 5 am I woke up becuz of a noise from a paper bag. I thought it was the wind but when I turned on the light there was a mouse! I paid 200 GBP for 2 nights and I had to move out form the hotel 6 in the morning and the hotel manager refused to refund me even 1 night! Also, the toilet in my previous room wasn`t working! It is a dirty hotel and mice everywhere : (.

I went to this hotel 6 months ago where we had a very pleasant experience so I rebooked 6 months later only to stay at the most hideous hotel I've ever stayed in. This time the rooms were old, tatty, dirty, mouldy and tiny. So much for 'deluxe' double room! The TV didn't work. The shower door wouldn't close so had to have a shower with one hand one the door. The shower tray filled with water within 3 minutes. The shower then went freezing cold. I absolutely hated it and would never ever return.

The most disgusting hotel I've had the misfortune of being sent to with work! Mould on the walls, constant dripping from the boiler near me, taps which hadn't been cleaned in months and a general feeling of a hotel which had been left to fall to pieces. Avoid this place like the plague as you may end up catching that.

Mould on the walls. I don't know where the good reviews stayed but it must have been somewhere else. No I would not wish to put a dog in here.

The location was wonderful, minutes from the tube. Free Wifi was nice. The website states there is a bar:" Relax in our hotel bar, enjoy a smooth cocktail whilst sinking into innovatively designed furniture. " There is no bar, but across the street is the Checkmate Bar, which has a nice happy hour and very nice people working there. Now for the room. I got the single room and the room was incredibly small. I mean REALLY small. The door will not open the whole way due to it hitting the bed. It was a challenge getting my luggage in and out of the room due to this. There also also a few steps leading up to the room which also presented a challenge. The bathroom was even smaller. You have to mind the bathroom sink when using the restroom. The bowl of the sink is right in your face as you do your business. Also the shower door was an accordion type door that couldn't open all the way due to the hardware in the shower. You really have to squeeze in. The staff was really nice with the exception of one man who was short with his words and acted like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I traveled alone and the room was just OK. I don't know that I'd stay there again, but if I did, definitely not in the single room. I will say the plus sides were the location and the bed was very comfortable.

It is an ideal hotel for traveling with students. It is well located and the rooms are nice. Best is the staff working at the hotel, they are very friendly and they have been attentive to all needs from the first day until the last moment. Also helped us monitor the inputs and outputs of the students, with much peace to our four-day visit. If I return to secure London to Kensington Rooms. Not friendly, cleanliness leaves you wanting but mostly incompetent staff.
