Rooms are clean but uninspiring. Smelt of food cooked by previous guests. Road outside filled with groups of youths until late. Not quiet but it is central London.

Highly recommended to visit. It is a huge park and surrounded by greenery. The best multicultural environment you have of people from all countries, races and religions living in harmony.

The point where if it is is very comfortable, you are a walk from the metro. The apartment is lovely, it sins a bit for cleanliness.

Apartments are located in a large elderly building over 6 — 7 floors with no lift so to carry a heavy suitcase up to the top is hard work. The apartments are quite tired but clean, reasonably equipped and functional.

I like the place! Very nice near from everything. Very good location.

Great location stairs were tough to the appartment but the facilities were acceptable.

Room furnished with a bed with a small kitchen and a bathroom that is quite narrow. A little limit to the comfort level but to spend a few nights, it can go!
Attention: no elevator.
On the other hand, very well located: close to Hyde Park and 2 metro stations nearby! Ideal for visiting the city.
I would recommend this place if you think we're here just to sleep without taking the lead!

Close to 2 metro stations, on the parallel street you will find shops, pubs, supermarkets. Living area also in the evening.
Good value for money, clean and new rooms with. Change of linen every 2 days.
Negative notes: 6 floors without lift;
The small superior studio touched us was a kitchen with a bed (in the same room) and a coffee table that was also a bit in the middle of the foot.
Overall still great solution for a weekend.

Not very quiet, but it sleeps well, for the time I spent there anyway will be perfect for the late risers, who can make their breakfast quietly before spending the day in town.
Located north of Hyde Park I find it well located to visit the city. Metro stations not far, not too far from the station either (15 ' walk I think I remember) I spent three nights and I am satisfied.

The room was not the best, but to say in truth for those who like me enter the hotel only to sleep is fine! The location is nothing short of perfect, two minutes from Hyde Park and just as close to the Metro station… I would gladly return here and recommend it!

Decent accommodation, great location and secure parking around the cnr at queensway q park. But one of our rooms had rotted wooded window frames that didn't close — heaters on all night. Also, bathroom musty and not cleaned well. Fine for short stay and other room was quite fine for longer stay.

Self catering apartments close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Clean but small. Good Wi-Fi connection but paper thin walls can make this a noisy place to stay.

The location is perfect if you want to start discovering London Passing by the Hyde Park. Tube stations are around the corner, so you can gain easy access to the public transport network of the city. The rooms are simple, they offer all the amenities indicated, but nothing more. If you are off for a quick bite, try The Swan, a close-by pub.

These apartments are actually in Bayswater. Had suite 30 was upgraded apparently, had a mezemine bed overlooking the lounge, nice and quirky but very tiny, my husband is almost 6 foot and his head was almost touching the ceiling. There is a hairdryer in the room, found it on a shelf under the tv, but ladies there are NO mirrors! (a must for me) Only the one on the bathroom cabinet!. Nice little clean kitchen wouldn't actually like to cook in it though, cups, plates, kettle etc but no wine glasses (another must). Plenty of nice clean towels and 3 soaps and 3 hair and body washes are provided but the very helpful man on reception said to ask for more if we needed. Staff very friendly here and we did enjoy our stay.

Cute — not quiet and a room a bit sad. A TV coming out of a dresser is what they wanted to impress me when discovering the room:-)

Although I couldn't find my room as it was very out of the way, my stay here was great. Small room but had everything I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the bad reviews on this place. We have had great service from the staff. The apartment is well equipped and anything we have needed the staff has provided. The bed was not real comfortable, I mentioned it to the staff, we flipped the mattress, put two duvets on it and have slept great ever since. The location is exceptional being right across the street from Hyde Park, so close to two underground stations, and the next street over has wonderful restaurants and grocery stores.

Apartment rented on the 4th floor of 13 Inverness Terrace (n ° 41). Tiny, dirty (moldy all over the bathroom, no cleaning staff for 4 days), no aircon so hot in the evening… I pass over the horrible finishes. Ideal location but poor benefits… to flee!

Our party of 4 stayed this last weekend. We had apartment that slept 6. The main bedroom had a super kingsized bed. The other two rooms were twin. Extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean. Could not fault it. Would definitely stay again. I read the reviews after I had booked and a lot were awful, I was worried I had booked the wrong place to stay. Maria and her colleague on reception couldn't have more helpful and friendly. The surrounding area was very nice, quiet and safe to walk at night. Storage is available if you need to leave your luggage. Recommend.

No value for money. Stay away. No elevator and run down studios. The shower was disgusting. I will never stay there again.

Hygiene 0! Furniture are full of sheep, the trampoline bed, you sleep directly on a sheet there is even not to protect mattresses. Kitchen equipment limited… The bathroom is filthy, the joints are black… The right side is the location because everything is at hand, even for someone who doesn't speak a Word English it is easy to travel and visit!

Ok apartments. Not great that reception was 10 mins away from where I was located and the queue was also long.

Dont be stupid by pictures in the AD it is not real. Low apartment services quality. no left no paper toilet too much drunk people outside reception far away from flat My story is I booked this apartment, which looked lovely, clean and spacious from the pictures on the website away at 'lovely' apartment. HOWEVER, it was the complete opposite. I will start by saying the only 2 good things about it is the location; being a 2 min walk from waterbays was ideal for us. Also the check in was fast and easy with no faffing about. There are a number of things I am not happy about with this apartment: 1) The iron supplied was broken and had water leaking from it, which is both a massive hazard and also annoying as when I went to iron by boyfriend's shirt and water leaked out all over it and soaked it. Meaning we left to go to our dinner reservations with him looking like he had been in a water fight. 2) Small things were broken around the apartment such as the light underneath the cooker was dangling off and the remote control for the TV was broken, you couldn't change the channels properly. 3) IT WAS FILTHY! The apartment looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum or duster for a very long time. I thought the bed sheets might have been clean however they couldn't have been as we both woke up with massive BITES on our body (I'm guessing due to BED BUGS?

Extremely good location 5 min walk from bayswater and queenways and several small businesses friendly and several restaurants and fast food, but be careful for the apartments for 4 people, we had a double bed and a mini sofa only after several reception claim we have bring a mat to share his hotel is clean.
