Friendly staff. Basic rooms but clean. Would definitely come back here.

Everything was ok except the drinks in the bar were very expensive.

The ‘included’ breakfast was actually a grab and go breakfast again not made clear on the website. It was of course not very good and as expected you had to wear a mask whilst self serving, the first morning we were followed round by a worker with spray spraying disinfectant all over the place, the second morning was busier and although masks were mandatory no one apart from my family were wearing one. And no one was social distancing with no 2m markers on the floor! So what exactly was the point? I understand fully you can’t enforce the mask law but Surely there should have been a Marshall ‘reminding’ guests to wear one or at very least have some disposable masks to hand out to guests if needed, very poor considering current circumstances! On 2 separate occasions the hand gel at the lift and front of reception was empty! Again a basic requirement in this day and age! I never saw the lift buttons in or out the lifts get cleaned once and there was lots of people using it, again surely that’s one of the main touch points in the hotel for transference? Room was ok but the whole COVID routines were extremely poor, I wouldn’t return for this reason.

Perfect place to stay with a lift to other floors. Lovely self service breakfast and a harvester just next door. You can even book tickets for Warwick Castle at the reception.

I was in Holiday inn express Warwick for Office travel. Room was small in size but had all required things. Beds were comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast was good and complementary. It has big car park. Warwick city centre is almost 1 hr in walking.

Location is convenient. Rooms are comfortable, clean and caters for all basic needs. Selective breakfast options. Staff very obliging. Wifi coverage not extensive.

Decent hotel. Good staff. Pretty clean. Good Wi-Fi. Could use: fridge in the room; better bath ventilation; more varied breakfasts.

Ideal for a visit to Warwick Castle. Rooms are clean and service is very good. Wifi is free and decent speed as well. Breakfast is very average though.

Average sized rooms in a predictably corporate mid-range hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, and decent breakfast (hot and cold). Limited evening food but a Harvester restaurant is next door. Hi-Express hotel does what it needs to without fuss, frills or excitement.

The room is very nice and the staff friendly. The location between Warwick and Stratford is also very good, the hotel is located right next to the bus stop that connects both cities. It is about a 30-minute walk to Warwick city centre. However, the car park costs fees. Breakfast is nothing special but included and definitely ok.

Stayed a couple times now. Always a nice place to stay with harvester just next door. Very helpful staff and comfy beds.

Very noisey hotel its near a major road and every hour through the night the noise from water in the pipes or the aircon unit kept me awake. Another downside is the extortionate price that Holiday Inn charges for drinks. No wonder the bars are always empty. Good staff though, tried to help but again senior management dont listen all they care about is money. Will stay at Premier Inn next time in Warwick.

Excellent service from the staff, extremely helpful Room was good, slight noise in morning from the neighbouring m40 motorway if on that side of hotel. Pleasant breakfast area with a self service breakfast.

Very clean and convenient, can order your own takeaway very close to Warwick.

Only met for a client meeting but coffee areas were tired and dull and toilets were not very nice.

This hotel was brilliant for the price. The service was excellent and the workers were extremely helpful. A lovely worker at breakfast time even gave my 2 kids chocolate Easter eggs… They were well made up!

Good hotel in Warwick with harvester on site and friendly staff. Still have a short drive to the castle as slightly too far to walk.

Quality hotel in a great location. I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and found it very good. Located right next to a harvester which was perfect.

Nice peaceful place to stay. Paying to leave your car in the car park when you have booked a room for 3 days is a bit rich and should be included in the price. Facilities very good and staff very friendly. Prices very reasonable by today's standards. Room was very clean and presentable but felt the cooked breakfast offered lacked enough variety. No tomatoes or mushrooms. Just scrambled egg, sausages, bacon and baked beans. Heating in the room was very poor. Not sure I would stay again if I'm honest. 99% of people will arrive by car. Parking should be free! The best of the budget hotels.

Very clean room with good facilities. En suite very clean and well laid out. Not a great selection of breakfast, but filling and hot.

Clean and accessible. We stayed in a ground floor room which seemed to have been recently refurbished. Lovely bar and seating area by reception, with fabulous pizzas if you get peckish! The breakfast was chaos, but very reasonable prices.

Good location with adequate parking. Breakfast was decent. Nice bar area and a Harvester restaurant next door. Traffic can be bad in the mornings, so leave time to get away from the roundabout by the hotel. Only odd thing was they ask you to pay at check-in.

Always liked Holiday Express. Always get the same decent breakfast which is bacon and croissant with cereals b4 that. Rooms are mainly the same set up. Staff friendly and helpful. Carparks this part of the country are charged, no choice about that.

The hotel itself is good and clean. The breakfast selection was fair and the parking is cheap. Overall very happy. Had a couple issues with the aircon not working and a leaky kettle BUT the staff were very helpful. They were obviously short staffed but made sure that everybody got their chance to talk and have issues put right. They made a huge difference to our experience and so I would definitely be pleased to return in the future!

Had a wonderful stay, staff where wonderful but two months later just received a bill from Parking Eye co for Hundred pounds for parking in the hotel parking lot. Staff knew we had a car rental as they gave us instructions to get to places each day. Trying to contact hotel or Parking company from Vancouver has been impossible.

Amazing staff at desk even when we checked in very late — Katherine. Great room all set up correctly. And even though we booked two nights separately they arranged for us to have the same room. Good breakfast both mornings to. Very yummy.

Clean tidy room, pleasant staff throughout the site. We stayed in a family room however we all found this to be a tad small. Room had aircon which was nice on a muggy night and ensured we all slept well. Be warned you'll have to pay at reception to park the car when checking in. Breakfast was nice with a great range of food and drink for all ages. Close to both the M40 and minutes to Warwick Castle. Would stay again.

Very good hotel, great value for money. Good location, bus stops a couple of minutes away into Warwick centre. Stratford and lemington spa 15 minutes drive in either direction. The staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size and very clean. The help yourself breakfast was very good and topped up regularly. Would stay here again.

We stayed with two dogs on a busy Saturday night and could not fault the hotel or the staff. Service was great and the dogs were treated like royalty with free dog treats, poo bags and biscuits. Rooms are modern and very clean. Only downside is the hotel carpark which had a £3.50 extra charge and £100 fine if you get your number plate wrong.

Good budget hotel. Good sized room to squeeze our family of 4 in. Breakfast was a good buffet with enough choice. Great location to get to that castle up the road. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Good harvester restaurant next door for dinner.

There are plenty of hotels in same location. This is not the best. Trouble with our heating, family rooms are tiny! There is nothing to do in this hotel either. And it is a 10 min taxi ride to nearest town. We were offered another room but heating was no better. And the icing on the cake was the taxi service operating throughout the hotel is a con! We were told £6 when checking info on arrival. This then turn into £11 and then once at destination charged £12.60 after still saying £11just two secones after taking my money. Wasn't in a postions to argue as he dash my buggy in a busy side street and I had a baby and toddler to carry out the car. Not everyone In warwick is like this met some very nice people but taxi service is terrible operating from holiday inn becareful.

Stayed here for one night, the hotel is in very good condition, looks newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful which was lovely. Has almost everything you could want, include tea/coffee and kettle, iron and board, wide-screen TV, shower gel and soap, and hairdryer. You can ask them for other stuff like tooth brushes if you need them. Breakfast is also included, and at this price is an awesome deal. The hotel is just outside Warwick just off the motorway so it's very convenient if you are driving and passing by or visiting Warwick. There is a harvester grill restaurant directly next door, so you can easily grab dinner if you arrive late in the evening, although the town centre is only about a mile away. I was a bit surprised that I had to pay 3.50 for parking over night, but again at this price for the room, the cost of parking is nothing. Highly recommended.

The hotel is easily accessible from the motorway. Initially I thought this may have meant a noisy night but this way not the case. The room was clean and all the expected services were provided. The breakfast was well stocked and I enjoyed everything that was on offer.

Very nice rooms which have recently been refreshed and very comfy beds, but some fixtures and fittings were broken or breaking such as the desk chair. Would stay again though and the staff and breakfast were both nice.
