Warm and genuine staff, really, in truth, unexpected. Food was good, to service prompt and friendly… definitely have a couple of new fans here!

A great start to our holiday, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, the Hilton Honours complimentary drinks & canapés were very welcome, Sylvia was very amiable and an asset to the the company, the bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly.

Always good busy but great food great staff.

Fantastic service from the restaurant, our server Ruby was amazing a big smile and a lovely chat a true asset to the Hilton. The room is very clean and comfortable hotel is very clean great atmosphere and lovely place to stay.

Great service just steps far from Stansted Airport! Couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel but a quiet room! And there it is! Special thanks to Michela (FO) and Val (F&B) for the outstanding service and the warm welcome!

Rooms and facilities are nice.
Not impressed with service as now been waiting 2 hours for milk to be brought up to make a coffee in our room despite making 2 requests!

Awful experience the parking company charged us £60 for my husband dropping my bags whilst I carried a sleeping toddler. We were there a whole 7 minuets! (That the staff agreed) they took ages to talk to us such insane charges then they charged me twice for the hotel room£85 shambles! 🤬🤬🤬

Second stay here, first was pre Covid but still excellent. Staff were great, very helpful and very hygiene aware. Rooms great, breakfast choice superb and the restaurant service due to Covid was spot on. Hand wash stations every few metres and in the lifts so felt very safe. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was great, the room was spacious and suited to our family needs and breakfast was amazing. We chose theirs hotel to stay with our 1 and 3 year old as we had an early flight and used the park and go package which as good value all in all. However… after calling the day before to confirm our room, and cot which had been overlooked but resolved very well and we were allocated a family room, when we arrived was no cot — after the third cot was delivered to our room (the guy couldn’t get them to say up and refused help) my two boys were wide awake and the whole point of saying over went wrong! My review link expired whilst on holiday, hence my review here. Bit disappointed the cot was not in the room after being on the original booking AND calling the day before our stay. Expect more from the hilton.

Great location, very friendly staff this friday evening and night, lovely waitress at the bar willing to help out, ok breakfast, grapejuice was nasty a/f haha have to say it but the rest great, also good halal option for my muslim colleague that was travelling with me. I was honestly expecting more of the room, guess this ones a more stop and go location, no minibar or anything. Good wide flatscreen, but it had no sleep timer or alarm clock, thats always a plus. Beds were comfy but personally I like the covers to hang over the sides of the bed, that prevents that cold stab in the rump you get when you move a bit in the current ones haha maybe you could consider that as an extra option when you book. I’ll leave my details in a private message for my percentage of the benefits thankyou. Shower was nice and wide with a big glass splash-screen and nice smelly soaps and conditioners. Liked how the safe pops open when you open the drawer its in the first time. And about a 70m straight walk to the departures terminal. We shall meet again!

Would have been a 5 but for some minor issues.
Not until after we booked was we told that the walkway to the hotel from the terminal wasn't finished so had to get the shuttle bus. On checking in there was no one at the Hilton honors desk so we waited there thinking someone will come along shortly and was told to join the normal queue. The reception area the bar and the restaurant are all in one hall. When it's busy the noise is very loud very similar to a large canteen. No intimacy or relaxing area to chill. I know it's a modern design but the noise bouncing around that area was crazy. Only one barman on and quite busy so waited for for drinks for a good while. They seemed very short staffed. The smoking area outside is very minimal. No seating and no protection from the elements.
The good things.
Being able to walk from the terminal will be great when it's finished. Evening meals were good quality and well priced for the Hilton brand. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. From 4am to 10am. Rooms very cosy and a comfy bed. Large selection of TV channels. The whole hotel smells literally brand new.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Definitely and am sure once the teething problems and extra staff are taken care off it will be a fantastic place. Pity who designed the reception bar area didn't take into account that 200 people talking gets very loud.
