Stayed here with my wife whilst attending Eden Sessions. Wow…what a beautiful hotel. We were treated like VIP’s. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Boscundle has an incredible relaxing atmosphere with some lovely areas inside and outside. We will definitely return.

We totally loved our stay here! The rooms are amazing. The bed was so comfy. The staff are wonderfully attentive. Breakfast superb! We’ve loved it so much we have booked again in September to extend our holiday that we’d already booked! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We have just had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. I honestly cannot fault any part of our stay. Everything is so tastefully decorated and the ambience is wonderful. The owners and staff make you feel so special and I wish we were still there! We can’t wait to visit again!

Had my second Festive Afternoon Tea here today and everything thing was perfect. From the fabulously tasty food and drink, decor, wonderful ambience to the delightfully friendly efficient staff, everything was spot on and was a great way to spend an afternoon with my loved ones. Had the most wonderful time here. Had a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage and the afternoon tea was out of the world. The atmosphere was cosy and the owner was so friendly. It was worth the train journey to get there. I will definitely be back. Thankyou so much.

I stayed here for a couple days last week and the place was outstanding. Lovely owners, the bedroom was beautiful. 100% would go back and stay and would highly recommend. One of my favourite places in Cornwall I have stayed in. All round amazing stay.

Second time staying recently, stay this time even better than the first and the first was amazing.
Such a beautiful place, lovely people, amazing breakfast, this place really has the personal touch and shows it off to an exceptional standard.
We had pool to ourselves most of time… just such a relaxing place… This time we treated ourselves to a spa treatment, amazing … Would recommend this place, it's beyond measure, and we have already booked our next visit… x.

Spent a gorgeous long weekend here. Such a peaceful place. Louise & Jason could not have been better hosts. So many lovely added special touches — from the OJ & muffins delivered as an early breakfast treat to your door to the vegan brekkie they went out of their way to provide for us. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you!

I stayed at Boscundle Manor for 7 nights, and had the most fantastic week! The rooms are very relaxing and well thought out with super-comfortable beds. In the mornings, a pre-breakfast bag was delivered to the room with fresh milk, orange juice, and freshly baked madeleine and muffin. Breakfast is served in the main breakfast room, and includes a continental buffet with homemade granola (you've got to try this! ), cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc, and a cooked breakfast, made with great quality local produce. The owners and their team are lovely and are always happy to give recommendations on places to visit, things to do, and where to eat out, and were very helpful about making reservations, etc. They've adapted to guidelines regarding Covid prevention very well, with plenty of sanitisers and extra cleaning measures in place. The location of the hotel makes it a great base to travel around too. It's very close to the Eden Project, Pinetum Gardens, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, Carlyon Bay, Fowey, and Mevagissey.

Amazing classic British Heritage Hotel. Newly refurbished bathroom, cosy atmosphere and very caring staff with the personal approach. We had freshly baked muffins and fresh juice delivered to our room as a pre-breakfast free of charge! the breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommend.

We had a truly fabulous 3 days here our second visit the first 14 years ago when we got engaged a truly wonderfully special place both then and now fantastic food staff well appointed rooms and grounds the quietist hotel you will ever find I can’t wait to come back I thoroughly recommend boscundle manor.

Lexi had the most fantastic birthday princess pamper/swimming party with her friends yesterday everything was perfect. All the staff were so polite and helpful and your beauty lady was just so wonderful with all the girls thank you for a lovely experience Annette, Lexi and her friends highly recommended x.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was amazing. Also got our room upgraded at no extra cost. Would highly recommend. Definitely would love to go back and stay again for a bit longer. Beautiful location. Can’t fault it really.

Beautiful twlight spa session, pool is lovely and hot tub is awesome. Pool has no showers for people not staying in a room, and one small changing tent. Food was amazing! Will definitely be visiting again :)

We stayed here for my Mum's birthday a few years back and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in England. The place is very very clean with lots of little comfy nooks and seating in the communal areas. The little room I stayed in was well furnished and incredibly comfortable. The surrounding grounds and gardens are well maintained; you can tell a lot of care and attention is out into this place! We ate breakfast here every morning offering an array of options offering both cooked and continental. The salmon and scrambled eggs were amazing. The one evening meal had here was fantastic and wouldn't look out of place in a high class restaurant in London — if you're only here for one night I would definitely not miss it!

Lovely accommodating which is very close to Eden Project. Stayed there when attending the Jack Johnson Eden Project concert. Hotel lovely and set in some well maintained gardens. Could do with a little tlc but would definitely recommend staying here if you visiting this neck of the woods. It has a nice indoor pool and a spa outside with some loungers.

the hotel lacks attention to detail
. I stayed with my partner we was there for three days
On the first day we arrived we had to wait for bath towels for at least an hour and a half we were told there was been washed
Once we got to the room I noticed things wrong like toilet wasn’t flushing properly…
And flasher was broken at the top of the toilet also the soap dispenser wasn’t working had to get one of the staff to fix it
As we was paying well over £200 for a Room we were expecting it to at least be checked prior to our arrival
Also just to mention that we was a bit concerned that the chambermaid and reception staff just walked into our room
They knocked once and didn’t wait for reply We arrived at the breakfast area and noticed there was no breakfast bowls we waited for nearly 5 minutes in this area to ask for a breakfast bowl also missing fruit and juice
And the following day the grateful fruit juice was off
Very disappointed
The hotel is situated in an area where there is not a lot going on
Very limited restaurants unfortunately you have to drive out of the area to find a restaurant There is some lovely restaurants in Charlestown

Unfortunately we would not return back to this hotel.

Greeted by a very friendly and informative Receptionist who turned out to be from the Spa who showed us around and to our room, stayed here for 4 nights in the Elizabeth Room which was lovely, very comfortable bed and also had a terrace which was nice to sit out with a glass of wine and a book or a coffee before breakfast. Only thing missing was a grab rail to help get out of the shower which was over the bath. We used the pool and Jacuzzi and both also had a massage which made a good start to our stay, The hotel décor is very well done, lots of comfy sofas, a lovey dining room and breakfast conservatory, the grounds looked well kept too, We ate here every night, with compliments to the chef who produced some amazing food. Breakfasts were also first class with plenty of choice on offer, nothing was to much trouble if you wanted anything extra or different from the menu. All the staff we met were very friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble and could tell that they enjoyed working there. We would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again when next in Cornwall.

Absolutely wonderful. We had our daughters birthday party there yesterday. The staff were brilliant the place was lovely. Totally recommend. Would definitely go there again.

We got married at Boscundle a week ago and we can not recommend the venue enough. From the start Sharon was so easy to communicate with and so knowledgeable — nothing was ever too much trouble. It was important to us to have an exclusive venue and to get married outside. Sharon and her team allowed us to make our day unique and personal to us, even down to letting us design our own menu! Our day was absolutely perfect and our guests even commented that if they were to get married they would choose Boscundle. We are really going to miss speaking to Sharon but can’t wait to revisit Boscundle again!

Absolutely stunning venue for a wedding, which we attended yesterday. Boscundle provides an exclusive experience for the wedding so the only guests staying there are those of the bride and groom so it is a very intimate venue which can accommodate approx 100-150 people for a wedding. Accommodation is outstanding, food is gorgeous and plentiful and I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about the whole experience. The hosts Sharon and David and all of their staff, including the domestic staff cannot do enough for you and it felt that you were actually part of their family. Boscundle Manor is quite expensive but the quality and service completely justifies it and you certainly do get what you pay for. Highly recommended and I would love to go back an stay again.

Thank you so much to the owners and staff. At very short notice they accommodated us and our black labrador whilst our motorhome was recovered and fixed. Service, great, food and drink very good, atmosphere super. My wife was just disappointed that she didn't have her swimming costume.

Lovely place in a quiet location near too many great places.

Came here for a friend's wedding, a party of 30 people in total and was a bit of a rainy day, we found it abit of a squeeze getting everyone in their main dining room for the meal but the food more than made up for it, bar prices are a tad bit too expensive given the area but fall in line with similar venues we've been too, better placed for summertime events but would happily come here again.

We had an event here, my partner's 30th. Very helpful, the staff could not be more accommodating and assisted friends with all the decorations. The buffet in the evening was spectacular quality. The value is upmarket without being snobby. If you're looking for a small intimate vanue it is a great choice.

Good setting. Nice spacious room with lounge area and good light to read by. Meal ok but dining room area chilly and raucous party. Pool lovely. Breakfast good variety.

Great accommodation. Good food and great people.

Lovely retreat if you are in the area. The beds are extremely soft with sprung bed bases aswell as sprung mattresses which could cause you an issue if you need a harder bed. That said it is a fantastic place to stay and the food was A+

Absolutely beautiful place, lovely staff and stunning food. Only down fall is after swimming and the hot tub there isn't no proper changing rooms other than a singke beach hut. Other than that it was lovely!

Wow this place is beautiful! Me and my partner stayed for a birthday treat! On arrival we were welcome by very friendly, polite staff! Staff are always happy too help with anything! Our room was amazing and very clean! The food was absolutely outstanding and service was very good too! We also had breakfast which was also very very nice! We had a spa treatment each which was lovely and the therapist was very friendly and helpful too!
I would highly recommend Buscundle to all my friends and family and very much look forward to staying again!

Had a wonderful twilight spa for a friends birthday and we were all spoilt rotten, staff were lovely. Facilities, location and food all get top marks, can thoroughly recommend and would to it all again.

Hotel is in great location for sights around St Austell. Room was very good but bathroom was a little small and needed a lick of new paint. Communal areas and pool are fantastic. Good breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

I would of left a review here sooner had I known I could! My wife and I got married here just over a week ago, and it couldn't of gone better. Admittedly my wife was unwell at the time, and because of that she has very specific dietary requirements (gallstones), but all the members of staff accommodated her needs and made sure we both felt as comfortable as possible. The wedding ceremony and reception was amazing and we had a really great time. It is a really laid back setting and suited our wishes perfectly. Oh and the food… The food was amazing! I definitely recommend having duck. You won't be disappointed!
All in all Sharon put a lot of work in to making our day one to remember, and I couldn't thank her enough for that. Oh and Jasper is quite the character!

Visited for a friend's wedding staff were excellent and very polite, facilities were outstanding and the manor was very well equipped.

Did not enjoy our recent stay in the Elizabeth room bed is massive and far too big for the room, badly needs some TLC as a lot of paint is chipped lamp shade was broken every breakfast something was missing, had to get them to fix heating after a cold first night, food was a real let down, very disappointed and would not return under any circumstances.

Our third stay at this beautiful hotel, can't speak highly enough of this wonderful place. Unique rooms, fantastic personal service, delicious food and in a wonderful setting, what more could you want! We will certainly be coming back here again.

We stayed at this amazing place as a couple in one off the cottages and had an amazing weekend break. Would high recommend and am planning to returu next year x.

Amazing, classy and friendly.

Had a very relaxed weekend. Rooms are lovely, food is very good, Staff are very helpful, the house and grounds are beautiful. The Manor also has a pool and jacuzzi which anyone staying is able to use 24-7. It is only a mile away from The Eden Project and is you walk there then you get £5 off the entry fee. Couldn't ask for any more.

Went to a wedding reception there in may it was amazzzzzzing can't fault it, beautiful gardens, lovely and friendly a really lovely relaxed day x.

Lovely setting, excellent food and friendly service.

Greeted on arrival with tea and cake whilst they dealt with check-in paperwork. Had a very nice meal in the restraunt. And the pool is pretty nice. Only quibble was the bed, I prefer a duvet to blankets, and I don't like beds with foot boards. Other than that a very nice place and highly recommended.
