Built in 1854, All Seasons Guest House retains its original Lakeland-stone exterior and slate roof. The property is located on Windermere High Street, with Windermere Train Station just 200 metres away, and the shores of Lake Windermere only 1 mile away.
Windermere village has art galleries, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk of the All Seasons. The World of Beatrix Potter and the Lakeland Steamboat Museum are both within a 1 mile walk.
Each room includes TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee making facilities, linen and towels. Most have en-suite bathrooms, and some have a separate private bathroom.
Children 6 years and under are not permitted and must be stated at the time of booking.
Our rooms comprise of doubles, king size and family. Most rooms have an en-suite, 2 have private bathrooms.

Excellent place to stay very friendly staff.
We recently stayed in the All seasons rest, next door to All seasons guest. Absolutely lovely room, felt very welcome and relaxed. Clean and tidy and modern room, warm and inviting. Thankyou for a fantastic stay will be revisiting in the very near future. :)

The most adorable guest house ever! We have stayed here numerous times over the past 8 years. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Windermere. In a perfect location with a nice stroll down to the lake. Breakfast was great too! Definitely recommend.
