From walking into the hotel to saying goodbye the staff and management could not have been friendlier, everyone was made to feel welcome, relaxed and have the stresses of life taken away from them by the great service of this team. The Hotel is like the Doctor Who's tardis, from the outside it looks like any other building however once inside it packs a punch as a celebration Hotel, its big, very spacious and has loads of room to hold conferences and even better Weddings, Anniversaries and birthday parties with its multifunctional rooms downstairs and what's more it even has a swimming pool and spacious gardens for outdoor ceremonies and garden parties, thus hideaway Hotel is a gem and we really recommend viewing this for your all in one special day or even getaway breaks in life, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic friendly customer service. Lovely, tasty, roast beef dinner. With freshly prepared vegetables. Also very generous portions. And delivered on time nice and hot and ready to go. Will highly recommend for good home cooked food… Not to be beaten. A big thank you to the Nethway Hotel…

Me and my two friends stayed for a weekend, food was delicious. Their hospitality and a desire to look after us was excellent. Hotels are having an exceptionally hard time of it at the minute so it was refreshing to see the whole team who work at the Nethway going the extra mile to make our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you.

Just had my 50th at the Nethway. I had an amazing day. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary and Julie. They went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Food was so exceptional that we are back for dinner two nights later. 5 star food and service. You deserve every success. Andy and Connie x.

The first time we visited the Nethway was for a family wedding we loved it so much we then came back for a meal, the food was Incredible and so beautifully presented. We will 100% be returning to the Nethway for another meal. The owners and staff are lovely and so welcoming and they really make the place stand out from other restaurants with a warm, friendly, personal approach. A hidden food gem for Torbay, as not only can they host exceptional weddings but now should be known for fantastic food and an evening out.

Myself and my new husband got married at the nethway hotel and we couldn't of asked for any more, the venue was more beautiful and magical than we could've imagined, the food was to die for and the staff were just so lovely!

I don't even know where to begin. From start to finish our wedding experience has been amazing. Jo, Gabbi and all the team at The Nethway worked so hard to give us the best wedding ever. They saw and understood our vision and made it our dream wedding, even with the horrendous weather! Adam the chef is so talented, the food was perfect. So many positive comments from friends and family. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrise view over the sea and a fab breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend the nethway to anyone. Food was delicious. A good variety and very well presented.
The room was very comfortable with everything we could need. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Best afternoon tea I’ve had in a long time, with a delicious array of sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes. The setting was lovely with views to the sea and the service was impeccable from the extremely friendly owners. My friend and I had a wonderful few hours on their terrace in the sunshine and look forward to returning again soon for another visit!

Attended my best friends wedding as bridesmaid and could not fault the hotel on anything! They were absolutely fantastic looking after the bride and all of the guests and nothing was too much trouble! Venue was decorated beautifully and everything went smoothly, Jo was a fantastic help and the head chef is a credit to them as the food was the best I've ever had!
Also stayed the night and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

What a lovely hotel. Clean, fresh rooms with great views.
Breakfast was amazing, great selection with very attentive, polite staff and a stocked bar with a perfect mix of Gins.
Perfect setting for the wedding that we were a part of inside and outside looked stunning and the attention to detail was spot on.
Definitely be staying again when I’m next down from London.

On the 6th of April my husband and I got married here in this beautiful, romantic hidden gem in Torquay. Perfect from the monent we first looked around the venue and even better on the day. Staff are fantastic, food was amazing, including the extra staff for the hogroast and the DJ all arranged by Jo. Thank you all so much, literally the best day ever. 100% recommend xx.

Very pleased with hotel and all the people involved in running the hotel. Very accommodating to meal options as we are vegetarians. Staff very friendly and warm. Room clean and beds made up daily. Bar open late and drinks good prices. Owner helped plan days out. Near to beach and bus stops to attractions such as Paigton Zoo, steam railway & cruise. All very nice places. Definately recommend to friends and family. Many thanks to all involved.

Good family run hotel, Jo, Dave, Colin & staff are happy to help any way they can. Good hearty wholesome food, clean hotel & good entertainment! What more can you ask for when you are right beside the seaside with stunning views! We have returned year on year and will be returning next year…

First visit to Torquay. Had a room with a view at the Nethway. Stunning room with balcony, blown away with the view, fabulous staff and first class service nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Attended a wedding it was pleasant with nice gardens.

Came on holiday for a relaxing time, but found everything too much of a rush, essentials missing from room like anti slip mats for shower not there, beds and bed linen superb very very comfortable.

Great view over patio, lawn, pool to sea & coast here. Takes one coach parties but has a good atmosphere, clean & tidy rooms, some with balconies. The food is excellent served by friendly & efficient staff with a varied menu.
Entertainment during evenings range from Bingo to Live Singers.
Very Good for wedding venues & private parties with a neat bar & small dance area.
Short walk to Promenade and all amenities too.

We got married on Saturday at the Nethway, we were overwhelmed by all of it! It was beautiful!
From the moment we viewed our venue in 2015 to our wedding day on the 15th July 2017 Jo, Marie and Dave and all the staff were just superb, the attention to detail is outstanding, we must have a little mention to Colin our very own Basil ha! He was a complete star and works really hard and was fun all at the same time! The rooms are stunning as is the food and breakfast! Will always recommend it to everybody We want to do it all again

Lovely atmosphere, very welcoming spent a fab weekend here.

I went to view their wedding open day. The staff were very pleasant. And there was no pushy sales pitch in site. Felt at ease from the moment we walked in.

This place is a little gem! We came here for one night but loved it so much we stayin anither night. We asked about upgrading our room and the manager couldn't do enough to help! So relaxed and chilled atmosphere with great staff! Its a refreshing change from the corporate hotels where smiles are false!

Stayed at the Nethway Hotel on a 5 day coach trip the room was nice with a lovely sea view. Bed was comfy and pillows. Nice quiet and peaceful location Meals were very nice and staff friendly, hotel was well situated for all amenities, over all very satisfied. Really enjoyed my stay. Doncaster.
