Gorgeous rooms. Very rustic and clean. Lovely touches to main hotel. Dog friendly (even had sausages for breakfast). Food is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious.

We recently got married at Widbrook Grange and cannot say enough just how perfect the entire day was. Claire and the team were so attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. Beautiful venue and location too. Food and service were absolutely perfect, every single guest said how amazing it was. Can't wait to revisit soon!

Arrived at Widbrook Grange to set the sweet-cart up for a baby shower. Stunning place, very clean and organised with helpful staff. Beautiful setting for weddings and other special events.

Really really disappointed with the treatment we have received from Widbrook Grange. We went for high tea for 4 people (£92) a few weeks ago and we were shocked to be served cakes and macarons that had been bought from the supermarket, pre made and reheated scones that were brown on the inside and crumbled when cut and sandwiches that had absolutely no filling inside. Looking at the photos of their advertised high tea which had beautiful hand made desserts and lovely looking sandwiches, I was really shocked at what we were given! I emailed the hotel twice and both times they said that they had ‘passed the email onto the general manager’ and I have still not heard anything in 3 weeks! Absolutely terrible.

Amazing relaxing stay here! Beautiful, peaceful and not too far from a few towns for exploring. Food is amazing and so is the bar selection. Offer of treatments in room which is so nice!

A massive thank you to Claire and the amazing widbrook team for making our wedding day so perfect. Claire went above and beyond to support us both on our day and nothing was too much for her. All staff were friendly and the venue itself is a perfect wedding venue. Thank you all so much.

A fabulous hotel for you and your doggy. Lovely grounds to walk in, a lovely dog bed with treats in the room and even a sausage for doggy breakfast 🐕🥰

We were there for a family wedding, they hired their own marque for the evening party & band which was perfect, bar prices where on the high side but otherwise lovely.

Cannot recommend widbrook and their staff enough, especially with Dennis our cocker spaniel. He was made at home and very much centre of attention. Will definitely be visiting again.

the gardens were very nice for Lucie to had a sniff around, and the staff very friendly.

A wonderful location close by Bradford on Avon and Bath. Amazing service from amazing staff throughout. Beautiful rooms with fantastic facilities and quality amenities. A great 5* restaurant with service to match. The indoor pool is in a idyllic location particularly at twilight, with a great gym to work out. Beautiful shop — you’ll want to buy everything (which is reasonable). The hardest decision is — do you really need to go out and leave this cosy cocoon? but you can always hurry back!.

Over cooked/dried food… mousse was almost solid… bar service slow in rhe extreme!

I just had my wedding here and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue! It was beautiful and Claire went above and beyond to help and reassure me from the moment we booked it, her attention to detail was amazing. The food was incredible, the rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfy. Any minor problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. My husband and I have absolutely fallen in love with widbrook grange and it has provided us with memories we will treasure forever.

What a gorgeous place to hold a wedding. Our daughters special day was perfect.
Thanks to all the wonderful staff that worked so hard to make the day memorable.

Lovely place to be with your pup. Amazing massage therapist. We went for a little trip before baby with our dog, Roosevelt. He loved it and we loved it. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed 2 nights B&B, evening meal and afternoon tea. All excellent. Great food and interesting farmhouse hotel. Small gym and pool so come prepared. For afternoon tea get a travelzoo voucher for half price and great value. Romantic get away location.

Really pleasant place to visit. I took my partner here for her birthday for afternoon tea and she loved it. The decor is fantastic and very quirky. The quality of food is also really good as well as the customer service. I would genuinely say its good valine for money.

Good food, good service and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The only reason it's not a 5 is the lamps and sockets on one wall didn't work. Very nice decor throughout and the pool was great.

Had our wedding here and I can’t thank Claire and the team enough. Claire has been helpful right from the beginning of booking the venue. Beautiful place with the sun shining and everything ran smoothly! We came here after we booked the venue to try the food for Easter and it did not disappoint, the standard was just as good for our wedding, very tasty and looked great. We will be returning for food and dog friendly stays :)

Attended a wedding at the Widbrook Grange and had an absolutely fantastic time. The venue is amazing, the staff very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and the guest rooms were excellent. I highly recommend the Widbrook and would love to spend more time at this excellent hotel.

I booked Widbrook Grange through pet pyjamas (a dog friendly holiday website) and was so pleased with my stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing. We had the most perfect stay and its so convenient for dog owners! There is a field for dogs to run around safely and I always felt very comfortable having her there. Food is lovely too! I hope to go back very soon. I would highly recommend it to others!

What a great little hotel. Luxurious with a friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner (monkfish was good but cod was simply delicious) a great small pool. Highly recommended.

The bad and bedding are fantastic and the locally sourced breakfast was also very good. It does need a little TLC to get it up to 5 stars but a nice enough stay.

For a birthday treat I was very excited to share an afternoon tea with three of my friends… I shouldn’t of been! Staff were rude and unattentive, food was boringly standard and goodness me if you have a “dietary requirement” be prepared to pay extra for it! So disappointing but the setting was wonderful and the prosecco (needed it! )

Fantastic facilities and service, rooms are to a very high standard and very unique, breakfast was to a high standard with lots of options and all freshly cooked.

I recently DJ'd for a wedding here, the staff were really friendly and the reception venue was lovely. The grounds have an amazing collection of sculptures in a lovely old farm house setting.

We went here for a wedding reception, interesting building, like a little rat run, lots of small rooms it seems, it would have been nice to see outside in the day time.

We got married here on 15th July 2017 and everything was incredible! Delicious food, super organisation, excellent accommodation, friendly staff and well-priced. The place has so much character — rustic and quirky — but tons of comfort too. We are so happy we fell in love with this place and decided to have our big day here! I'd definitely recommend this venue for anyone's wedding — young or old!

We chose this hotel as our wedding venue for 04.08.2017 and honestly could not have picked a better place! We had the most perfect day and the hotel is truly beautiful! All of the staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful they made us feel right at home, special thanks to Claire the events organiser who was amazing she made me feel totally at ease and ensured that everything ran smoothly and was just right for our big day we couldn't have done it without you. Beautiful location, amazing food, wonderful staff … there is nothing negative we can say about this place, thank you again for such a perfect weekend myself and dan can't wait to come back! Xox.

The food was second to none, the venue, was ok but needs little changes, eg. The walkways need to be all paved! Shingles are no good when wearing high heels, and more lighting, and please supply more choice of drinks,! The choice was very limited and way too expensive,

A wonderful hidden gem, just outside Trowbridge the food rooms and staff are lovely, great for weddings having the function room away from the main house is a great idea, restricted wheel chair access but you can still get around with the staff help. Good Wi-Fi and the pool was nice just have to fit around the swimming lessons.

Attended a wedding here. Cosy hotel with some quirky art. Rooms were clean and a decent standard. Main house had a fab gin bar and all staff were helpful plus not too overpriced. Breakfast was also excellent with locally sourced ingredients.

Newly refurbished rooms, very large comfy bed. Good shower. Very nice.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to attend a friends wedding at the nearby Timbrells yard. We received a friendly welcome by the receptionist who took us to our room and explained breakfast times etc on the way. We stayed in room 17 which was lovely, with a super king bed, memory foam mattress and egptian cotton bedding to compliment (the best night's sleep I've had in absolute forever). The bathroom was very clean and modern comprising of a bathtub with power shower and equipped with complimentry shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion not too mention the sewing kit (which came in very handy when my husband lost a button from his shirt) and personal care kit with nail file. There is a quaint little bar in the main house and the staff were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was made to order, served quickly and was very tasty. The hotel grounds were serene and calm and we found the whole stay very relaxing and would definately stay again.

Swimming lessons for babies in the pool have been enjoyable.

A late booking turned into a wonderful experience! This beautiful country home just outside Trowbridge has luxurious finishes — large comfy rooms with everything you could ask for and more.

A very friendly hotel. Newly renovated Stable Block Family Room was excellent, even with 5 of us. Great breakfast and early morning swims were loved by the kids. Beautiful country setting and great pub/restaurant down the road, The Boathouse, also owned by the hotel.

Myself, my wife and baby daughter had a lovely 2 day stay. Wonderful staff who where really helpful. We would highly recommend for family's =D.

It was cold in all rooms, and showers very weak for an upmarket hotel.

Good size rooms (country styled), friendly staff and the food is generally great. Definitely go for the steak off of the standard menu, great bit of beef.
