Great value for the money I paid. Great and friendly staff. Breakfast is good but they should also offer a continental breakup as well for a lower price. Rooms a very comfortable. I would come back for sure.

Together with it's twin Ibis Budget Hotel it's located near a main motorway, but at walking distance from bus and train station as well. Connections to London city are easy and requent. There is a nearby old abbey and park area. Rooms are spacious and check in/out is easy without hassle.

My experiences at this ibis hotel have been very pleasant. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed.

It ok but as the weather get nice the price goes from £65-over a £120 for the same rooms.

Easy to get to and easy access into London not the most best surrounding but a good base for a inexpensive weekend in London.

People are super welcoming, and very pro.

Excellent stay, id say the long corridor within the room between the door and bedroom were slightly creepy (my opinion) other than that a very good stay and very Freindly staff!

Value for money is absolutely appealing. Friendly staff and my room was clean. The breakfast buffet had a very good choice for the as I said low prices. So for the money already absolute luxury. Thank you!

A classic Ibis finally quite far from downtown London but nice and with a breakfast and quality rooms.

The room was adequate, nice quiet floor. The staff working 3 in the morning on Tuesday was very polite and she helped with my luggage. Breakfast didn't have many choices though they said full English breakfast on the menu which it wasn't true. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the ibis!.

Rooms are clean, good buffet in the morning, free Wi-Fi, only it is far from the city centre otherwise great.

The hotel is nice but quite far away from central London, when you get to the hotel you have only given us the room card when you check-in, no information about the hotel (breakfast, facilities…) The staff quite dry, we have not had breakfast but the buffet is It looked pretty small.
Every morning I drank my coffee (from buffet machine, no coffee maker) Carisimo, 3 euros. We have been kind but I don't know if I would repeat.

A nice (very clean / decent) budget hotel. No frills but very comfortable. I do recommend it.

I received a room full of little flies and before I reported it to the reception my door was opened by a random woman (I suppose she was a cleaner) with Raid spray in hand. She told me shecan spray it now or leave me to do it. I decided to report it and was given another room. This time it was fine. An average hotel.

Requested a disability access room, which was 100% spot on, near the lift, wet room, bit more space perfect! Upon arrival, service was impeccable, they checked us in early which was super nice and nothing was too much hassle for them! The only thing that went against was the heat of the rooms… it was an unusually hot weekend, and I didn't even get in the bed, just laid on top! There was a unit on the wall which appeared to be air con, but didn't work, neither did the extractor in the bathroom seemingly… That being said, when I asked the front desk they sorted out a fan to my room within 5 minutes! Great place to stay, planning another trip, I'll be looking to coming back!

Check in staff a bit slow and not very helpful. Nice sized room and good Wi-Fi. Shower pressure a bit low. Food was pretty good.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly climate defective, minor damage to furnishings gives better Ibis hotels.

Stayed for work. Next to busy road but rooms quiet with good working air conditioning, plenty of sockets, kettle, good shower, recently refurbished, rooms small but good use of space. Enough parking space with security cameras and surrounded by fence (£4.00 a night). Bar serves a small menu and cold beer with outdoor seating area. Good breakfast served early. Nearby tesco with fuel. Good place to stay for work.

Great hotel with good location. Staff were amazing and very friendly throughout. Room was good size clean and bed was comfortable for great night's sleep. Amenities were just right next door. Food in the restaurant was good. What else do you expect, It was great value for money. Will return again.

Away. They don't serve breakfast. The bathroom is uncomfortable. It's modern. They have a small bar with fast food.

Fantastic hotel with easy access to excel. New refurb room and bathroom was spotless. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast experience was superb with lots of choice. Food and drinks in the evening was great and reasonably priced. Great value for money. We had a lovely stay.

Despite the funny smell as we entered the room (A window was quickly opened), we had an enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable, as was the mattress. Shower facilities were great, though it decides the temperature that you need. The staff are friendly enough, and the location was perfect. Leicester Square is only 40mins by tube. If I had to nitpick, more plug sockets would have been nice, but we managed.

Good hotel, decent cleanliness but uncomfortable location if you are travelling by public transport (the underground station of Barking is a 10 minute walk)

Location of this hotel is very convenient as it's straight off the A406 and it has parking. Room's are simple but fit for purpose although the beds aren't very comfortable. Room's have tea and coffee facilities and TV. Reception staff are friendly and the hotel has a bar and breakfast is available too.

I really loved staying here! There is a grocery store literally right next door so you can get snacks, cash, breakfast, gas, whatever you need really easily. Plus, they have an all night snack bar if you need some food when you get in late like I did. Its also in walking distance from the subway and the ride to downtown London is only about 30 minutes (like 10 stops) and an all day subway ticket only costs 12.5 GBP! My room was nice, clean, and the bed was soft. The bathroom is a little small, but it is clean and nice! The front desk people were VERY nice! The girl who worked the desk in the early afternoon was so patient and answered all my questions about driving in London, using the subway, local toll roads, etc, gave me a nice map to get to the subway, recommendations, and was just overall, very helpful. I think her name was Alice :D Minor cons: The temperature regulator in the room doesn't go very cold, so I did have to open the window to get it cool enough for my taste to sleep and that made it a little noisy cuz its by the motorway. Also, they do charge for parking 3 pounds per night, but it is also gated for extra security for you and your car. Breakfast is not included. It's like 8 pounds. I didn't try it, I just went to the grocery store and got fruit and cookies :) I would definitely recommend Ibis and I would stay there when I travel to other places/countries as well!

Good if on a budget. Rooms a bit small. Tiny prefab bathrooms. You should probably book in advance for the best rates.

Air con never worked. Staff lied to me saying it did. Ignorant team. Just laugh at you. Food cold at breakfast. Dirty curtains in room. Carpet smelled of damp. They promise that if a problem not sorted out in 20 min then its free. Total rubbish. Staff need retrained. Listen to your customers.

Great location, hotel is around 10 minutes from London excel which is perfect of visiting an exhibition. The room was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for a nights stay. The bed was very comfortable a d had a lovely memory foam mattress topper.
