Upgraded rooms. Lots of extras. Nice feeling there.

First of all, do NOT go here I cannot even star rate it because there is no star for even near what it should be rated, definitely 0 stars. by the way I had to press 1 star because it wouldn’t allow me to post this but it’s not even close to one star. The people there are extremely rude and do not even know how to do their job, a dead animal would probably be more help than them. Small, damp, disgusting. What other word do I need for you to literally not book here?. I highly DO NOT recommend this place and if you end up going good luck.

If your room has anything missing, you won't get it. No matter how long you stay or how much you request for the same. They keep on saying "we'll check and provide you", but they won't help. Pathetic service.

Cold. Very cold room. Not what we booked for. Completely different to what is advised.

Good location but poorly equipped apartments there is nothing to cook and several things that do not work the deal is good but not operative.

Very clean and modern. The perfect accommodation for a city break.

Located in the side House… through mattresses, freezing, strange hair on the sheets. Mini bath. Cruel.

Nice apartment but the sofa bed was broken and after repeated request it was not fixed ☹

This was supposed to be a « stunning 4 stars So Sienna apartments » according to their website. Well, this was definitely stunning. But not in a good way. Let me first make a list of the things that were good in this apartment: — The Wi-Fi was working — The blankets were clean. Now to the downsides. First thing we noticed was the smell. It was like a cigarette smoke smell, but since it isn’t allowed to smoke in the buildings, I think that this smell might just come from the carpet, which absorbed the odor of all the previous guests. Yes, because apparently, they don’t know how to wash a carpet here: it was dirty. There’s no other world, the carpet probably wasn’t washed since the hotel was build, at least that’s what you think when you see it. But oh, if the carpet was the only problem, I wouldn’t be complaining. Then there’s the whole furniture: it simply was cheap, ramshackle, broken, any word you like. The table is covered with burnt circles made by people who just laid hot frying pans on top of it. The air conditioner? Not even connectected to the pipe that was supposed to bring the air. The blinds? They may be acceptable in the home of any elderly person, but not in a « stunning 4 stars So Sienna apartments ». And while we’re talking about the windows, they were dirty as well. The cabinets? Looked like they took the water. The cooking plates? One of the switches was missing. And since this is already way to long, let me just talk about the fridge. Oh, the fridge.

We didn’t have a good experience there. Before coming I asked if they had a baby bed. They said yes — for 15£ per day! Then in the apartment, the washing machine and the dishwasher were broken. The windows couldn’t really be closed, making it quite worrying with small children, all the more since it was so hot in the apartment that we had to let the windows open, otherwise the kids were sweating even if half naked. The beds were not comfortable. The whole point of these apartments were to have appliances which never worked, and as for services, we had 1 full cleaning in 5 days, and 1 half cleaning service (they vacuumed and made the beds). And the management absolutely unhelpful, barely trying to fix anything. They only acted upon our requests when there was a leakage in the apartment below when we tried to use the washing machine.

Avoid this hotel. It is an absolute disaster. For a start, it doesn’t look anything like the photos, in real life it looks insect infested, filthy, and crumbling. More like a one or two star hotel than a four. The staff are also extremely rude and unhelpful. I booked two nights (Friday and Saturday) because my flight was arriving at 6am on Saturday morning and I didn’t want to wait until 2pm for check in, so I thought I would be careful and book two nights (at a cost of nearly £200). I got in at around 7am and was told that because I didn’t check in before midnight, my entire booking had been cancelled (both nights! ), they had rented out the room to a new customer at 2am, and I wouldn’t be given the room even for the second night, with no refund. I was therefore put in the position of having to look for a new hotel in zone 2 London, at 7am, exhausted and upset, after a long haul flight. This kind of thing borders on the criminal in my opinion; it was clearly just a ruse to allow them to keep my money while also being allowed to rent the room out to someone else. I was not informed of any “check in before midnight” policy (it’s usually only youth hostels that have this rule), not contacted, emailed or called. Even if this was their rule, they should not have cancelled BOTH nights I had booked, without even providing a refund for the second night. The staff also can’t spell or write English properly in their correspondence. Disgusting common tjieves. Avoid.

Convenient for family trip and you will find all you need in apartment. Walking distance to the high street, train station, and kingsmall.

The Sparthotel is very good, comfortable and with everything you need. Attentive and efficient staff. Good price.

Good location, near everything in Hammersmith.

The kettle leaked water everywhere. Blind was broken in bedroom. Window doesn't shut properly so the noise from construction across the street is pretty loud in a morning. Sofabeds are ridiculously uncomfortable, felt guilty for having the actual bed. Needs a facelift. Badly.

Clean and equipped flats. Great staff! Only downside was having to carry the luggage upstairs.

Nearly did not stay there after the manager said they had no rooms, however, after requesting they pay for all our taxi fares from kilburn to hammersmith, they suddenly had a room. The oddity was that it was a nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Make sure they don't try to move you.

Awful place, completely miss advertised. But an apartment at all and certainly not luxury. At best it's a bed in a kitchen. Too many things bad to list, I'll be requesting a refund.

Staff was friendly. Rooms have no AC or air circulation even when window is open, which was tequilas room was hot during the day. In the morning, loud construction accross street wakes you. Pictures are misleading and hotel is could use a bit more up keep.

I spent around 2 months at So Sienna. My room/studio was clean and quiet. What I liked the most was how welcoming and nice the team was. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to be close to the tube and everything close to London. Indeed Hammersmith is a very nice and lively neighborood. I will book a room at Sienna for my next stay in London.

Quite bad place. Not worth the money you pay. The room was old fashioned, dirty and not good for four persons as promised. Things are broken and in bad shape. The heater was not running. No cleaning, no toilet paper. The bathroom was moldy. However the service was friendly, the area is nice and it just an jump to Hammersmith Station. We are not coming back.

This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. The pictures on the listing are very misleading and make them room look bigger, which was not the biggest problem aside from broken blinds that would make the room so dark during the day. Bathroom did not have a garbage can, door handle was broken in the bathroom. Bed was half made when we came back at night. Literally looked like a lazy child made the bed. We were not provided with fresh towels. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only upside is that it was two blocks away from Hammersmith station and there were lots of local shopping nearby.

This is the worst place on earth… avoid this place at all cost… they overcharge your card and will never refund the amount.

Well this is a value for money place. This is the third time I stayed there. This plave is good but overall I felt that the service and customer focus has gone down. Basic things were missing.

The staff is really co-operative and helpful. Top-floor rooms are drastically small. Two thumbs down on having no space for clothes etc.
