Karen & Peter are the most amazing hosts that being with them a wealth of international 5 star experiences from around the globe to Corner Beach House. We visited early Jan this year and can not wait to return to UK and visit Karen & Peter again in 2021 when we are able to fly again.

An amazing stay for 3 nights in a fantastic location. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts and the room was clean and spacious and well worth the money. The breakfast was outstanding and the perfect start to our days and any information we required about the area for that days activities was made available by our hosts who were very knowledgeable. We've just returned from a truly wonderful two night stay at the Corner Beech House. From the warm welcoming we rerceived on our arrival, to the absolute attention to detail Karen and Peter displayed throughout our stay, made for an outstanding weekend. A high level of cleanliness is evident the moment you arrive, with a comfortable homely feel throughout. Our room was ready early, and prepared with everything we needed from soft white towels, bathroom accessories, to high quality teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The room itself was light and airy, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is also presented and prepared to a very high standard, to accommodate all needs, and is delicious, especially the Friands. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and Peter, and breakfast time was delightful. We highly recommend this B&B, for those who want a clean, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

A beautiful B&B with fantastic views of the sea. A very warm welcome from a lovely lady who ensured our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. Rooms spacious, clean and modern but homely. Wide selection of breakfast options with high quality teas and cereals. Cooked breakfast was very very good.

In July 2015 as the first guests of new proprietors we spent a wonderful week staying at Corner Beech. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed scrumptious breakfasts. Our hosts, Karen and Pete went out of their way to way to make our stay so enjoyable. We wish them every success.

We stayed at Corner Beech House for a weekend break in November 2013. The owners were very friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable there. Our room was lovely and very clean with a big bathroom with a shower. Breakfasts were very pleasant, the owners served everyone very efficiently whilst managing to chat with everyone which created a nice friendly atmosphere. It was in a good location, easy to walk to the shops and to the promenade.

Smart guesthouse in the little town of Grange-over-Sands. Big quiet room nicely decorated, ensuite with large shower, delicious breakfasts. Very much looking forward to returning.
