I stayed here and a member of staff became verbally and physically aggressive. I alerted staff to a issue with the car park being taken up by endless hire vans despite paying for my parking space upon check in. The member of staff insisted I moved from one bay to another despite being legally parked and when I said we will leave it until the morning as it’s now 11pm she stated why are you telling me for? I then went to bed. 10 mins later I got a knock on the door it was the same member of staff so I started a voice recording. She was incredibly rude and obnoxious stating ‘it’s not her hotel I don’t own it’ when I said I was making you aware I had paid for a spot and there is none available. She then began raising her voice. I attempted to end the conversation multiple times and even politely attempted to close the door. To which she pushed the door full force open into my wife assaulting her. I raised a complaint and 5 weeks later premier inn still seem to be waiting on the hotel for information despite providing the recording. It’s not acceptable. Also this hotel has zero sound proofing and every footstep above can be heard. So at 4am when workmen are getting ready for work they wake you up. I would never stay here or with premier inn again. The room was disgustingly dirty and mould growing in bed base.
