Very lovely place to stay and nice breakfast staff are friendly and helpful Roughly £25 into Bristol city centre in cab on a Saturday night.

The Coach House was clean on arrival and gave a good first impression. We were shown immediately to our accommodation. The rooms were clean but rather bizarrely had a sink in the bedroom (even though it was en-suite). The tap control on the bedroom sink was damaged and came off when we tried to use it. Thankfully it sat straight back on without issue. We stayed on one of the warmest days of the year but the heating was on and this had turned the room into a furnace! The wardrobe was new with a bulky old style design, which was nice; however, it was difficult to keep the doors closed together. If they weren't closed in the correct way, they immediately sprang open. The bathroom was ok but the shower was not very good. Breakfast was well laid out and we had the opportunity to order hot food. Strangely, the menu said that mushrooms were only served on weekends! Is this a Southern thing? There were also no potato products, such as hash browns, on offer. The stay was pleasant but it could have been so much more.

Nice little B&B for a very reasonable price. Warm clean room, tea and coffee facilities and a nice breakfast from friendly staff. Can't ask for much more. Car park is a little cramped, I had to park my van out on road and the 'weekend only' Mushrooms should be avoided, they were horrible! Also no evening meals served but there are plenty of places to eat in locality. But over all very happy with my choice.

Very reasonable prices for the area, quality furnishings although decoration could do with refreshing. Good parking, good Wi-Fi, excellent staff and comfortable bed with 2 pubs close by I will use again.

Fantastic Stay! Check in was from 3 — 9 pm. After a quick phone call we arrived closer to the 9pm mark and were met by positive and friendly staff. The room was bigger than I thought it would be (for a room of four adults) and we had loads of pillows, towels, bathroom stuff and tea stuff. The TV was quite big and the Wi-Fi was free and very easy to access. The bed was possibly harder than I would have liked but that might be just me. Breakfast was lovely — we were allowed to help ourselves to a range of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and we could order a range of hot food — so so lovely! Afterwards we went on a nature walk that was right by the hotel to work off breakfast and the sites were amazing.

Tucked away in an old coach house, all rooms en suite. No dinner service available, but very please to stay. Local restaurants within walking distance. Only issue was the lack of flow in the shower (was more like being dribbled on)

Nice B&B, in a good location, for a good price. Very good cooked breakfast, only let down is the shower facilities, with a weak pressured shower.

Although the traffic was atrocious getting here, there's ample parking and instant access into the house. The room we had was better than some hotels I've stayed in, so all in all, a great stay. Didn't sample the breakfast but it smelt wonderful!

Very clean and tidy rooms and good value for money as breakfast is included next morning.

A nice decent sized room. Very cozy. Although it didn't have a wardrobe. Very close to the M4 junction. And a few minutes drive to Bristol centre. Had tea and coffee facilities in the room. The shower is fairly big enough. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Breakfast was good, but lacked a bit of choice. My room was quite small and a bit dated. However for the price pretty good. There is no restaurant on site.

Lovely rooms and friendly service. Breakfast is really nice and the whole area is light and airy. Great to rent out for events or just weekend stopovers in Bristol.

Stayed here as a last minute booking after having a project extended. Nice friendly staff who book you in and leave you alone. Accommodation is clean, modern and comfortable whilst being in a nice little spot 10 minutes to Abbey retail area but having a country feel about it. Fast internet that was very much appreciated. Overall much better than Holiday Inn 5 minutes away that I had stayed in the night before and so good I booked again for the next day and then again for next week. Breakfast was also fantastic and well above par for the course. Very impressed all round. Only sorry they don't have enough passing trade to warrant opening up for evening meals as well.

Very nice b&b, with spacious rooms. Location is a bit off, behind some house that they are rebuilding and on a busy road, which cannot be heared or seen btw. Feels luxurious inside.

It's an unloving place. Room and breakfast were o. K. But the bathroom was tatty. The staff is not very expierenced.

If you are looking for a hotel with convenient links to the city centre, then this is definitely not it. However, if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel in the countryside of Bristol, then the Coach House could be worth a stay. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I were met with a welcoming and accommodating service at reception. The lobby was clean and tidy, and was decorated in a contemporary and subtle style befitting a countryside location. Our chalet-style room was tucked away at the back of the hotel, with a small courtyard to the front and a field to the back. We were shown to our room, provided with a key (which made a pleasant change from the modern key-card contraptions) and were shown how to operate the electric heater if required. Very much like the lobby, was the rooms was clearly cleaned to a high standard and immediately felt comfortable. As the room had both an external and internal door, we felt this contributed to an overall suggestion of security. The room contained a dresser, clothes rail, large double bed with two side tables, a flat-screen television, and a chair. The tea and coffee making facilities were very generous and we both appreciated the provision of caramelised biscuits. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable, although my girlfriend felt as though the mattress was a little too firm for her liking and her sleep was not the best. We were provided with generous and good-quality towels for the small but perfectly adequate bathroom.

Newly refurbished to a high quality. Nicely furnished. New linen. Friendly welcome. Wide variety of quality choices at breakfast. A well deserved 3 out of 3.

I have stayed at The Coach House for both university and business purposes over the last 3 years and I can gladly say this is a very pleasant B&B which offers a more personal touch as opposed to the large hotel chains. The rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast sets you up nicely for the day. I would recomend this to anyone.

Lovely staff. Cooked breakfast. Stay here on business couple of nights a week. Way better than local hotels and a third of the cost.
