Review of Caesar Hotel 4*

DO NOT STAY HERE! Paid for an executive room which looked nothing like the one advertised online. Had no bath so requested a room With a bath, when in the room had "no service on phone" hotel Wi-Fi could not even be located. Ordered some food — sandwiches, specifically asked for just chicken and bacon with a side of mayo. Received two pots of brown sauce, sandwich had egg in it which I hate (this was mentioned no where on the menu or I would of asked for it to be removed) Bed was actually two singles put together resulting in me and my boyfriend dipping in the middle, woke up in the middle of the night with cramp, back and neck ache. Worst sleeps ever. (Had booked to stay for 2 nights for boyfriends birthday actually wanted to checkout before I had even stayed the first night) Extremely loud — could hear the kitchen phone ringing. My boyfriend left the room and was actually able to access the basment "garden" and open my hotel window from the OUTSIDE! Asked for towels as I was staying 2 nights… Received 2 HAND TOWELS! Dinner room service awful Burgers were literally still alive! Chips had been salted to within an inch of their life! Onion rings cheap frozen brand. When complained received a phone call to say we will be charged twice from a very abrupt member of staff. Felt literally sick after biting into burger very bad stomach pains. The glass picture smashed and fell off the wall! Overall stay extremely disappointing especially after it cost so much! I would never stay here again! I would warn people from staying here. Ruined my special break away for boyfriends birthday. Parking is absolutely horrendous. No help whatsoever. No permits. Maximum parking 4 hours! Arrived at 13:45 could only park until 17:45 parking was free after 18:30, my boyfriend had to literally sit in my car from 17:45-18:30 so we didn't get a ticket! Was told "park your car in the car park" which was located at a different hotel down the road and around the corner! Bring car back later on the second night ready to check out in the morning. Had to rush as parking began at 8:30 again. Had no service in room so couldn't even call ringo to park… Cost me near enough £400.00 to stay there for 2 nights! Parking added on top! Didn't even have breakfast. Very sad and feel robbed. ; (
