Lovely hotel with lots of thoughtful touches. Complimentary drinks and breakfast basket in the room full of goodies excellent.

Beautiful room and service. Fantastic views and relaxing place. A thumbs up to a more modern way of bed and breakfasts. Will definitely come again.

Will definitely be booking to stay here again next year. Booked for a weekend, but be staying for longer next time. Lisa and Keith are fab hosts from start to finish. So helpful booked all ours evening meals before arrival. Fantastic location 2 min walk to pavilion and town. Rooms are amazing. Comfy beds pillows and crisp clean sheets. Beautiful views. Delicious breakfasts delivered to your door in the mornings in a basket full variety ie fruit croissants warm rolls eggs sausage bacon. Home made jams. Fresh juices. Plenty of coffee and tea in room. Mini fridge with complimentary drinks and was ice machine on landing which was great for my vodka and tonic. Five⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from me and family. Thank you Lisa and Keith.

Lisa & Keith are great hosts, from a lovely welcome to information about local things to do & places to eat. My mum & me stayed for 4 nites room no6, although it's top floor & my mum is 86 she managed the stairs very well. Half way up is a sofa for a quick stop if needed. Fab views from our bedroom, over the beach & harbour. What a welcome, cookies & drinks in the fridge. There is plenty of tea, coffee etc replenished daily also bottled water. Now the breakfast baskets, delivered to our rooms to eat at our leisure. They were amaxing, pastries, fruit, juice, yoghurts the best homemade jams & not forgetting the free range eggs still warm, absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend great location & will definitely be back. Thank you both for a fabulous break for myself & mum.

Great room with views of both the seaside and harbour situated in a very convenient place on the sea front. Very spacious and quirky, not sure why shower was in the bedroom instead of making the bathroom bigger to accommodate it but still worked well. Comfy bed ensured a good nights sleep, before breakfast was delivered to our room with delicious home made jams. Loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the extra little touches in the room. Definitely the best B&B with friendly hosts, we will be back to stay again. Parking isn’t guaranteed but we were lucky and managed to use the parking permit given to us. All together we had a lovely break away.

The excellent customer service started before we arrived with a phone call to arrange our rooms so that ourselves and my partners elderly mum were all on the same floor. Great welcome from our hosts with thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with complimentary beer, Gin and tonic, cakes and fudge. Amazing views over the beach and the harbour from the spacious rooms which are spotlessly clean, and decorated to a very high standard.
Breakfast in a basket was very tasty. We will definitely be visiting the Roundhouse again and can highly recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant weekend away, in the newly refurbed twin room, sat looking over the bay, sipping a G&T. The continental breakfast was lovely homemade jams, warm rolls, croissants and Danish pastry etc. The little touches were beautiful. Fudge, Teacakes etc, we had a lovely welcome and would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back next year x.

Lovely inn, with hosts who were tremendously friendly and helpful. Our room, on the top floor, had a lovely view of the beach and a cross-breeze that was much-appreciated on that hot July night. The room was very well-appointed including a lovely selection of sweets. The hosts had great recommendations for local restaurants. We thought that the breakfast basket was absolutely fabulous, with beautiful pastries, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs… just what we needed so we could set off well-nourished after a lovely sleep on the luxuriously soft bed. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic service, fantastic rooms.

I pre booked the king's suite a good few months before we arrived, and was greeted at the door by Keith the owner who was pleasant and very helpful, he showed me to the room which was on the 2nd floor, and informed me about all the little extras like Wi-Fi, door code room key and extra, parking, permits of which they kindly provided for us. The room: Kings Suite Room 2 The king's suite room 2 was totally amazing with lots of space comfortable, furniture tables and cupboard space, plenty of mirrors, and a perfect on suite shower and wc. A couple of things that we absolutely loved was the fact that the sofa was placed where you could look out over the sea, of which we did every evening and second was the stunning views of not only the sea front but the harbour opposite both windows opened with was to allow a nice air flow through the room. Each morning we received a lovely continental breakfast for two, of croissant, bread roll jams, cheese fruit and juice, which set you up perfectly for the day. I can't speak highly enough about the roundhouse Weymouth it was a perfect stay over three nights, and the most charming owners Keith & Lisa who were chatty professional and informative about the area. My personal thanks to them for an amazing long weekend stay. S Everett.

Found the manager to be very unhelpful and quite rude. The breakfast options were very poor and no cooked breakfast. Weymouth is a lovely seaside town, but I would recommend staying at one of the many other better places on offer.

I was very disappointed at the way we was dealt with. Me and my wife was very much looking forward to a weekend away together, unfortunately her grandmother passed away the night before we was due to leave so we had to cancel our room. We found it hard to get hold of the manager and left msgs with no reply… when I finally speak to the manager I was confronted with a very blasai attitude to our loss and told that we would still be paying for the room which was totalling £190. I still can't believe this complete lack of empathy and compassion could come from someone in this line of business and very disappointed and angry at the way we have been treated.

We stayed at one of the appartments and it was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need. We cannot recommend this enough will definitely be booking it again.

The in laws stayed here for our wedding we went to see them there the room were very boutique it is defo so we're I would stay.

Beautiful quirky room, plenty of space, stunning location, very comfortable. Scrumptious breakfast, lots of lovely little touches throughout and to top it all off really great music while you eat.

Highly recommend it, I loved this place so much. Stayed for a week during my Ironman Weymouth… the room is lovely and spacious, the breakfast is so delicious, the customers service & staff is amazing,,, thanks a lot Mr Keith,, will surely come again.

Best decision I made this year — to stay at this quaint and splendid hotel/bed&breakfast. I stayed in a room on the top floor with beautiful views over the bay & beach. Breakfast was lovely. I love the interior design throughout the hotel, and my room even had a fun furry wall! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is the best run hotel we have ever stayed in, all down to the fantastic efforts of the wonderful eva and her team, who try very hard from the minute you walk through thier doors to the minute you leave, nothing is to much for them, if it is posible, and can be achieved, then it will be? a small example of this, I lived in germany for 5yrs, and could not find the best lager in the world outside germany, I mentinoed this to eva, and now her sister who lives in berlin, is bringing us back two crates of schulthiess to the round house. How special is that, and this comes naturaly from eva and her team. We look forward to going back and have allready booked in advance. To others thinking of visiting, all we can say is treat yourself's you will not be dissapointed. Wayne/vanessa cardiff.
