Lovely hotel, very helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, food and service was excellent.

Me and partner stayed here for one night for our anniversary, and I've got to be honest the staff were amazing!. I asked if they could upgrade my room which they said they don't normally do but will as its our anniversary, then we left the room to go for a swim and we came back to a plate with a fudge brownie on and written in chocolate sauce "Happy Anniversary", I asked if I could check in early to decorate the room and they said no problem. They were so accommodating, respectful and went the extra mile. It definitely made our anniversary one to remember and I will be forever grateful, I could not find one fault!. I definitely recommend Marriott Bexleyheath. Thank you to all the staff and I truly wish you a Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!. See you again soon.

Stayed at the hotel fri/sat 9/10 Oct 2020, very very poor service if any, people walking around without masks, poor food quality, shouldn’t be open while COVID around, £5.00 for room service delivery charge, will never use the hotel again.

Definitely. Booked in today for a full body massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. The therapist, Chanelle, made the experience so enjoyable that I've booked to go back in two months time. I am a more than satisfied customer.

Bought a Virgin Experience Spa Day for a friends 30th Birthday. On arrival we were greeted well at the spa. Unfortunately the spa area needs a good freshen up. One shower out of the 2 was out of order, shower curtain on floor, tape just thrown over area and a warning sign in front, not a good look. Pool had an aqua class for 45 mins during our stay, and later on had childrens swimming lessons. Very loud and not very relaxing at times which is a shame. We went for lunch at the Cast Iron Grill restaurant, well what can I say! We was 'approached' as I wont say 'greeted' because that was far from it by a lady in a suit, we said we came for lunch and she just looked like we was an inconvenience, we said shall we take a seat and was told we could sit at 2 tables, neither of these were dressed and were right by the front entrance out of the restaurant area, when I said about sitting inside the restaurant we was directed to a table in the corner and told they were all set for dinner, it was lunchtime! She then turned the lights off which made it really dark! Our lunch was served which was nice, but half way through eating we was given the bill! So what if we wanted to order dessert or have another drink, clearly that was not the case! On checking the bill they had added 12.5% service charge, well I was not paying that as the service was appalling and rude! I would not recommend a Spa day here or eat in this restaurant.

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant for my dads 50th! Hayden went above and beyond to help make everything great & Isa looked after us very well the whole evening in the bar. The food was amazing so a huge thank you to the chef’s. Really recommend the hotel for any kind of celebrations/ occasions!

Went for a spa day. Very small pool and other facilities limited.
Facial was ‘unpleasant’ to say the least. I felt like my skin was being scrubbed off rather than exfoliated! Still sore the following day.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing venue and very friendly staff!

Attended a charity ball for Crossroads. We were upstairs in, I believe the Apple function room. The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All food was piping hot and delicious. Thanks for a great night.

Staff in the leisure club was was very rude I only asked for a newspaper and instead of looking for a paper she said look around the pool as a paying customer she should have acted in a more professional manner.

We had a Sunday lunch it was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful can't wait to go again x.

My travel agent booked me in for the 8 May instead of 8th April. The hotel receptionist was really helpful and sorted me out. Good value for money, really clean and restaurant is excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. The breakfast is amazing and the omelettes are the best in the world. The omelette chef ‍ himself is fantastic a very polite gentleman who makes you the freshest and tastiest omelette you will ever eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely clean and comfy hotel, with excellent facilities. There's a gym, spa, sauna. Really comfortable very large beds in big well appointed rooms. The only downside was the buffet style breakfast, if you wanted the cooked selection it was only just warm. Huge selection of foods though. Very pleasant staff.

Not all Its cracked up to be. The spa looks great in photos, but I'm reality it's just a pool, a smaller pool with luke warm bubbles. A sweat room and another sweat room made of wood. Nothing special for the price they charge. Great for £30. Shocking for £150

The spa is open to screaming kids, child swimming lessons and is grubby. I booked a luxury spa day for myself and wife to escape the children and relax. There was no chance of that. It is falsely advertised and should not be called a spa / spa facilities. Would never return or recommend it. You also have to pay to park at this location! Don't be fooled by the £24 for 24 hours on the machine. Go to the reception and register your car for a discount. Even better. Don't book this hotel or spa.

Our rooms were very nice, the staff too were very pleasant. This is our second stay, overnight on 13th/14th July, and the first time we found the food in the Iron Grill very good if somewhat expensive, however last night two of us ordered steak which was so tough we both left it. The Chef apologised and offered desserts and coffee free, but that didn’t really make up for overpriced, poor quality meat, and in any case only two desserts were ordered. Needs to be more consistent with food quality, however the breakfast was first class.

After being a regular for the last 6 months or so I shan't be returning. The food in the Iron Grill is good but massively overpriced for what it is. A glass of wine and a 3 course meal — nothing fancy — £50.00. My room was over the main road and the insulation/glazing did nothing to keep the sound out. On my last morning a delivery truck was loading/unloading right below my room using steel trolleys and banging loudly at 5:30am. The TV was not working properly and wouldn't switch off. I had to leave it on when I checked out. On the last morning I went for breakfast and as I was selecting my food the waitress cane up and said that reception had said that breakfast wasn't included. I went to reception who stated that it wasn't included, despite the fact that it was a single booking for 2 days and that breakfast was included on the first day. How do you book breakfast for one day and nit the second when accepting the room? Also the room was £30 more expensive the second day with no breakfast! The receptionist was not a great help and so I checked out never to return. I will book elsewhere and certainly not a Marriott.

Event space for a wedding reception was good. Plenty of space to spread out. Location is decent. It's very convenient having a shop right across the street. Unfortunately they have paid parking, even for overnight guests, that's unfortunate.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy check in. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

We booked a spa day with my mum including 55min massage and our experience was brilliant! Debbie the masseuse was amazing, super professional and she knows what she is doing! After our treatment we felt so much better! We ended our day using the pool, hydromassage, steam room and sauna. Parking was free because we were using their facilities. We would definitely visit again :-)

Went there to use their spa. Treatment room could do with a refurbishment but the facial was amazing. You can register your car in order to get free parking.

Went for a wedding once and then a funeral. Service on both occasion was superb. AND parking was free for both event. I would recommend highly as a place to celebrate an event.

Was there for a meeting for 2 days. Hot drinks were available all day (no biscuits/ pastry). Lunch was soup. Felt basic — not in keeping with the hotel name.

The team there are keen to make you happy, that's always a good start. They could do with more parking spaces though… especially at the weekends. You need to be careful about the parking arrangements. They've got a swimming pool and sauna, restaurant and bar. And it's a walking distance to a shopping mall.

As a silver member, I received a platinum treatment. I did request early check-in but room wasn’t ready till about half an hour after my arrival. Myself and my guest were offered complimentary drinks at the bar while waiting for the room. The customer Service was excellent and I’d stay here again.

Better to avoid especially if cold weather. Seems like heating is not included in room price. I have second week in row no heating in room and they don’t care much about that. Changed my room for another without heating.

Attended just for a wedding fayre. Clear directions. Didnt seem many staff around and the ticket machine in the car park wasnt working. However the hotel seemed very welcoming and clean. And was decorated nicely.

Dinner at the Mariot. Service was good. Food was relatively good. Downside food arrived cold and steaks had to be sent back as not to requirement. Altogether a pleasant evening.

A one night stay as the company annual Christmas party was held in the same hotel. Pre-booked several months in advance and had a low room only rate. Was cheaper to not use the hotels function code on the website for the best room rate. Guests do have to pay for car parking. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Staff are just pervs to be honest they follow you back to your rooms especially if your a couple and the never leave you alone very weird and some treat you like you should not be there like you not wanted. I had one staff member offer to toss me off obviously I accepted as she was pretty but still.

Staff are not over friendly. Some made you feel like you shouldn't be there. Like you were intruding rooms clean but dated. Can't get a drink after 11 o'clock. Who ever heard of an hotel where you can't get a drink after 11 o'clock. Usually all night Porter, Surely. £110 for a night. Never again. Daylight robbery. Only gave it one star because there wasn't an half star.

We stayed with our ten year old daughter who was made to feel really special. She had her own checking in form, popcorn bought to our room by room service was a lovely surprise. We are in the restaurant and had an exceptional meal. The staff were amazing. I only work round the corner and am considering joining your health club. We will definitely be back. It's the little things and attention to detail that made our stay.

Very good location within walking distance of shops, cinema, restaurants, bars and even a bingo hall. It's within 5 mins drive from the A2 and 10 mins from M25. Food in restaurant bit pricey but tasted good. Great buffet breakfast and staff friendly and helpful.

Went here for a family friend's wedding and reception afterwards. The staff are quick at finding your booking and giving you the keycards to your room. The room itself is very nice, with our custom requests taken care of. The beds themselves are comfy so you should hopefully get a good night's sleep here. The wedding was manned by the hotel staff, which were professional and able to fulfill any request. The food provided by the chefs at the hotel was also very nice, albeit the meat provided in the meal was bone dry. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay if you are in the area temporarily.

Went here when I went to bury my grandad, my mother's booking hadn't come through and they found her another room, on the ground floor (she's a wheelchair user). Given four stars as at dinner they were not that many vegetarian options and the bar was across the corridor so drinks service was slow when we first arrived. Very clean rooms, with safe and iron, ironing board, good wardrobe nice bathroom, good sized room with desk and two chairs and a table for comfort.

Jacuzzi alone worth the money. It's huge and sits atop the pool so you can relax while your kids are nearby. My only two issues are 1. No free internet and 2. Takes an hour from there to get to London.

6 of us went here for a spa day that had been booked through buyagift. Very average facilities, worn out and tired looking. More lockers broken than working. Robes not available on arrival and then smelled of wet dog. My massage was good but one of the beds didn't have a head hole and was up against a wall so rather uncomfortable for another one of our party. You can't take lunch in your robes so have to get dressed again and use the bar (restaurant staff are not very well informed and after much confusion and waiting we were told 'they do not serve food in the restaurant'! They offered to bring food down to the pool but it had aqua aerobics on and there wasn't anywhere to actually eat anyway! Thank god for the guy running the bar (Victor), very accommodating, professional, efficient, friendly and a good sense of humour. Just what we needed. We will definitely be back but only for lunch in the bar.

Stay/spa and beauty treatments ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Me and my niece stayed at the bexleyheath hotel we arrive a bit early so our room wasn't quite ready but we was told we can still use the gym/pool ect the young lady claire was very helpful and showed us around the gym and gave us our towels and gowns. The pool area was very clean and tidy. When we got to our room it was clean tidy and you had all what you needed there. We had a massarge and facial by two lady called shopie and holly which was out of this world. We had breakfast the next day which was very good fresh cook and hot. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and hopefully will be going back in the next six month brilliant time and fantastic staff well done.

The staff are friendly and happy to help and the hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with poached eggs and omelettes cooked by an egg chef to order. The room was large and comfortable, if a little dated. Only problem is their key cards, both wouldn't work upon check-in and witnessed a handful of other guests with the same problem.

Efficient and decent service and reasonable time and amenities on site including small gym. Aimed more at short stay business guests. Close to lots of restaurants and bars as well a short walk to Broadway Shopping Centre and a quick 10 minute bus journey to Bexleyheath Railway Station which has regular trains into Central London.

Easy to find and ample parking (paid but reduced for guests). Well furnished rooms and clean. Can get quite warm in the rooms but windows do open. Restaurant is above average and not often busy.

Oh what a fantastic venue for holding a sending off reception for our wonderful dad last Wednesday! Not only were the facilities with free car parking and 1st floor suite more than adequate, but the Funeral Event Package was delivered superbly, with wonderful staff, food, drinks and IT facilities for our slide show! Everything really good about this stay. Lots of space, quiet, comfortable temperature, good food, comfortable bed and even a balcony to sit on. Here on business, all good.

The hotel was clean and professional. Food and drink was of highest quality. Conference rooms were well equipped amd seating was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel about 30 times in the last year because it is located in a convenient location for me when I am in the UK, so I think I am in a good position to comment. Firstly I agree with some of the other feedback left, the service you receive from the hotel has gone downhill, the hotel seems to be run for the staff and big parties only, as a regular guest you are not viewed as important and treated accordingly, the reception staff on the whole are pleasant, but need some training on how to handle situations when a guest complains, the restaurant has the best staff, Tom & Adina are excellent, the leisure club staff are the worst, you can sign-in and ask for towels before you are even acknowledged, and then you feel you are interrupting them playing on their phones or chatting to each other, the bottom line is this is a poor reflection on the management of this hotel.

Friendly staff, quick and courteous service when possible. Nice decor, well maintained to a degree. Table service on demand available even when at buffet service. Good parking availability for six quid a night for residents which is refreshing in London.

Personally it didn't feel like a four star hotel, but it was a comfortable experience nonetheless. Convenient area if you need to get shopping or a night out with clubs, bars and other places to go! Service was fine, but nothing outstanding.

I attend a networking meeting here every Friday. The room we use is comfortable and it is a pleasure to invite other business people to our weekly meeting because of this. Also the buffet breakfast is very good. The staff are all very friendly and attentive as well.

From the outside the hotel looks really nice but the problems started straight away with it taking 5 attempts and 2 days to get the PAID Wi-Fi which has a cost of £60 for the week. It was such a simple solution of them combining my whole name to make my surname? The only two good things I can say about the hotel are the pool and the pillows. The beds are uncomfortable. On the day I arrived a toilet was blocked in another room and leaked out on the walkways and even though my room isn't anywhere near the leak the smell is so disgusting and travelled to my room, they haven't tried to even cover the smell. The food takes near enough an hour from when you order to the point of it landing on your table, (restaurant had only 5 other people in a the time of order and didn't get any busier) it took twenty mins for a jug of water to be brought to the table even though we was approached straight away and asked what we wanted. It seems they have only 2 staff to serve the whole dinner which is just terrible. The staff are so unhelpful and don't seem bothered and all I keep hearing is sorry from them which isn't good enough. Overall this hotel is really bad and the only thing that sells this hotel is the name marriot. Really am thinking about going home and travelling in to work at 6:00 am every morning just so I don't have to stay here it's that bad.

Extortionate parking BUT there is a pleasing aroma to the place which makes you forget about your car. The staff are so present and attentive at one point I thought I was wearing one of the guys.

PLEASE READ: This is SHOCKING! We Checked in to the Hotel at 4 am in the morning! As we were driving around for 5 hours trying to find a room! As kent had a river show on and everywhere was booked up! We arrived and paid 140 pounds for the night! Our room was the last room in the basement. We worked in and the lights wouldn't work with the key in! Apart from the hall! We then noticed the smell of cigarettes and window open! We then walked round to close the window and also noticed the sheets were not made 1 side! we called reception and the man came down to fix the light. On his arrival he never entered the room just walked round the corner and turned the fuse back on and the lights in the room came on! by this time we are shattered and just wanting sleep! We knew that everywhere was booked up so we had to grin and bare it. As my husband came out of the bathroom we noticed a receipt for another room but the same night (so this meant someone had been in our room before we had got there) This only meant 1 thing! AND HERE IS THE SHOCKER! This room was used for prostitution! The reason why the fuse was down was so it doesn't show up on readings in the hotel main system! There had 100% been someone in the room! The next day I went to reception and told the staff who took the receipt from me but I took a picture of it! The supervisor did get back to me with nothing much of any substance! just an apology and she also said that the maid checked the room that day!

Good sized quiet rooms. Spa handy. Shame about the tight parking bays and limited number particularly at week end with wedding guests. Paying £6 for the privilege; Had I known would have looked for on street parking.

Very comfortable hotel good food and facilities however parking was difficult especially on Saturday night and had to pay £5 each night for the privelege otherwise five stars.
