Staff have very poor customer service.
Breakfast very over priced, freezing cold.
Although evening meal was ok waited for 25 mins for food order to be taken then waited 45 minutes for food to arrive.
Rang Hotel before booking to confirm our child could use the pool, they confirmed he could but on arrival we was told he couldn't, we asked to speak to a manager but he was not on site and had to wait 24hours later to finally speak to him, which he said we actually could use the pool. When actually going to use the pool, there is a sign to say no more than 12 people in the pool at one time by government guidelines, there was way over 25 people in the pool. When speak to the person on the desk at the pool she didn't really care and basically told us to not worry about it.
Hand sanitizer station throughout the hotel but always empty.
Signs to say masks must be wore in public areas of the hotel by law but no one follows this and hotel staff do not police this.
A lot of cracked tiles on the floor and shower walls.
Ring for room service but no one ever answers.
When you arrive you are told you have to pay a further £100 on top of what the cost of the room but not given a reason why just that its hotel policy, this is not displayed on booking. Com or the hotel website. This hotel is a lovely looking hotel but it is very over priced, breakfast that is basically a fry up is not worth £18.50 but if you are paying that price you expect it to be edible and not cold. In my opinion it is the staff but especially the management team at this hotel that are letting it down, they are very rude and don't really seem to care about any issue you have as a guest.
