Nice welcome by the two girls behind the desk and just explained how everything works and what time they were there until My room was 133 in block B and there wasn't a fan even though they said there would be (I'll point out that they said just come get one of there isn't) I was just too lazy lol but I would take that offer up as it does get VERY warm The only nagging thing was — now am not sure what it was but every 10-15 minutes id hear a thump and what I can only imagine was the plumbing? Eventually you learn to ignore it but I mean it is quite loud But that is why 3 out of 5 — also no matress protector just a sheet and also a VERY soft or… Well old matress / well used — also one of the towels were slightly dirty but I had a spare There is a wardrobe but only 1 hanger and am not sure but am guessing they can't put ones in as just temporary while it's not in use my University students Clean and all the basic ementies you'd expect.
Very clean rooms. Staff friendly In walking distance of everything. Noise seagulls Paying 5 pound to store luggage because room wasn't ready. No parking facilities.

We booked to stay 2 nights, the room was extremely hot, so much so that we didn’t sleep at all, on arrival we asked for 2 more pillows, because the 2 supplied were terrible, we were told they didn’t have any but we could go to Primark and buy our own! This we did, but sleep was impossible, very very hot and noisy, the windows could only open at the top by about 6inches, so air couldn’t circulate. We couldn’t put ourselves through another night there even though we had paid for 2 nights. We complained the next morning and reception just gave us an email address to contact, I did this and they didn’t even have the curtesy to reply. Would we stay again? Not on your life, I advise anyone to give it a miss. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
