Loved the fact that they sanitized after every ride. Unlike Bowleaze.

Fun fair is good but dont eat at the Alexandra kiosk they serve ice cold fish and are very rude! If my elderly mother has consequences of this cold fish they will pay the price. Do not eat here. They don’t even want to work there by the looks of it especially the blonde lady who is moody and dismissive.

Perfect location, lovely staff, ticket machines and prizes are great! reasonably priced fair rides… the kids and myself love it.

Amazing location and fantastic people accomadation is great and plenty big enough me and my partner with our then 3.5 year old. We definitely want to go back.

NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY I come here every year and when I arrived early on the first day I had no change to park. The food shop were putting change in the tills ready for the day and the arcade was closed. Considering it’s all one buissness I asked for change of £5 at the food stall only to be abruptly told “no we don’t do that you have to buy something first” I thought ok your buissness has thousands of coins and change machines inside and it seemed they wanted to force me to buy something to change up a £5 note. Needless to say for the entire 2 week stay I made a point of not spending a single penny within the entire venue and considering I have 2 kids who love an arcade and we have spent in the high hundreds on slots, coin pushers, games and teddy machines I'm pleased they never got a penny. We come every year and because of there greedy policy of forcing people to buy a burger or an ice cream to change the smallest note available I will never go here to spend any of our money. What a greedy selfless policy they properly have over 25k in pound coins on that premises. 2 elderly locals changed my note in the end.

Very upset to see a woman being talk to in a very unprofessional manner today buy a manager and was told to leave as she tried to explain that the situation he had with a male was not handle right in front of children will never return.

Rude and un mannered head of security and no people skills like to talk to you like you are a baby has no understanding of mental health issues and very aggressive towards members of public and when ask not to step in front of a child and shout at there parents this is not a night club it's a children's arcade will never return we spend so much time hear but no more and I will be spreading the word he couldn't even show me his security card don't think he is in the right job to deal with children!

Steve was very helpful and location central to Weymouth beach.

Situated along the Esplanade on Weymouth’s seafront with great views across the Bay.

Just being renovated and doing a nice job. Fab location. Walls are a bit thin so can be a bit noisy.

The location is great. In front of the gardens, between the esplanade and the harbour. The hotel is old but they partly refurbished the rooms. In any case, it's super clean and the staff is extremely nice (thanks Steve).

Used to bring my daughter here. Thankfully she to old for the rides now. Over all these years their pricing signage has really bugged me. I asked them about it once and was rudely told there is nothing wrong with it. I see they have had new sign in last couple of years and they are still wrong. One token = £1
Six tokens = £5 fair enough.
12 tokens = £10 what is the point of this. Surely it should be something like …
13 tokens = £10
This as a parent would encourage me to part with a tenner straight away. The rides are priced such a way as to rip you off. Better going elsewhere.

Fantastic Hotel stayed here recently with the family the beach is literally on the doorstep and Steve the owner is a great guy be back soon for definite.

The rooms are a little dated and basic but clean, well stocked with tea and coffee.

This place is quiet and I loved it! My mum did too! Brilliant views and huge beds. Wish I could stay in Weymouth longer. Room 2 was a bit small but they included a TV. I recommend this to everyone.

Absolutely disgraceful! I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. I have read another review which states exactly the same issue we experienced tonight. My partner and I, were looking for a dog friendly hotel room and came across the Alexandra Hotel, Weymouth. We called to book a room and were rudely hung up on after they asked what breed of dog we have. Having stated we have a Staffordshire bull terrier the narrow minded owner Tim, exclaimed "We don't take that breed" and slammed the phone down on us. Not only was it rude, terrible customer service and quite frankly, pathetic, idiotic and a one of the most small minded comments I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. Whether you have a staffy or not, it is unacceptable as a hotel owner to talk to a potential customer like dirt! AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Fantastic place. Kids absolutely loved it. Staff were great and friendly inside and out. Food and drinks on site was awsome and the staff were wonderful. The lovely lady Sue was a treasure and my kiddies loved her.

We took our 2 young grandchildren to Weymouth last week n every night we had to take them to the fair. They absolutely loved it. Couldn't get the lad off the green tractor. They would've stayed forever. All the staff were kind n patient with our young uns. Good food n drink n ice creams too. Many thanks to you all. Keep up the good work.

Do not book this Hotel. The manager Tim is refusing to refund free cancellations, he is very childish and rude. He is also threatening to take extra money off people and has stolen money off peoples credit cards, according to trip advisor reviews. Look at honest reviews on trip advisor please is my advise to you.

Not even attempting to stay at this hotel when the man who answers the phone is as judgmental as it goes. I found the hotel by searching for "pet friendly accommodation". This hotel is only pet-friendly if your dog is not of a breed the hotel owner does not like. I have a staffy and the hotel owner deems him to be a "fighting breed". My dog wouldn't harm a fly… literally! Absolutely angered by such a ignorant remark. I shall take my business elsewhere!

We stayed over 2 nights and it has met our basic needs, good value for money and bfast was lovely and fresh. Everyone was very friendly and very helpfull.
