Love a premier inn check o staff were friendly.

Room was clean and tidy, staff nice and attentive, food excellent.

Good location great breakfast and price ok.

Nice clean spacious rooms.

Sam was on reception and was really helpful, the room was clean and cosy, I look forward to staying here again.

Mostly impressed with the quality of the disabled room. Bathroom was excellent. Needed at least 1 more power point as charging chair takes one as well as phone etc. These days everyone has gadgets to charge!

We stayed for a couple of nights and we slept on hard mattresses, we needed to request several pillows and the staff weren't very helpful, however the redeeming quality is in the breakfast, it tasted good with little waiting time for your order.

The Premier Inn staff were very helpful. I would mark the Chef & Brewer restaurant attached as O & wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My wife is a celiac so we are careful what we order. In we asked for black current & soda& received black current & lemonade. We ordered smoke mackerel pate from the gluten free menu & received another pate altogether that was not on that menu. My wife ordered gammon, chips, egg & pineapple. The egg and pineapple didn't arrive. The manager told us they couldn't cook the egg in gluten free oil although everything we ordered for my wife was on the gluten free menu. They didn't have a clue about allergies. If you suffer from any DON'T GO THERE.

A lovely quiet stay. Rooms just perfect as with air con which made sleeping even easier on lovely comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location, comfy family room, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on a busy Saturday morning, but that's my only complaint.

Nice staff good night sleep will stay agen when I am down there.

Good road links, clean but 40 minute walk into Gloucester.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful, rooms were tidy and beds comfortable. There are teabags and coffee downstairs to help yourself to if you run out. The breakfast next door (provided by premier inn) was good. Theres also a Sainburys near by if you need forget to bring anything.

Excellent location for touring locally. Very friendly staff. Restaurant ok but only 1 day out of 4 was the breakfast hot enough.

Very enjoyable stay. Room very clean. Therevis some building work taking place at the moment but didn't cause ca problem. Nice pub with good food next door.

Usual premier inn standard. Room clean and a good night's sleep. It was a pity the only member of staff on reception was so unfriendly. The same could be said for the staff in the pub next door where you go for your meals.

As a regular user of premier hotels, I am usually always pleased with their standards, this one however exceeds the norm. Easy to find. Good parking (free), clean and pleasant hotel and they've even put the bath the right way round so as you can watch telly whilst chilling in the bath. The adjoining pub is fantastic. Welcoming, comfortable with great food and great staff. Prices are reasonable too.

Premier inn fine but the restaurant and pub next to it is very poor. Bad and rude staff. Did not help us in any way for dinner and breakfast was cold and bad service. Love premier inn but last night was our worst experience.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and comfortable. Well located for Gloucester and the airport.

Have stayed before but was a little disappointed this time. They no longer have a connection to the adjoining pub so can't reserve you a place for dinner, had to call and do that ourselves (we didn't have to last time). Rooms were fine but was given a photocopy of the room card that holds the key. Not the end of the world but felt a little cheap.

A good Premiere Inn let down by a mediocre pub and restaurant. The location also means you have to go past it and round the roundabout to get there and then have to go all the way back up to the A41 in order to get to anywhere, which gets annoying very quickly. Whilst the rooms were comfortable, if a bit too warm, I'll look to stay elsewhere first next time unless the deal is very good.

Great family room but was next to the stairs so was noisy. Other than that it's spotless and comfortable.

Nice new hotel with big floodlit carpark. All the staff were really friendly and I had a great nights stay.

We stay here every year for the air tattoo. Always very happy. Staff and rooms are lovely. Food in the attached pub is yummy too. Will be back this year.

Just had a 2 night stay at this premier Inn. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and air conditioning. Bed very comfortable! Good pillow range. Staff exceptionally friendly. Good experience. Would stay again.

The location offers good parking, and is next door to a restaurant/Inn. Breakfast is available here for a decent price. Service from staff is very good. Rooms feature a double bed with two single beds either side.

It's a decent enough room for a reasonable price. What's more to say, it's a premier Inn, the most generic of hotels. Errm The cleaners we're really polite…

Only stayed overnight but reception were very helpful and greeted with a smile. The room was as expected, their beds are as good as their adverts make out. As a family of four we ordered the all you can eat breakfast as kids eat free and it was satisfactory.

Good value for money. Great location. Rooms simple but clean and comfortable. Had air con and TV. Quiet despite proximity to duel carriageway.

Excellent location for business travel to any of the offices in the Barnwood area but probably a little remote for anything else. The pub restaurant provides a bit more atmosphere than the typical hotel restaurant and more choice on the menu. Food prices are quite reasonable. Accommodation is what you would expect from premier inn, not many frills but good quality basics.

Great rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was very nice in the twin room I was in. Breakfast was nice and lots of variety. Only comment would be to have plugs next to the beds.

Bed was big and comfortable. Very little noise with window closed despite being near the busy road. Staff were helpful but didn't tell me that breakfast finishes at 9am here instead of the usual 10am, so missed it!

A bit in the middle of nowhere by busy roads but the rooms are always clean. Book early for lower prices.

Myself and the wife use this hotel over the weekend of The Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford. Staff are all very friendly and happy to help. Spacious rooms with VERY comfortable beds. Even though it is by the main road you can barely hear the traffic (if windows are shut). Pub next door cost more than the usual but that was to be expected. Food in there was very good though!

Rooms are very spacious and the double beds are super comfy. Tv, hairdryer, kettle and air con are nice touches. Breakfast can be had next door at the Wheatstones and is pretty tasty with lots of variety. I don't know the prices as my company booked for me but it's a good location for working in Barnwood.

Good motorway access. Rooms are clean and comfy. Has air con. Not much more you could ask for really.

Room was clean and modern. Good location for what we needed and service was friendly and efficient. Generally happy overall.
