No parking charge for one £10 is disgracefuland the breakfast was cold for both days. The bar staff need training also.

I had my wedding here back in June and all the staff were lovely and Chris Babcock our wedding organiser made sure everything went according to plan. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

The staff are very helpful friendly I just had my wedding package there it was amazing Chris Babcock who was helping us from the start to finish was so good he went above and beyond to make our day perfect thank you so much to everyone at the holiday Inn at Bexley.

Always a pleasure to here, great staff and a wonderful breakfast.
See you again next year…

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely.
Evening meal was great.
Breakfast was fab if I could say anything I think the cereals, juices and some of the cooked breakfast items need labelling due to allergies.
but to be honest the lovely lady (I'm sorry I cant remember her name) did ask prior to seating us for breakfast if there were any dietary requirements.
If we are ever in that area again would definitely stay again.

I went to a family party in the function room on Saturday evening. Just got a parking fine for £100 for using their car park!
tried calling their phone number to be told I'm going to be charge 13p per minute just to talk to someone to complain.
I am not happy.

The staff at the Holiday Inn, Bexley couldn't have done more to accommodate us. They were extremely helpful and professional, I'd highly recommend this hotel. Another bonus was, upon arrival, we were upgraded as guests of the day.

Clean and tidy. Room a decent size. Decor and shower slightly outdated.

I can’t say I have stayed here because I haven’t but yesterday I supplied Props for a wedding and spent quite some time there and I must say your staff at all times were fantastic, really helpful, cheerful and it makes my job run very smoothly when staff no what they’re doing too and where things are supposed to be going, Good job & Thankyou!

Me and my partner got married there Sunday. From booking it right to the end of our wedding day was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The way they decorated the venue and our room was magical and it’s all great value for money. Would recommend!

I recently attended a wedding with an overnight stay and was completely blown away by the brilliant staff. They were all absolutely wonderful, polite and extremely helpful at all times. The room was also very nice with a lovely sofa to relax on as well as a comfortable bed. The wedding meal was lovely and hot as well as tasty and served with a smile. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Great venue, but be aware the staff need to be more up to date with booking in as they do not ask you if you have used their carpark as a visitor and as a result parking eye then issues you with a parking fine even if you have already been there and given the car details and have to pop out in your car again and you get another one. They need to update this as only give you a 13p per minute call number to call so making up money that way as well.

A utterly beautiful building. With basic room amenities. Nice big bathrooms too.

I think if my grandad had answered the phone he would have had more life in him…
tried to book 2 rooms for tonight… advertised price was £189. Asked if there was any discount due to the lateness of the booking (passed 22:00) and after 3 attempts the guy had absolutely no idea what I was asking. Clearly taught from a script and no customer service training … Massive fail! The fact that there were 3 rooms available… no business acumen. Wasted 5 minutes of my life I will never get back… god help his next enquirers… just don’t go off script.

It was a great relaxing atmosphere and there were Friendly helpful staff fantastic food its a good meeting place we were very happy with our room and service.

Dinner is normal nothing special, the price is too much expensive. Bar doesn't workshop good Visit Portugal is much more cheap and beautiful.

Two nights for marathon weekend 2018, excellent staff, really helpful and made up feel welcome. Rooms very clean and comfortable, lounge and TV room comfortable, restaurant good quality and excellent service.

Yes it is rather run down, but what is really disappointing is the way they treat Platinum elite members. To reach the top of this loyalty scheme you have to spend a lot of money. I'm here for 3 nights and they refuse to upgrade me even for one of the three nights. The GM doesn't respond to letters. No value at all placed on members at this level. I have NEVER been upgraded. Its only of those Holiday Inns that takes but gives you nothing back. Thankfully, they are not all like that. Ashford, Stratford City, Birmingham have always aknowleged my status. So, if you are a Platinum elite member … avoid the place. They shouldn't be a holiday inn, if they don't play the game.

Fantastic place to stay, been here for nearly 6 months for work and staff could not be any helpful. The F&B staff have changed things up with specials instead of constant same menu which has been great. They also go the extra mile to help out with anything especially Jessica and Lizzi.

Excellent place to stay and eat. Been staying here for a while now and couldn’t think of a better place to be. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will do anything that is required to make the stay unforgettable. Not to mention the bar team are amazing!

Very good service friendly and really enjoyed my stay. If the hotel doesnt suit the main street is a 15 minute walk away. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue was no sky channels on the tvs in the room but the bar area had all of that.

Comfortable lounge and dining areas. Food was average. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size but looking a little worn around the edges and in need of a refurb.

Having a doctor's away day training, the conference room facilities were very good, with ample space and good media setup. The food was very good, all you can eat buffet. Free and plentiful parking very useful. Would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff opened the restaurant for us to have lunch with my kids, some of the guests leave a little to be desired during our visit but that was the only negative.

Considering its near a main road, very relaxing. Only stay for one night, but was a lovely sleep. Bathroom was on the small side only downfall. Other than that, perfect.

Always a good venue and very helpful team. Good meeting rooms and refreshments. Ideal location next to A2 and railway nearby.

Room is very basic, but good. Staff are friendly, and amenities are good. Free breakfast and a good restaurant/bar. Good rates when booking ahead.

As a business meeting venue it ticks all the boxes, friendly and accommodating staff, well maintained and cleaned rooms, extra equipment available on request and a new and improved parking system. An all round great venue for any small to medium sized business need.

Good hotel. Breakfast was a disaster even with the eating area being quiet. Understaffed and a half hour wait for beans and eggs to be served at the self service counter. Hash browns rush out so fast that they weren't even cooked.

Reception, bar and restaurant are great. The room I was staying in was rundown and really outdated which is a shame as rest of the hotel is nice. Probably the worst rooms amongst all Holiday Inn hotels I've stayed in so far.

Came here for a training event. Convenient location about 15 min walk from Bexley station. Car park is of a decent size as well. Overall found the hotel to be very clean and tidy.

Location good. Staff lovely. Lovely rooms, breakfast a but pricey and not worth the money.

Clean and comfortable room, though air conditioning a little noisy. Average buffet breakfast. Plenty of car parking.

Stayed ere on our wedding nite 29/07/2017. Wen a lady working behind bar found out (didn't catch name). She contacted house keeping an ad our room decorated. Omg 2 swans made out of towels on the bed. Wat a lovely surprise. Big thank you to all the staff.

On Saturday 17th June I had my wedding reception here. I would like to say how fantastic Rebecca the wedding coordinator is at her job she made my wedding perfect and stress free thoughtout my wedding planning and the day! The staff were very professional and gave such wonderful service. The food was lovely and my guest were very happy too. They decorated our overnight room which was lovely. Thank you to all off you specially Rebecca& her team for such a lovely wonderful day! Well recommend.

Fabulous 1st Anniversary dinner and stay.
Dinner compliments of our wedding package last year, 3 courses and a bottle of wine. Delicious and a lovely message on the mirror above the table. Becky and the events team are the best. Taking time to make it so special despite being busy all weekend with weddings. Great place, great service. Highly recommend.

Ok rooms and not bad layouts. Not easy to get out and about. Breakfast is a bit basic. Good if your in the area on business.

Loved our 2 night stay here for my partner running the London Marathon. Amazing hospitality, room was lovely and very comfy with a good size tv. Food at restaurant was very good. Would deffinately come back.

Rooms are okay, decent size. Food was nice and the staff are pleasant. The hotel is easy to find.

Good meeting room facilities although the fact that free Wi-Fi seemed to be limited to one device per booking was a pain.

Great location if you are traveling south by car (onsite car park). Around 10 minutes walk to the train station — 30 minutes by train to London centre.

Small and not very clean rooms, terribly slow Wi-Fi (chargable), desk lamp not working, old building in need of redecoration.

Did some work here. Free Wi-Fi as an ihg member and grear coffee!

The shower was fixed very negligent. I was able to shower, therefore, only bent. Otherwise, the device is very good. The Breakfast is pure English but a good one. As a German, I would have liked more cheese and a sausage as the meats.
