  For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

  You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

  • Cleaning fee: COP 25000 per accommodation, per week (varies based on length of stay)
  • Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
  We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
  • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately COP 13000 for adults and COP 13000 for children
  • Airport shuttle fee: COP 185000 per vehicle (roundtrip, maximum occupancy 4)
  • Self parking fee: COP 10000 per day
  • Bed sheets fee: COP 25000 per bed, per week (or guests may bring their own)
