Ordered 2 roast chicken dinners we got 4 legs of chicken would have expected a bit of Breast for £16 Roast beef ocer cooked not great.

Nice place, good atmosphere, people can meet, drink and talk.

We booked to stay in one of the rooms over Christmas for two nights as we were spending Christmas with family but didn’t fancy a blow up bed!. It was a lovely double en-suite room. The road is very busy so there is excellent double glazing and you hear very little. The decor is lovely and the bathroom with walk in shower was a generous size. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit, fresh milk and Oj all provided — on the second morning instant porridge pots appeared! Nice touch Room tidied and fresh towels provided Highly recommend and will stay again.

Just the best pub in Shepherd’s Bush. Child-friendly and attentive service with a fabulous menu to boot. The range of beer, spirits and gin (it was an old gin palace after all! ) are impressive. We absolutely love our local pub — we are very lucky!

Lovely big pub with inside and outside, back and front. Staff are friendly and Quiz Night was fun. Facilities were clean and tidy. Check this place out, nice snacks too.

Genuinely good cocktails to be had here. Imaginative supper made by chef Roland using fresh seaonal ingredients, yum yum. The bar is well stocked and the garden is sufficiently well back from the road to enjoy a lovely alfresco evening dinner.

I must say I was very impressed with this pub. We dropped in spontaneously on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch, (after 2pm), expecting to be told lunch service was over, or limited. It was neither, and we were invited to sit out in their 'hidden' garden, if we fancied sunshine & fresh air. There weren't many there, so service was prompt, friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari to start with, followed by the pork belly & aubergine tangine, and I asked for a 'Bloody Mary'. All were excellent and portion sizes were hearty. I thought our bill was fair for what we had enjoyed. We will be back soon!

My favourite local pub. Best pizzas in west London, amazing food over all, friendly staff, him list to make one want to start drinking at 11h. And the space itself is very nice, with secret garden in the back and bigger one in the front. Currently showing World Cup games on some mighty big screens. What's not to love ♥

Since it's reopening, the pub is livelier and more sociable… However, the great wine list and selection is no more (sadly). Beer selection is about the same but more craft beers by the bottle are available. The food is no longer the same high fair quality and selection as the old famous Princess Victoria (bringing in local celebrities). It's now just average pub grub… with pizzas. Service needs to improve when things get crowded, and the place could use a much friendlier manager with better customer service experience (especially when it come to dealing with customer complaints).

To pay £20 for a roast and get a small portion PLUS cold bread sauce was quite disappointing. I very politely asked for the minute portion of bread sauce to be heated up and was told the restaurant didn't have a microwave — quite strange! I used to rate this very highly but that experience put me off a bit.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty food and sangria… what more could you ask for? We stumbled across Process Victoria while on holiday, fancied some tapas and they had a special on… it's a relaxed tapas dining experience, not a white table cloth affair… very tasty tapas, quite big portion sizes, we ordered too much food. Highly recommend this venue… enjoy!
