First class — new building — pristine rooms — smiling staff eager to please. Next to large family pub/restaurant. Parking can sometimes be difficult.

Currently staying for three days & so far I’m very happy with my service. The room is beautiful, very clean, everything has been looked after well & kept in good condition and kept clean. The staff are welcoming & nice people, Very happy with my stay & would recommend to friends and family!

Excellent place to stay. Staff friendly helpful and professional. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Coming back in Sept.

GREAT: Honest I don't ever write reviews but have travelled to a few of these types of hotels (guess the names) lately due to new job:. This one is Cracking. Polite welcoming staff from receipt to restaurant. Pleasant, interested, attentive and great balance It was busy and as usual some strangely unreasonable customers but I got more than what I expected, paid for or deserved. Would highly recommend. Caz, Tracey, and Mike all deserve a pay rise. Mm.

Easy to find. Comfortable room. Clean. It is connected to a beefeater restaurant and it is advised to make your bookings to dine in advance. I tell you they are a busy place. We ate in town for dinner. But took the breakfast here and you can't fault it for £8, 99 full breakfast. You have a good selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, tea, Costa coffee machine and the cooked selection of an full english style.

Room was good and spotlessly clean. Easy check in and plenty of parking. However breakfast was a nightmare. Queuing to get in even though we had pre paid and pre booked. Queue for food really long and slow as the food kept running out then chef put out three fried eggs at a time. The buffet facilities are totally inadequate for the amount of people. I nearly offered to help cook some eggs! Very disappointing and not as shown and described on TV.

We stay upto 3/4 times a year at this premier inn and normally we have no problems, but this time the pillows were so flat you couldn't sleep on them. We requested new pillows the next morning and when we returned pillows were not changed, we asked again and this time pillows were changed, susposedly for firmer pillows but they were no different from the original. Very disappointed will bring my own pillows in future.

We managed to secure a couple of rooms during the crazy 2-day snow and ice lockdown in early March. Work dictated deadlines had to be met so it was so convenient to stay over. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed very comfy. Popped into the restaurant next door for a great steak. Would go again.

Pretty good Very imersonal and absolutely nothing to celebrate New year.

This is my second visit to this Hotel, in which my first was extremely negative due to the attitude of one staff member, but a year later, I am so pleased that I returned as I now know I will visit again and again as I found everything so much nicer. I had requested a top floor room prior to arriving which was lovely (a new design room), everything was clean and fully functional, including the heating (last time I was freezing), the bed was firm, the pillows soft, the shower had a great pressure, the large smart TV worked perfectly as did the kettle, plus the room was at the back of the Hotel which meant no traffic noise, perfect! Lovely Hotel with free parking in the large car-park adjacent, which also has a large Beefeater next door which unfortunately I really cannot recommend eating a main meal in there, as mine was completely inedible, overall a good stay as they even put extra beverages and bus information in the foyer, plus de-icer and scrapers for your car which I thought was fantastic.

Stayed overnight for a nearby wedding. Cheap and cheerful, clean, and the breakfast was decent. Coffee was terrible and the extractor fan sounded like a jet engine taking off.

Friendly and welcoming staff, great with the kids too; Not intrusive at all. Hotel is clean and tidy and the bar is friendly with good service.

There was a bed, a bar, a car park and it was clean and modern. Perfect stop over for a mates wedding in the area.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was really good, with a restaurant attached and a supermarket just across the road which was handy. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Quiet rooms, plenty of parking, friendly staff, reasonable Wi-Fi. Only downside is it's a solid 30 minute walk down to the town centre if you fancy food away from the on-site Beefeater (it's not a bad Beefeater but we didn't see the point in driving 4 hours to eat at somewhere we could eat at 3 miles from home). Typical Premier Inn quality.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Everything else was exactly as youd expect. Buffet breakfast I the attached beefeater. Also decent check out time (12:00)

Very good value for money, very clean and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast. Much better than the local hotel I stayed in the next night at more than twice the price. Would happily recommend to others.

Great Premier Inn, fantastic staff. Rooms are well kept and the location is great. Sainsburys or Aldi not far away if you need anything and good size car park.

No lift available making it difficult to climb the stairs with cases. Dated decor which could do with updating. No air con but fans provided and beds comfortable and rooms large. Ample parking.

Very friendly atmosphere, very clean, Great Food. Only negative, staff get caught up in non-essential things and customers are left waiting. But they were all very friendly and apologetic. Definitely stay here again.

Usual Premier Inn recipe. Decent size family room recently refurbished. Towels like cardboard otherwise all good.

Good location for Mudeford and new forest. Rooms were nice and clean. Friendly staff. Happy experience.

The most friendly, helpful staff. Always very courteous and loved stopping to chat to my kids. Hotel was clean and rooms great for short getaway. Only issue is that there is no air conditioning and on the ground floor where we where you could barely open the windows, which meant rooms were unbearably hot!

Perfect place to stay. We stayed 6 nights. Very good service! Perfect bed, bath and shower. Nice staff that is very helpfull. Only compliments.

Very comfortable, as I find most Premier Inns nowadays. Unfortunately the room was 28.5C at 10pm and didnt improve, despite the heat that day reaching a maximum of 25C. Must have been a boiler next door or something… A fan was provided but it was still very uncomfortable. The barman was also somewhat rude when I asked if they were still serving at 11pm on the Sunday as he was clearing up (this wasnt obvious and the door was open. ).

Decent location near a big supermarket and petrol station, our room was very dark and had hardly any lights in it. The shower was very hot — be careful! Nice staff, clean place.

Fabulous service. Good food (served hot and on hot plates which is fab! ). Staff very attentive and efficient. It's not often I find/make the time to review bars/restaurants however I felt it was well deserved for this busy and well run establishment. Top marks guys. Keep up the great work.

3 stars is a low mark from me for a Premier Inn as I rate them as generally well run quality hotels. This one gets marked down purely for 2 aspects of disability access. The first being that we couldn't use the disabled/universally accessible rooms for our visit as we had our granddaughter with us, but did request a downstairs family room as my wife uses a wheelchair. To be fair I cannot remember specifically requesting a room near the entrance, but of the downstairs rooms we got the one furthest from the entrance. Now disabled people are often partnered by someone else who whilst not disabled is no longer young and fit, also they often may need medical equipment to be taken to their room so that distance was a pain for us. The other point is that whilst the car park has a generous number of disabled spaces, the restaurant design and the layout of the tables makes wheelchair access difficult if they are more than 2 wheelchair users in attendance.

More modern premier Inn compared to others.

Currently undergoing renovation meant there was a tiny temporary reception in operation. Room was nice, a good size with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. The free Wi-Fi is hideously slow however I believe that was intentional traffic management to stop everyone hammering Netflix on the free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment so lots of building works happening but as always the staff are very professional and helpful. Rooms are in need of modernisation so I'm looking forward to the refurbishment works.

Excellent value for the money, staff friendly and helpful, we have been 3 times and have always enjoyed our stay.

Access for disabled customers is poor due to the following: Access to the hotel from the rear disabled parking spaces is very difficult due to a step Room door is heavy and closes rapidly which makes entering your room a problem using a wheel chair. You can only shower in the "disabled" bathroom if you can step into a bath and remain standing — this is very demanding and dangerous. However the staff were friendly and understanding but were powerless to help.

Fantastic go 4 or 5 times a year.

A friend and I booked a 'twin' room for 3 nights. Cost just under £200 which is a fair price. The staff were very friendly. Even finding me a fan to use as I need the noise to sleep. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Its great that each room can control the temperature of the heating. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We stayed in room 85 which is a fair little walk away from reception but it was super quiet and we didnt hear any noise from the road so I was happy. Only downsides were that we ordered a 'twin' room and were given a double with a single bed. The single beds are quite uncomfortable so we ended up sharing the double. And there was no fridge in our room, it would be nice if a small fridge was supplied so that we could buy sandwiches or things like that which we could keep in our room so we didnt have to eat out for every meal. Also if they could confirm if the tap water is safe to drink? We just bought bottled water from the Sainsburys across the road. All in all a nice stay, would stay again.

Very easy to book, clean and affordable. bed was a but hard and the breakfast was a bit over priced for a full English and a bowl of coco pops was £15 but overall I was very impressed.

Went for first time and was extremely surprised. Table ready as soon as arrived. Service excellent Charley was our waitress very pleasant and friendly. Meals were good and plentiful in amounts All round a lovely evening. In pleasant surroundings. Recommend to anyone wanting good food served promptly in a friendly manner at a reasonable price.
