Reasonable contractor rate package. Will be coming back next time I’m in the area.

Very uncomfortable bed and heating not working properly — you cannot turn heating on or off in the room unless you have plyers and move the wardrobe and the bed first! toilet seat hanging off. car park good as its secure — kitchen facilities good.

Don't let outside fool you inside is horrible something from a horror movie set would give 0 star but I had to press 1 star in order to make a post.

For £50 a night, don't expect too much. My room had a fridge, TV and fan / ensuite facilities. Large car park at rear that will cope with about 20 or so cars. That was the good bit. The bad bit now — broken toilet seat, cigarette burns in bath, broken electrical sockets, dirty walls and floors. Hair in the fridge, hair on the carpet, dirty kettle, curtains held up by dodgy screws, faulty door lock, headboard to bed falling off, dark and murky place. Owners — a simple maintenance check would go a long way! Having said all this, bed was ok even if it was two single beds put together lol The breakfast isn't served until 830am til 1030am. The dining room is a very large hall with just two tables butted together covered with a plastic tablecloth. Was enough to seat 8 people at what seemed like a picnic table. Didn't stay for breakfast. I would only ever stay here again if I was forced too. I'm not a fussy person but the need for just the basic essentials to be in working order is a must.

Absolutely FILTHY. There was a bottle of urine in my bedside cabinet and feta cheese and rotting tomato. Wouldnt move me to another room or even apologise. They just laughed. If you are desperate for somewhere to stay, really, you arent this desperate.

Wow what a dump! In my top 5 of places of where you don't want to stay, so far this is number 3! Bogeys wiped on the wall, the ensuite is full of mold, especially on the shower curtain, it nust reeks of damp! Want to use the toilet? Not a problem with stained rotten seat that's hardly bolted to the ceramic… no thanks. Ambient lighting by the bedside? No Kitchen striplight! Have a brew in the morning and stir your cup with a dirty desert spoon… erm no. Turn on the TV with a battered snotty mess of a remote… now you're taking the micky. Have a word with yourself owners! You made me write this! Horrific, you can keep your free breakfast!

It's more of a contractors hotel but surprisingly nice inside reasonable price for London.
