Me and my partner had a lovely night last night, thank you so much to the staff, they are so friendly and funny. Made us laugh so many times which we loved😁 As for the food, WOW! The best Italian restaurant I’ve been to👌🏼 absolutely amazing! It was really busy when we first went in but our food still got to us very quickly. We will definitely be back❤️

Had a lovely meal here last night there were 14 of us meal was beautiful I had lasagne (beautiful) everyone’s meal was on the table very quick after ordering. Enjoyed by all. Definitely be back x.

Having eaten here only a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves we decided to take my mother and father for her belated birthday meal. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed it and will most definitely return. It would be wrong of me not to mention the great service we received, the waiter we’d had before and such a polite young man. The manager was on point. My father asked for his food to come a little differently and it was not a problem he even noticed me trying to take a lasagne out of its dish and quickly whipped it away and was back plated within a minute. He even knocked up an ice cream and candle for my mothers birthday. It was just a really great experience with attentive service and amazing food. Thank you we will be back very soon.

First time at this restaurant last night and it was amazing! They were very accommodating in a request I had but the main course (fillet steak Rossini) was by far the nicest fillet steak I have ever had! I was blown away. Definitely be returning in the near future 10/10 for me 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Really fast delivery of food which was piping hot. Same fantastic standard of food we used to get when dining in pre-Covid. Lovely, very reasonably priced meal and would strongly recommend if you’re looking for good quality Italian dining at home.

Second takeaway from this fabulous restaurant. Very tasty pizza and a lovely fresh prawn dish. Delivered by a very friendly person.

We have eaten here on many occasions and have never had a bad experience. Front of house staff are brilliant. So friendly and service is always fast. Even when they are clearly so busy service and food quality never fails. We ordered take away this evening and opted to collect as we don't live far away. Food was as beautiful as ever and the quality was the same as it would be if dining in. Value for money here is never an issue. We will be ordering take away again during kickdown number 2 and will be back to eat in as soon as it is possible. If you haven't tried here then definitely do. You won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic little gem! Stayed here last week whilst visiting the area. Messaged 2 nights before arriving and was given a beautiful family room. The service and friendliness were excellent, especially from the owner. We were very lucky to be offered a table in the busy restaurant for dinner which was delicious, and had our deserts delivered to our room by the lovely waitress. Breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked to order, with a great supply of croissants, cereal, fruit and yoghurts which the kids loved! nothing was too much trouble! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves also :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay! X.

Good service v good food.

According to the Inns own website in the Da Massimo Italian Restaurant "you can be guaranteed to relax in comfortable surroundings and enjoy the taste of real Italian cooking! " Well I don't know when this was written but it certainly isn't true now. My partner and I went on a saturday evening and found the atmosphere to be anything but relaxing, (there was a live rock band in the next room). The food apart from Pizza was anything but Italian and consisted of various grills served with chips. I had Calamari to start which was deep fried, greasy and tasteless while my partner had the king prawns which were also covered in oil with a sprinkling of dried herbs! The main courses (Swordfish and Tuna steaks) were served with chips, onion rings and mushrooms! Very bland, very uninspired and tasteless. The only good side was the waitress who was very friendly and cheerful.
