firstly alovely warm welcome from Linda ; Gary and not forgetting Eddie their lovely Dog.
Character House but Modern ; with a Comtempary feel and very very clean; our room was a twin room at the rear of the property over looking the car park; their garden and beyond that the park. So bright and airy (Great Shower).
Breakfast was yummy it was cooked beautifully … NOTHING was too much trouble.
10 minute walk to the seafront with lots of shops and restaurants etc Sidmouth very tasteful place …

We went down to see my brother and had a great weekend. We stayed at Lynstead house last time we went down and would not stay anywhere else now Gary and Lynda are the nicest people, the food is absolutely gorgeous and they treat you like family not strangers. The rooms are great and everywhere is spotless. Will definitely be going back.
