It's in central London, convenient because the Tube is a two-minute walk away.

Perfect location. Value for money.

On booking there was a different photo of the room. Very small room, barely entered the bed. No closet. Dirty. The bathroom had a shower over the toilet bowl. Over the shower were positioned the LEDs of light, dangerous because we could take the current and hurt us. Dust everywhere, all dirty even the kettle. I was raining water on my head when I was in the bathroom. Fan attached to the ceiling had inches of dust. Really the worst room I've ever seen in my life. Bad. Don't go there.

The hotel is well located, a few minutes from the train station, this is for me the only good thing about this hotel.
For starters, the reception is on one side, the room of the other, a hundred meters.
Then the room is very small, relatively "clean", but you can see that there is a lot of dust, as well as stains (of coffee I guess) on the walls, in different places.
We can also note the presence of ants that wander around the room.
The bathroom is really very small, it consists of a shower area, a micro washbasin and WC.
I measure 1, 83m and I had to go down to take my shower because the ceiling was low…
The toilet flushing was defective, it worked once on 4…
Only one window in the room, I specify that this window looked at the drain of water…
The bed is mediocre, you can feel the springs when you lie down.
The wall socket was two fingers away from pulling out.
The hair dryer was not working.
Very dilapidated place.
For the price, I do not recommend.
One star for me.

I measure 1.83 m and I had to stoop to take my shower because the ceiling was low… only One window in the room, I specify that this window gave on the fire escape of the water… The bed is poor, you can feel the springs when you are lying down. The wall was on the verge of tear. The hair dryer was not working. Place very old. For the price, I don't recommend it. A single star for me.

Hotel very well located close to St Pancras International. Bedding comfortable. The cleaning should be thorough : dust on the shelf closet, where is placed the TV. Bathroom and shower very small and water is very long to heat up.

Rooms were dirty/dusty and cold. Reception was on one side of the street and room on another. Bathroom and shower EXTREMELY small. Not even a kettle and cups in room for making a cup of tea/coffee. Definitely would not recommend or use again. Not worth the money paid.

Clean, comfy and relatively cheap. Good value.

Too expensive for the size and room services. We had problems with the hot water.

The location was great, good staff and very clean acomidation.

It was horrible! I used the day use 10-6 I had to wait a fair bit due to unavailability of rooms. This is a false advertisement, You will not get the full time use. Poor customer service being knocked on the door getting told to leave the room by other angry customers. This deserves no star to be honest. Don't waste your money find another day use.

The scariest and most daunting night manager I have seen in ages. Brutish and clunky personality paired with very limited English. I made the booking online and listed ahead of time that I’ll be checking in after midnight. Hence, I don’t understand the general sense of bing inhospitable.

Upon arrival we were told that there was no room available due to a maintenance issue and that we would be accommodated in another hotel and the cost incurred by the hotel owners. Upon arguing that we booked this hotel in Febuard suddenly a room became available. Really strange bait and switch scam of overlooking the hotel and filling the rooms on a 1st come 1st serve basis Avoid at all costs or you could end up without a room and no other options.

Beds are small, but that would be my only complaint. Great location, friendly staff and clean throughout.

Located in the city centre two blocks away from Kings Cross. Very neat and cosy Hotel. The room I had was clean and tidy. There was no breakfast available, but the water cooker and coffee were sufficient for my needs. The bathroom had a hot shower, which I very much appreciated. So was the TV with lots of channels. Last but not least I was helped by very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately 1 star deduction for not paying back my deposit.

The service was good, the gentleman that showed us to our room was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but enough for what we needed. The reception was slightly difficult as it was in another building entirely.

Room was clean and comfortable with typical amenities. Bathroom was very compact but was functional. The hotel was quiet which was nice and is extremely close to kings cross/st pancras so an excellent location. Check in / out is at the nearby Melville hotel.

Close to the station but that's the only positive. Ok for crash pad if on a lads weekend if you don't mind the hairs in the bed but for £120 per night with no breakfast… Could get much better.

Small room but good situation and frankly €170 for 4, 3 minutes from St Pancras, no regrets!

The hotel is idealy situated just a few minutes walk from kingscross station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was wwe couldn't get any hot water from the shower.
