We had a lovely weekend here! There were 12 of us staying and it was brilliant. Hotel was clean, family friendly and the staff were amazing! In particular Zoe, who went above and beyond to make our stay so lovely. Rushed off her feet and juggling everything, but still attentive, friendly with fab customer service. Thank you lovely! Big shout out to the chef too! Gorgeous breakfasts and evening meal. Will definitely stay again. Thank you 😊 x.

Breakfast is superb! Staff are so friendly and helpful and made our stay extra great. Air con in this heatwave has also been amazing! Would 100% stay here again :)

Excellent staff, great rooms, great location with busses amd new 9 Elms tube stop. 2 small grocery stores very close, amd a couple of launderettes. Brealfast and dinner are also great here.

Most off the staff were lovely, but our room was very smelly, my meal was burnt, no apology given, many items out of stock, would not go back x.

2 night weekend stay for Moonwalk. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially the lovely young man on reception — Courtney. Room was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. On the downside, we had pre-booked dinner for both nights but much of the menu was unavailable. No steak, no ribs, no sea bass, no gammon, no halloumi, no pepperoni, no rocket, no cheesecake. About 10 items not available! Disapppointing and the poor staff could only apologise.

Good hotel but would ask for a room that want down stairs by the carpark quite noisy. Staff all lovely. Breakfast good but little expensive if you only want tea and toast.

Very clean and well organised, comfortable beds, fabulous air conditioning and really helpful friendly staff.

Great value for money! Firstly I would like to highlight the staff in general at the hotel, taking time out of their day to help us with automated check-in, explain of a technical issue with the lift and also during our breakfast being very attentive and happy. One small issue was the cleaning staff, who most likely have a great deal of rooms to get through, but were in our room during breakfast and when we got back, despite us checking out in a short while. The location is great, an underground stop 10 minute walk away, a bus right outside going north into the city and a supermarket just next door. The room was the usual high standard for a Premier Inn!

After booking a little further away than we thought girl on desk 30/7/18 wasn’t very helpful rooms were great breakfast good But mimi in the morning was so welcoming and so helpful made our stay in London easier after helping us organise to leave our luggage at another premier inn thanks mimi.

Superb staff! Best I've ever experienced. They couldn't have helped my parents more than they did. Outstanding! On the other hand, Premier Inn central Customer Services was useless in supporting my request for information on disability and mobility issues. I sent 3 emails and never received a response.

Very good hospitality, if visiting London this is a great low cost hotel. There are 2 shops within 50m of the hotel (Tesco express / Sainsbury's local). Just up the road at Clapham common there are a variety of shops and restaurants and a supermarket. Worth it!

Clean and quiet. Decent breakfast although there are nearby cafes with cheaper food on offer. Handy for buses to Trafalgar Square/Houses of Parliament/Whitehall and trains from Clapham Junction. Tesco Express across the street and a Sainsbury's local a couple of doors up. Staff were friendly we were on the ground floor towards the back and there was no street noise at night or early morning.

We have stayed in various premier inn hotels around the country before so we decided to stay here Xmas day while visiting friends and family nearby. We found on our arrival that there had been a computer problem that meant we were unable to just pick up our room key and drop our bag off as planned but one of the few staff available eventually led us to our room and manually let us in with a master key card. The room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. We decided to skip the breakfast option as £21.00 for the both of us to eat seemed a bit steep. As there is no public transport whatsoever on Xmas day we were disappointed to find that this hotel did indeed have limited underground customer car parking for 15 cars which had remained virtually empty as the premier inn website stated that there is no on-site parking at this hotel. Overall though it was a comfortable stay.

I had the quietest room ever in a London hotel, slept so well I missed breakfast and had to rush to get to my meeting.

My friend and I stayed here last night 24/11/2017 and from the moment we arrived we received great customer service. The room was spotless and the water very hot, with that gorgeous bed and extra pillows making it perfect. Had a fab nights sleep, very quiet room. Breakfast this morning was really tasty, a huge variety of food available and all fresh and well cooked. Will definitely stay here again. Well done Premier Inn Clapham!

We stayed in this location as our daughter lives up the road. The location ended up being perfect. On either side there is underground and overground trains. Lots of restaurants around the hotel but the hotel has a great restaurant as well. The rooms were good and super clean bathroom. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely would stay again.

A two minute walk there is an Italian restaurant Lenas excellent quality price with wood oven are neapolitan. Great for us Italians. The next time I come to London I will choose the same hotel.

Very nice staff. Good location. 30 minutes from downtown by bus. Hotel with few months in operation and all in very good condition. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Somewhat remote metro station (10-15 minutes walk). Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Guy at reception on Wednesday night was top class. Good value for money and beds the best anywhere.

The rooms are great value for money and the breakfast is good. There is a good selection of meals for the dinner at the restaurant and the hotel is a short walk from local transport routes.

Room to normal Premier standards and fine. Hate the new dining/bar layout. Beer on tap not working, high cost of bottled beers and run out of things like Doom Bar. Not good for a new hotel.
When traveling alone it's nice to be able to sit and have a few beers in an area akin to a "pub" atmosphere rather than the "cold" kitchen area this place has.
Sure it is to reduce overheads — staff etc but it drives you out to drink and to eat in the evening.
Doubly disappointed when I checked into your Felixstowe hotel to find the same set up. I've spent nothing in the hotel this evening and around £30 so far in a food pub 15 mins walk away.
I live in Salisbury where you have just started construction of a new Premier Inn. I do hope the bar isn't missing here too?

Nice newly built hotel. Everything was very clean and new (towels, bedding). Located conveniently near several bus stops and 2 grocery stores. Didn't eat in the restaurant, but it appeared to be nice.

Good basic Premier Inn, nicer because it's new. Staff friendly and good quality rooms, but bewarned it's not that near to the underground station, and the nearest station is fifteen minutes walk. I would have given far higher marks except sadly our room was "bang" next door to the lift lobby, and every time the door to the rooms corridor was opened then closed it banged closed hard into our room wall! Most annoying in the night. So avoid rooms ending in 01!. Further more, the window was frosted over so you couldn't even get a view, unless you stood on a chair to peak over the 10% of the window at the very top which had been left clear.

Newly opened hotel so everything is fresh and modern. Lovely room, bed very comfortable, they really push the good night guaranteed pledge, and they don't disappoint. Had a lovely sleep with beautiful soft sheets and pillows and best of all black out curtains. I could have easily laid in all day.

Looks small from the outside and has used the old frontage of the previous building. Great hotel inside, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Thyme restaurant was ok but not freshly battered fish on the evening meal menu which was disappointing. Not too far to walk to Clapham Common for the tube or there are plenty of buses to get into London for sightseeing. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we would use this hotel again.

Just returned from a really enjoyable stay. Great hotel. High standard of cleanliness and general upkeep. Staff were great too. A friendly and approachable manner, attentive and professional. Also, a great bus ride into London from right outside.

You'll feel welcome as soon as you enter. Just ask and the staff will do it. Staff are extremely kind and make great food suggestions albeit inside the inn or out side on the near by lively Streets full of restaurants, cafés, shops, bars and clubs. Rooms are clean and look newly refurbished. Walking to the nearest high Street is about 10 minutes but it's lovely walking in the picturesque park.
