How sad! You will gladly pay for an expensive pizza for the possibility to choose the ingredients and save it to your liking. Additional ingredients are also paid at $3.500 and you get a pizza without one of the ingredients you ordered and the others with too much stinginess. The worst thing is that they make the claim and tell you it's a technical mistake of the kitchen, nor do apologies ask for and less alternatives. That regret that they damage a good business proposal with bad attention!

The hospitality alone deserves 6 stars. I had a rejected transaction due to an error with my company paying. When I arrived I found this out and the attendant was more than helpful. He allowed me to use a voucher for the night. The next day the service not only cleared the matter they also gave me a reduced rate for the deluxe Suite. In addition the breakfast by the pool is fabulous and The Technology is wonderful and eco-friendly.

From six in the morning the restaurant service starts. It's nice and cozy. What hasn't been done is the preparation of scrambled, fried eggs.

La masa es perfecto y todo los sabores son ricos. The Pizza dough is perfect and all the flavours are very tasty. Mi favorito es maduro, tocineta y queso crema Philadelphia, recomendado por el jefe. My favourite is sweet plátano, bacon and Philadelphia cream cheese, recommended by the boss. El Jefe, JP aka Maluma es muy amable. El servicio es muy amigable. The boss is very kind and the service is very friendly!

The hotel very nice, the rooms not so much, the air conditioner is old and it makes a lot of noise, and the windows are not soundproof so the street noise is very high.

They should care more about the people they hire. They're not slaves. They're human! How is it possible that the receptionists have to stand on their feet the whole day and they can't sit down.

It is a fairly old hotel and this is noticeable even in its remodeled areas. The connection between the 2 towers that make up the hotel is quite confusing and not convenient (you have to take 2 elevators and cross a bridge to move from one side to the other). The breakfast buffet is excellent and the attention of events in the lounges is very good.

Everything is too pricy! well at least you will have your piece of mind!

We had a confirmed booking. On arrival we were told that they are OVER-BOOKED. They sent us to another cheap bad hotel for a night.

Me and a couple friends rented out the presidential suite for 4nights. The total for our stay was 4, 000, 000.00. We were super excited until the first day upon setting up the jacuzzi the unit would not turn on or activate the jets. After requesting service and having their engineers take a look at the unit they stated that the water needs to be up to a certain level before they activated. We asked them to fill the unit so upon return it can be used. After returning 4 hrs later we found the unit flooded the entire master suite bringing water into the hallway and the common space. We again requested service they came up and found a small hole in the unit and used silicon to fill it. They then falsely claimed the leak caused the electronics to not work and we would not be able to use the unit. I asked if it could be repaired or how would they accommodate this, the response was we can use the unit in the pool area until their master engineer comes in on Monday (that same night I found that unit was also out of order) Monday came and no one was available or able to fix the unit. We also found the 2nd full shower had issues with the head, the unit had more than half of the jets clogged. Upon check out I asked if something can be done with a small discount on the total price of our stay or if anything could be done about it. I explained to them that there was not one jacuzzi in the hotel we could use. The answer was simply no.

Just visit the conference room, is quite small, in general you see a hotel executive, it seems quite small.
