A very pleasant hotel, well presented and good location. The only issue I have is small but important. Guests have to pay for parking, even at the weekend. It’s as, all point but when spending over 150 for a family room, parking should be gratis in my opinion. If premier inn can do it, so can the Hilton group. I’m sure there’s a reason, but it’s not given.

I'm very deserving of these 4 stars. Impeccable service.

No issues checking in or out. Even used our iPhone as the room key! Plus, sofa bed for the kid already made up, and they allowed our chihuahua. All for a good price. Oh! And a cookie. Obvs.

Rooms large and spacious. Pillows were excellent. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Can't complain.

I booked this hotel for a work event for a very large group of people and the customer service was absolutely fantastic! I had booked an evening meal for 23 people and they laid out a large table in a separate area so that we could all sit together, which was great. In addition to the seating area, they had put name place cards with menu choices on so the meal was served up very quickly.

That loving is a good location for a meeting just off the M4 motorway. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Food is quite expensive and parking is only free if you spend a certain amount on refreshments.

Beautiful place, can’t wait to be back here soon to DJ for a future bride and groom on their big day. Only The Best At Southwest Discos Direct.

Not the best night's sleep. Hard mattress and broken air conditioning. Something I would not expect from a named brand such as this. Will not be returning that's for sure. Front desk were not helpful not did they offer a new room. Go stay next door at the Premier Inn. You'll get a much better night's sleep. That's where I'm heading now.

Easy walk into the city centre. Good breakfast, friendly staff and a good night's sleep.

Welcoming and charming staff. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The downside was the restaurant that looks more like a "canteen", cold atmosphere with no character. Bar is better on atmosphere and has very reasonable prices. Overall a very good experience at a very good price.

One of the coolest Hilton. Service is superb and Wi-Fi connectivity is top notch as Honours member.

Lovely welcome good clean rooms plenty of room. Restaurant a little expensive but good location and a beafeater next door lovely and quiet.

Not the nicest doubletree I've stayed at. Staff were less helpful than many (though only interacted with a couple), breakfast was fine but not amazing, the room was adequate but overly warm and stuffy — running the ventilation for several hours was not unduly helpful. All was fine, but not as good as I usually expect from a Hilton.

Had afternoon tea there yesterday & were very disappointed. We were seated in the foyer among a big family gathering talk8ng over the top of our heads. We were given our prosecco but it was flat hubby had to go & get another. We were asked when we wanted our coffee we said with the afternoon tea. Tea arrived sandwiches seemed like they had been made awhile as a bit dry around the edges no coffee & no one around to ask. There was no choice of fruit or plain scones only fruit (I don’t like). We asked for plain but there was none. When the afternoon tea was finished 5hen our coffee arrived! No one then came to us for over 15 mins so we left! (Tea paid in advance by voucher). Would not come again sorry.

Lovely food and rooms were nice, very good fitness center great welcoming by staff.

This Hotel has been a good one until 3 weeks ago where I had forgotten my coat in the wardrobe and Within an hour all was lost. I tried to talk to the reception staff and were not very helpful and simply said “we do not have a coat to give you” I did not got there to ask for a coat, I went to retrieve what was mine. The fellow at the customer service desk was not interested to even look in to the matter, I had to call housekeeping via switchboard of which no one was answering I left a message with the the day shift staff member the following day after checkout and no ne has gotten back to me till now. I am currently looking into escalation via solicitor. I shall not be staying at the Hilton Swindon by M4 jnct 16.

Friendly staff, efficient check in. Spacious family room. Numerous power/USB points in the room. Slightly dated. Good breakfast. £3 over guest parking fee should be abolished.

We come here once a year for Badminton horse trials. A minute or so off the M4 Very friendly professional staff. Clean all over. Comfy rooms with tea and coffee facilities. A wonderful buffet breakfast. A shop and Subway takeaway if you don't fancy the very good food served here.

Nice hotel at a nice price. In a decent area with the shopping outlet not too far away. Breakfast is absolutely top class, amazing! I have stayed for the past 2 years and will definitely be going back in the future.

Nice hotel, with quick check in. Staff very nice and friendly. Children's colouring packs given out at check in. Room very nice if a little smaller than expected for family room. Had to leave before breakfast started so staff made pack ups for all 4 of us which was a nice touch. Had to pay £3 to park the car for the night. Didnt really get to see much of the hotel as we arrived late and left early, but overall experience was very good.

Wonderful couple of days for a wedding, staff lovely, helpful and very friendly, up for a laugh, during the reception one of the waiters out his tray down and danced with my son for a couple of minutes, very funny, loved every minute of my stay, plenty of delicious food, made the day wonderful. Would 100% stay there again, highly recommended. ❤

Food really good but at Hilton prices. Conference rooms had nice snacks in morning and afternoon sessions as well as unlimited coffee tea, cans and water.

Stayed for 1 year wedding anniversary. Had reception there year before. Helpful staff. Lovely food. Great venue.

The hotel is very close to the motorway with easy access to the Swindon shopping outlet, and the town centre. It's a convenient place to stay when meeting family and friends for coffee. There's a Costa and subway next door and a pub. So going out for a drink is simple.

Stayed for two nights while attending a wedding nearby. Food was lovely for breakfast and in the restaurant for tea. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Shower temperature was very inconsistent.

In good position just off the motorway. Good sized rooms with safe, iron + ironing table provided. End suite bathroom a good size. The breakfast was good with a buffet bar to choose from. Tea or coffee served at the table. Evening meal 1st course good but main meal not much choice. Any fish for mains was either fish cake or covered in batter on the days I visited not much meat or vegan choice either. They serve a warm cookie when you arrive but I would prefer some biscuits in the room as they do in most hotels. A nice refreshing spritizer (non alcoholic) would have gone down better.

We had a warm and informed welcome from the receptionist. Our room was basic but comfortable. Could be more modern in its decor. Breakfast could have been more organised. Had to wait 10 minutes for bacon to be replenished. We were offered tea or coffee we asked for tea which didn't come, had to ask for it twice. When it did arrive it was in a dirty melamine pot. We had cups but no saucers. Would stay again but wouldn't be our first choice.

Good but a little '70s'… But service breakfast good, good… is good, clean but in the nowhere… because you have to be aware, that you have… to drive a few kilometers to the Centre by car.

Love this hotel, have stayed for both business and leisure. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and spotless rooms. The suites are worth the money if you are staying for an extended period.

Had a suite which was amazing. Only disappointment was they stated there was a swimming pool on the website still but it had closed months earlier.

Not the best of Hilton but functional. Good clean rooms with dated decor, small bar area and am excellent kitchen. Have stayed in all hotels in Swindon and probably Hilton is the best amongst the lot.

Had a works function at the hotel, the staff were very efficient and pleasant. The food was OK but the bar prices were very high. I don't really use any of the other hotel amenities.

Went for Afternoon tea with friends for a celebration. The service was very good and staff attentive but not intrusive. The tea was good and traditional and the price fair. Would consider going back — it was a little quite and atmosphere a little flat but if you're with friends that's not as important!

Great place to go for a business meeting. Very accessible from the motorway. Ample parking, which is free for the first two hours.

Just what you would expect from a typical Hilton. Good standard service, comfy bed, decent gym, all amenities provided, free Wi-Fi and probably the best hotel food in Swindon. It's a shame the property hasn't been modernised yet. Would recommend to business travellers.

They did an excellent job with the wedding venue. Can't fault it at all. Great theme, setting, environment and food. Staff lovely and approachable, very attentive.

Had our wedding here. We had a fantastic day with great service and a brilliant room.

Met a friend there and had a catch up whilst he gave me a load of things I needed for work purposes. All in all it was a fun trip that suited my needs.

Located just off the m4 in a great position. Conference facilities are excellent although the car park charges are excessive.

Outrageous bar prices. Although the food was good and the staff very pleasant and helpful the experience was marred by the horrendous prices. £20 for a bottle of house red is ridiculous. It is also counter productive for Hilton profits as it made me determined to smuggle in booze from the Londis over the road. Had the prices been reasonable I would have spent much more money at the hotel.

Went here today for Mothers Day lunch with wider family and was really impressed. The service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was first class, plentiful and extremely good value for money compared with other local venues. There were 4 mums in our group and the Hilton certainly made our days special. Thank you.

The hotel was easy to find, being right beside the M4, junction 16, and luckily there was no noise pollution for it. I was on a business trip and it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels. I was so glad that I booked to have a massage with Eva for my arrival evening. It set the perfect tone for my business meeting the next morning.

New Years Eve 2011. Nice hotel room, convenient location. Staff mainly good, but completely untrained youngsters left to serve busy bar on NYE! Main problem was no info that breakfast was not to be served till 9 a. M. On New Years Day. We had enquired on arrival and were told 7.30 a. M. Therefore, having paid for breakfast couldn't have any as we had to leave before 9 a. M. Very very very poor for a Hilton — apparently the decision of Swindon branch manager? Very odd though, and whilst coffee was offered, it wouldn't have hurt them to give some toast or similar. Did really like the room though.
