We are here on out honeymoon and we couldn’t be more pleased with the AMAZING service at this hotel! Check-in was a luxurious experience in and of itself. We were personally escorted in and taken to a sitting room, offered any drink of our choice while they prepared our room. We are on cloud 9! Thanks so much to the amazing staff!

Very comfy bed, we slept so well. Really like the whole interior. Only reason for knocking off a star is the fact that it's a dry hotel, no alcohol, and it is not mentioned anywhere at all on the website. I can survive but it would have been nice to know and sometimes a night cap on a night away is all part of the process of winding down.

Great hotel. Wonderfully sized rooms and bathrooms for London. No alcohol on premise as it's unlicenced. Reception and staff are very quiet and leave you alone.

Real Boutique Hotel. Clean, classy, spacious and friendly. It has been my first choice lately. Book in advance.

I loved the hospitality. Very friendly staff. Rooms have numbers, only names. I spent five wonderful days here and I most probably will visit again.

Terrible service for a boutique 5 star hotel 20 minutes to check in. Would not look after bags. Spartan.

We spent a night here while catching up with friends for dinner. Positives: Great location, big rooms, and a massive bed that was easily the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in! Negatives: Check-in was confusing and staff seemed confused and poorly trained. We had trouble logging onto the Wi-Fi and staff were unable to resolve this during our stay — no mention of it for the rest of our stay, we were simply told there must be an issue with our devices (? ) The several light bulbs did not work in the room, and even one in the bathroom next to the mirror — housekeeping should easily have noticed this. Theres no mini bar in the room, only a Nespresso machine with 3 lonely coffee capsules! (? ). No milk, no coffee cups, no tea bags, no kettle. Summary: Our stay was okay, nothing wonderful. Staff simply did their job and never went out of their way. Maintenance lacking. And as I mentioned, the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Quality and chic design, elegant and subtle butler service and staff. All exceeds my expectation.

Lovely property let down by poor maintenance and staff that are not up to scratch for a property like this. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room and we spent two sleepless nights in the hotel. Also, there only appears to be a very limited supply of hot water so we were able to cool down in a cold shower.

Fantastic boutique hotel, within a great part of London. Their rooms vary greatly in size, but are cozy, with comfy beds and great amenities. The service was also exceptional. One tip — you need to buzz in to get through the front door.

Stayed there on Saturday 27th February 2017. Our second time and we lucky enough to get an upgrade to the Kensington Suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous. One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is a beautiful hotel that has a classic elegance about it. All of the staff are lovely and very friendly and whenever we asked for anyone from our room it was delivered immediately with a smile! We would both thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a gorgeous relaxing place to stay in London.

Classy hotel with modern entree, classic rooms with high ceilings giving it a spacious feel and lots of original old elements. Spacious bath room and very comfortable bed. Didn't try the restaurant or break fast. Would stay here again.

4 nights in one of the apartments close to the hotel (one minute walk), and I must say, this was perfect. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a small living room. Can you ask for more for this price? Breakfast in the hotel if you want that, very clean, smiling staff, and close to Hammersmith Station (5 minutes walk) with connection to central London and Heathrow. We will be back :-)

Absolutely perfect! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Special mention to Mercy who was incredibly sweet, polite and well-spoken and made my partner and I feel welcome and relaxed from the moment she greeted us at the door.

We loved this hotel! Beautiful decoration, the room was great. All things are good, you name it. This is where we lived the most comfortable hotel, perfect location, to the Royal Concert Hall, Harrods store and playing, and other major places are very close. Meanwhile here are far from the bustling neighborhoods, it is very quiet. Staff very professional, polite, helpful and efficient.
