I stayed here for two nights. We were given an incredibly warm welcome, felt very looked after the room was beautiful. You could feel very much at home here. The owners are lovely. Highly recommend :) if I’m down here again, I will definitely come back! X.

We had a brilliant time and have already booked to go back next year. The B&B is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are wonderful and Val is such a lovely person. Here’s a photo of the beautiful garden.

Only spent one night here but what a lovely night it was we travelled with our daughter who has a very rare syndrome! We was greeted by the lovely val who seriously couldn't do enough for us … very friendly b&b very large spacious rooms quite simply home from home. X.

Val gave us a lovely welcome. The room is perfect and cosy and there is such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that really makes you feel so comfy. Highly recommend this place for a break in Bournemouth.

Just stayed here with my son and two grandsons, lovely clean welcoming B&B, the room was spotless and breakfast was very nice. Val is really helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again. Jack and George send there love x up the Villa x.

Just stayed here with a friend, for her birthday. Super friendly amd nothing was too much trouble, they are even posting me an item I accidently left there. Cute and comfortable rooms. Would definitely book again.

Although we wanted to stay in Bournemouth itself, booking at Waves In was a very happy accident! We found two fabulous venues to eat & drink in Boscombe and explored an area which we wouldn't have thought of before. In fact we didn't even venture into the main town! Val made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Glad we didn't book a chain hotel as we would have missed out, this B&B is excellent value and more the memorable for being family run.

Just got home from spending a weekend at waves inn. It was absolutely lovely! A lovely warm welcome, beautiful little room and friendly staff. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants and at a really good price. I definitely recommend this B&B! Thank you for a lovely stay! Aimee & Demi.

Really great place to stay, breakfast is amazing here the staff/owners are really polite with exultant service something you wouldn’t expect from a B&B these days the place is immaculate spotless and they also have off street parking.

Great welcome. Friendly beach themed B and B with lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast which we paid extra for. Dog friendly too. Appreciated the water bowl and bags of treats for the dogs and the ground coffee for us. Would recommend this place for anyone. Good nights comfortable beds and a quiet situation not far from the beach.

Stayed for 2 nights, the bed was comfortable, although some rooms have shared bathrooms and overall a little bit of updating and maintenance would be beneficial. Staff are friendly and generally has a 'homely' atmosphere.

It's not a home from home. It's much better than that. Lovely location with a warm friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The hosts are lovely, rooms are beautiful and great value, all the single rooms have a sink, shared bathrooms are beautiful and nicely kept, hotel is well decorated overall.

Best B&B in Bournemouth. We've always been treated really well here. Comfy rooms, great breakfast and near the beach. The owners are Bournemouth fans too. What more could you want?

My boyfriend and I stayed at Waves In on Thursday of last week. We found the price to be very reasonable, the complex was clean and attractive with all the amenities that we needed and some extra bonus treats too (towels to borrow when visiting the beach — only a short walk away, a fabulous selections of DVDs and books to take up to our room but to name a few). There were coffee and tea facilities in the room which was an excellent size with its own wash basin and plenty of storage for clothes and toiletries etc. Towels for the bathroom, shower gel/shampoo and body lotion was also provided for us. The bed was very comfy and spacious with lovely clean linen and the whole place had a very cute nautical seaside theme. The only downside to this hotel was that in our instance we had to share a bathroom, that said, it was very clean and we only had to share with one other room who we did not come into contact with at all so it was just like having our own private bathroom. There was also plenty of parking which is a rarity with some of the local hotels and B&Bs. The best thing about our stay however was the staff. They were all so smiley and friendly and full of local knowledge to help enhance our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and because of them and the rest of our experience at Waves In we will be certain to book again and stay for a longer visit as soon as we can! What a fabulous weekend we had celebrating my friends 40th. Val, Donna and Chris were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them to do for us, from secretly decorating our room with balloons and banners for the birthday girl (even put a happy birthday banner on the front door when we arrived to check in) and storing the birthday cake for the day. We had the family room for 4 ladies which was great. The Full Dorset breakfast for us after a night out was just what we needed and was cooked beautifully. The Waves In is situated in a perfect place and just a little walk to Boscombe beach which is lovely and would highly recommend going there rather than heading into Bournemouth for the beach. Thank you Waves In for a great weekend. Look forward to my next visit.

A lovely, lovely stay in the most gorgeous house – delicious breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. We have been lucky with the weather. We all felt well looked after. Thank you especially to my dearest Val love her so much and Donna thank you for welcoming and Val's son cooked I forgot his name cooked lovely 5 star breakfast can't wait to be back…

We had a lovely time in Bournemouth and Waves In! Nice B&B, large and comfortable familyroom. We much appreciated the park and sea nearby. The hosts where very nice and understand the importance of that "little extra", like beachtowels or funny things for the kids! Thank you so much, we'll be back some other time!
