I really liked all the people working here, but room very small to what we are used to Very convenient to town centre and manager straight onto parking permit for us. When we visit Cheltenham again we will defiantly come back to The Abbey, what a. Fantastic place.

Really nice to stay here! I'm glad I choose this over a chain hotel. Very well looked after and the breakfast was perfect! So relaxing to look out the window to the garden, cup of tea to hand!

Lovely rooms and facilities, hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast included in the price and was very nice with a lot to choose from. Location is good as well as only a short walk from the centre or down bath road.

Nice locally run hotel which is more of a B&B the staff were very friendly and the room was large clean and airy. You are given a ticket to display when parking in the zone 1 streets around the hotel as no designated car park. Nice central location and cracking breakfast.

The Abbey Hotel is situated near to the very centre of Cheltenham, within a short walk of most central facilities and also backs onto a lovely park. There is on street parking available via a parking permit given out on request by the hotel, which is better than several of the hotels in the area. We were welcomed by one of the owners and was made to feel very welcome, especially as we had turned up earlier than check-in time. We were promptly shown to our room which was spacious and well laid out featuring an onsuite shower room, very comfortable bed, flat screen television and the usual drinks facilities. Breakfast the next morning was of excellent quality and freshly baked rolls were available for the guests. Well worth a visit.
