The pictures provided are unbelievably misleading. We walk into a tiny room which was meant to be a double room, the window is wide open and broken and the curtains would not shut. The bathroom is full of mold and has wires poking outside of the walls, the shower is covered in dirt and the bathroom door is broken and won’t shut. The bed didn’t have a sheet that fit the mattress and I’m sure sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. The water was not drinkable from our ‘kitchen’. We were charged £95 for one night and that is what we were provided with. Worst hotel experience ever.

Great value for money. Extremely spacious and close by the Liverpool 1 shopping district.

Not a bad place to stay, room is stuffy needs a fan, very small bathroom but adequate, some items need attention, eg window, toilet leaking Staff friendly and have been helpful, the bed is comfortable but only a double bed size, location is very good with lots of shopping, food and useful shops in the next street, also 2 Underground stations nearby.
We would consider staying again but would also explore others in the area as other options.

Pros: friendly staff to check in and out. Great location and in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. While being near major tourist attractions. The size of the room was acceptable with microwave oven, electronic cooktop and small refrigerator in working condition. And the bed and pillows were comfortable. Two fans were in the room. The price was acceptable for the location only. Cons: the tiled floors were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting with mold and mildew above and around the bathtub, shower, and embedded in the shower curtain that was too long making you walk on it, while showering. I ended purchasing a liquid bleach gel and cleaned most of it myself, but could not get rid of the embedded mold in the shower curtain. The bathroom has poor air circulation, which allows for the mold, mildew to build up. The window shading was poor in the sense that peeping Toms could look in the apartment if they wanted. The towels appeared worn and a couple appeared washed, but dirty. The design of the apartment was unusual in that one set of cabinets were up high above the bed making them unusable unless you feel like standing on the bed. And the 2 steps going down to the bathroom were taller than normal, which could potentially lead one to having an accident. The staff are located in at 66 Inverness Ter. While the apartment was located at 32 Inverness Ter. About 50 meters down the street, which isn't indicated in the hotel advertisement.

The rooms were not similar to the pictures provided and the air-conditioner was malfunctioning. The only positive was the the location.

Absolutely brilliant definitely stay here again.

Friendly service from the moment you walk in the door! We stayed in two different rooms while in London and both comfortable and cozy, with all the appliances you need. It is in a great location, close to two underground stations, lots of restaurants and shops. If you arrive before check-in time, they allow you to leave your luggage behind the reception desk, allowing you to do what you want without having to carry your luggage around everywhere. Any problems you report are dealt with quickly and efficiently (We reported a water leak in the entrance of our building and they immediately took steps to resolve the problem). The area is fairly quiet, and the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to Kensington Gardens.

DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
We had The worst experience there, at first I want to point that the staff is rude and doesn't try to accomodate you at the best.
Then the rooms are not what we were expecting, it looked good on photos but it is not in reality, the quality of the beds is extremely poor, tiny room especially the bathroom where you literally sit next to the sink! Bathroom that totally leaked when we first use it, splashing water everywhere! But I must say they fixed it pretty quickly. The top of the main door was falling apart with massive dust coming out of it, the isolation is not good at all and you can hear absolutely everything outside or what is happening in the hotel, you will be waking up by people walking on the room at the top of yours.
To top it of there is no lift or no one to help you take your bags at the 4th floor!
Anyway do not waste your money and time to go to this place, you can find better quality, price and location somewhere else in London!
