I enjoy my stay here. Geraldine and David are like family and look after me well. My 1st choice. Comfortable and cosy. Nice ambience.

Glad to have a such a friendly host. Clean and tidy room with toilet was pleasant for a couple of nights. Also, the property is in a very lively town with shops and eateries handy for tourist. I would give a thumbs up.

A bit late leaving this review but better late than never. When we arrived we were offered multiple leaflets of things to do which kept all three of us busy for the full week, and a handy one for places to park the car which was great because you have to pay for almost everywhere you go out there. Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and our two year old in September. The owners went out of there way many times during the week to help us. After I drove down a narrow road and got my car scratched by a few bushes the owners let me borrow some t-cut to remover the scratches (thank you! ) Our two year old is dairy free, so one morning when going for breakfast which was very nice, one of the owners Geraldine went out specifically just to get some soya milk for him. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. The room it self was comfortable with everything you’d need, and a great view out the window looking over too the promenade. Was a great stay and would definitely go back if we ever went back that way.

Good location, spotlessly clean, good breakfast and lovely welcome from the owner.

A lovely place to stay central in tje little quiet village. Staff were lovely and understood autism. So we relaxed with our 6 year old son thank you x.

Quick walk to venue from here, and to along the prom in the morning. Just what we needed.

A really nice experience. A very warm, friendly and helpful welcome. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was really good with a great choice of cereals and fruit to start. We managed to get a room for 4 of us for £70. An absolute bargain! We would certainly recommend it and stay again if we were in the area.

Thanks David and Geraldine. Great Breakfast and the room was lovely with plenty of room for us and our dog. Really loved our stay in Grange and with it being only a stone's throw away from the Lake District it was a great base for our holiday.

The food was great and the owners were very helpful, even providing a lift to the station. The view from the room was lovely. Keep up the good work!

Booked accommodation on the 27/09/2010 for the 23/10/2010 via laterooms, on the 30/09/2010 called the proprietors to try to cancel booking as we were given a late hospital appt on the same day. Lady dealing with was deeply unpleasantly, refused to refund stating it is against their policy (not laterooms). Be careful, don't book if there is a slight chance you may have to cancel in advance.
