No water served in the room. Ventilation is poor. My room was facing another one. No privacy either. Wi-Fi connection was very poor. If I have to make another trip to Worcester, I would definitely look for another hotel.

What a gem of a hotel in Worcester! Large clean rooms, quality furniture, comfortable beads and a lovely bathroom. Wonderful flowers in public areas. Good selection for breakfast and eat/drink as much as you like. Hot food not dried up and regularly checked by friendly staff. Fresh juice, fresh fruit, cereal, hot breakfast items, toast, croissants and nice pain au raisin. Great location especially if you travel by train and walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, bars and cathedral. Even better paying by Tesco Clubcard and £10 for fees & tax.

Good rates for reasonable rooms in a great location. Breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast with Santa. We took my grandson to this event this morning. What an amazing event! Well organised, lovely breakfast and fantastic staff. Santa and his elf were super — really made it a personal experience for my grandson. The Elf on the Shelf was brilliant, engaging for the children, funny and enthusiastic. Thank you all so much, this was one of the best Santa experiences we’ve been to. I understand this was the first time the hotel have hosted this event. All I can say is please do it again next year.

I went to a Christmas party night. Cramped room and tiny dance floor. No ventilation during a heightened Covid period. I complained after 2 hours as it was stifling and they put the air conditioning on and eventually opened the back door. The main course was tasteless, starter and dessert acceptable. One member of bar staff to serve 90 party goers and hotel guests!

Good hotel, have stayed several times due to convenience of parking and local amenities.

Just left the hotel this morning after booking 2 rooms for last night for 4 adults. Hotel is nice enough. The welcome we received was poor. The man behind reception was not welcoming at all. Not a great start to the night. As we left the lady on reception was very nice. New staff member on her name badge. Because of the welcome we received we will not return to this hotel and certainly not recommend it.

Visit to Worcester Whitehouse Hotel was lovely! Hotel room very clean and spacious! Restaurant and bar areas clean with lovely decor! Breakfast was lovely, all hot and freshly cooked food, buffet style so could help yourself! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything! Even fresh flower arrangements in the toilets! Lovely!

Always nice to come here, right in the middle of town but all seems quiet. Food is lovely, nice choice great service.

Nice comfortable room. Only complaint was that food in restaurant not very good. I had a rump steak which was overcooked and peppercorn sauce was greasy as were the chips. Was very disappointed as was starving.

First room they gave us was very dark, dismal, needed refurb and noisy from outside extractor fans. Phoned reception and straight away allocated a better room. So well done.

Daughter gets married here today. Lovely service lovely staff and couldn’t thank them enough.

Been at the whitehouse for an event and it was lovely; the inside is really well laid out and the bar is well served and stocked. Really recommends ☺️

What a great atmosphere for a 50th afternoon tea I have visited this venue many times and the staff are always outstanding noting is ever to much service always delivered with a smile Thank you to Ahmad irfan jay and Paul.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Breakfast is pricey but there are great places for breakfast nearby at half the price.

People are friendly and very good breakfast, but hotel is outdated. Doors do not close right, bathes are old — noise level is high from installation, outside and the floors.

Worse hotel night's sleep I have ever had. Arrived at midnight to get a good night's sleep before competing in a competition the next morning, checking out at 8am. The room was exceptionally hot (I had just returned from France which was 30 odd degrees and this room felt hotter than that). The room heat was unbearable to fall asleep. There was an electric fan that just blew hot air around and the window was opened as wide as it could which meant listening to seagulls squawking all night long. I slept between the hours of 3am and 6am. Granted you can't do anything about the weather, however it wasn't a particularly hot night, yet the room was roasting. Obviously it was known for being hot because you had placed a fan in there, it was not comfortable.

The White house in Foregate Worcester is in a fantastic place ideal for exploring the city. Everything is in walking distance. We had a lovely weekend stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a clean and lovely building. My only complaint is lumpy pillows!

This was a very nice hotel with great accommodations and wonderful staff. The food was not quite what I expected, but the location gave me lots of other great options near the hotel. I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel. Swimming pool. Lovely sauna, Steam room an jacuzzi free for paying guests. Breakfast fab.

It was a lovely room and felt like it would have been quite grand but was now getting a bit dated. Pool and spa area was nice and in good condition but didn't feel very luxurious. Only 4 stars given as room was very noisy with people passing in the street and then a road sweeper at 5am, double glazing would be a bonus for this hotel.

Recently attended the Whitehouse hotel for a business seminar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and bright…

Spent a weekend here in January. Really liked the vibe. Location is perfect: city centre. It has a spa which was included in the price: pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a steam room. We had a good time, though we were lucky that there were not that many people, I guess it can get a bit crowded in other times of the year.

Fabulous stay at the Whitehouse Hotel. This is our second stay here. Bedrooms clean, staff very helpful, food lush and staff worked hard at the event we attended — Josh's Do, going for Gold. Food was hot, tasty and staff worked hard as a team to meet the plans set for the night to ensure the event ran smoothly. Well done everyone.

Very poor for a 4 star hotel, will not be returning and rude staff, the receptionist Martino was rather abrupt and off putting when asking questions. Looked down on you and made me and my family feel unwelcome. The rooms itself are outdated and very thin walls mean you can hear anyone and everyone!

end. Everybody from Hotel Manager to Saffi Michell in the restaurant plus the chef. He catered for every single person even though we hadn't booked and we couldn't go out of the hotel. The food was delicious both night's. So warm through out the hotel even in this weather. All staff are so friendly nothing to much trouble. So thank you all for a lovely week end.

Room was unfortunately located near a fan outside on the roof so there was a fair bit of ambient noise in the room, but it wasn't too bad. The room has everything you need, bed a bit firm but I had a pleasant sleep. In a good location with everything nearby.

Stayed here for work. Room was clean and well equipped. Gym was convenient but a little small. Mostly machines. Breakfast was good.

My stay at the Dorchester Whitehouse Hotel was lovely. The initial meet at reception desk polite/ smile. The staff were good. Hotel facilities good. The food good. I really enjoyed my stay, felt relaxed and comfortable. I like the comfort not room. I recommend this hotel and definitely will return. Debbie (London)

Stayed here from Christmas Eve till today the 27th. What a fantastic hotel!. All the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Took full advantage of the pool and leisure facilities. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely be back. Thank you all ☺

I arrived to be told my 7 night booking had been cancelled. I was given no apology however it was unclear why it had been cancelled. I asked if they did have any availability and felt like I was being done a massive favour when they said I could stay for 6 nights. Upon further investigation it emerged that the hotel had cancelled my booking in error. Still no apology. Fire and assistance alarms went off in my room regularly throughout my nights there. Quite long waits at breakfast either to be seated or for the buffet servery to be replenished with food. Long waits for anyone to appear at the bar too. The place generally seemed to be let down by being understaffed. To top things off, on my final night there, a drunk man stormed around the corridors, hilariously banging on doors and shouting at 0430 in the morning. The personal trainer in the gym/pool was friendly and helpful and should perhaps be promoted to a management position within the hotel.

A little gem. Paid more for a B&B the previous night. Had excellent breakfast. Fantastic spa facilities. All staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel considering its a tad dated. We visit area quite often. The Worcester Whitehouse is our new choice Well done.

Great hotel location with onsite parking. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Room very clean and well kept. Only ate breakfast and that was excellent, buffet style but with the options for items like porridge At present all the Windows on the front of the building are being replaced. But this is not an issue. The swimming pool area is looking a bit tired but this is being addressed. Wi-Fi in the hotel is extremely good.

Very efficient check in room really good however, because at front of hotel was really noisy but with earplugs not so much of a problem. All staff fantastic very friendly and helpful. Breakfast all you could ask for. Would I return? Absolutely!

An impressive entrance sits behind a basic front door with grand staircase and comfortable seats. Provided with a room on the top floor in the old part of the hotel first impressions were good. A large bed and good furniture were set up invitingly in a clean room. A relatively small flat TV by modern standards was still usable with a good signal strength. Plenty of tea and coffee making items were available with biscuits including no less than six small uht milks. The bathroom was large with a bath and mirror. The shower had plenty of hot water and a powerful rain type head far enough away from the wall to stand under. Despite being able see train tracks through the window when it was closed there was no intrusive noise. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Hairdryer, ironing board and the like were provided. Breakfast was served from 7 and was the now standard continental and buffet. Despite being early the (properly cooked) bacon on top of the pile had cooled, the sausages were over cooked and condiments were neither viable or offered. The black pudding, croquettes and mushrooms were fine as was the coffee which was provided by friendly staff in a large pot. It was so close to the station it was very convenient and I would happily stay there again.

Only had a drink at the bar during a meeting that moved into the hotel briefly. Seating was well laid out and comfortable, and bartender was helpful. Close to the train station, so quite convenient.

Only visited the reception and bar area, but is a lovely building with friendly and helpful staff. Ok, this changed, and we decided to hold our wedding reception there. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Great room, facilities, and most of all staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and Ahmad was a fantastic MC. Food was also very good, both the 3 course meal and the evening buffet. Very comfy bed and excellent breakfast was the cherry on the wedding cake. Thoroughly recommended venue.

Stayed one night. Lovely staff. Nice room. Spotlessly clean. Had evening meal in restaurant. Apple & beetroot starter wasnt nice. But the main course was lovely. Breakfast was sufficient. And must mention a lovely young lady in restaurant Geanina who went out of her way to be helpful with my food allergys and make me feel welcome as I was travelling alone. Thankyou.

Good place to stay for location, facilities and bed comfortable. However breakfast was not of a good enough standard for a four star hotel with limited choice buffet style. Some of the staff need some customer service training. I would stay again but would book room only as there are loads of good places are available to get breakfast in Worcester.

We got married there on Sunday and the staff where amazing. They truly made our day. The three course meal was outstanding and the evening buffet was to die for. They honestly couldn't do enough for u. The rooms were really good sizes for the bride to get ready in. The morning break fast was buffet style and the bacon was thick cut, the sausage was local. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you to the team there. Anyone looking for a place to get married should look here. Five stars.

Hotel is in a perfect location for a lone traveller to be able to go out at night and not have to get a taxi to go back. It's an old building replete with sweeping staircase. There is a restaurant and a bar but I didn't use them as quite pricey. The room was lovely, quaint and quirky. The bed was super comfy and the shower was the best I'd ever used! Lovely place, would highly recommend.

Just came back from overnight stay wouldn't stop again needs a refurb. Our room not brill Tap was loose leaking all nite wen you flushed the toilet the noise from it was unbelievable. Had room service pizza was burnt couldn't eat it. Got woke up by one of the staff askin about fire alarm not sure wat he was on about. Orange juice at breakfast had been watered down that much it was like coloured water. Definitely not worth £170 a room. Stopped there around 4 times it was the worst room we've had.

First baby shower I have been to and would definitely recommend it as a place to consider.

We were ignored by reception, the room was hot the bed was knackered with springs poking through the mattress, pigeon poo caked the balcony outside window, other faults with room. The leisure pool is tired and close to grotty and gym staff unfriendly. 6 pound charge to park in thier Car park which was mostly empty. Honestly avoid, must be better in the city, was glad to Leave…

Room 201 noisy water tank in celing void in bathroom not expecting a great view from window but would be nice to be able to see through it though I have never seen so much bird poo on a window before overall though nice clean comfortable rooms and pleasent staff.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food is great. I've also held my wedding here and a fundraising event for a large number of people both times. Service is second to none Nothing's is too much trouble. Very reasonably priced for an excellent experience. Thank you!

Nice venue, beers are good prices considering it a hotel. I was at an event where we have decided 3 courses. Pate was okay the chicken was okay but the vegetables were like they've been microwave from frozen and tasted of nothing but water. Service was good. Keep the service but update the food.

Nice friendly staff and good amenities.

The bed is comfy and the bathroom is clean. But the Wi-Fi is f*****g s**t and the windows don't close properly so as its winter and windy, the room is cold and drafty.

Stayed here for a weekend recently with my wife after a week traveling on business. On check in we were asked if we would be charging services to our room, which we intended to do so were required to provide some plastic to allow the hotel to 'Pre Authorize' £350.00 which we assumed was for the room + any room service. Prior to checkout I checked my account and noted that they had indeed taken £350 from by debit card. At checkout we were presented a bill for £ 333.00 for our stay. I explained that our account had been debited and we were told we were mistaken and told to settle our bill. On return home, checked account again and a total of £ 683.00 had been taken from our account. Contacted the hotel and was told by the (Rude) receptionist that I was wrong but someone would call me back. That did not happen so I emailed them and got an out of office reply. Phoned again and asked to speak to Duty Manager who was to look in to it. They called back to ask for my bank fax number! and told the £350 would be back in my account after 10 days. Won't be staying there again. What would happen if you missed the double take on your account? BAD PRACTICE.

Staff excellent, good service. Rooms always spotless. Excellent food. Plenty of it. Managers always ready to help. Location brilliant right by train at and nr bus station. All round awesome place to stay.
