Lovely hotel really friendly staff and the pool was lovely.

What a fantastic hotel in the most fantastic place with the most amazing staff. Me and my husband got married here on the 24/06/2021 and it will be a day we remember for the rest of our lives. From planning the wedding a year ago to the build up of the day to the actual day itself, we couldn’t fault It. The hotel manager Jon was incredible talked us through everything and was always available on the phone to help with planning. The food and the service from all the staff was incredible they couldn’t do enough for us. The day went smoothly and the stay that we had was lovely. Not just ourselves but also our guests had so many positive things to say about the staff & the beauty of the hotel itself, they still comment about it now. Despite the pandemic, we were made to feel comfortable and at ease, we are so grateful to everyone that made our day happen, it was all we could have hoped for and more. Wishing Jon & all the staff the best and we will be visiting again in future. Take care Lizzie & James.

We had the best time this morning having Breakfast with Santa it is my sons birthday and he has said it was the best present ever. Thank you for bringing abit of Christmas cheer to what has been very strange year.

A lovely hotel where the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food service is a bit slow at present but this is due to COVID so completely understandable. The managers work alongside the staff and clearly appreciate them. Very dog friendly and a perfect position overlooking Looe bay. I will be back.

Came here last summer. We were not disappointed. Lovely staff and absolutely beautiful view off the balcony. Can't wait to see you again soon.

My husband and I had a spa day here yesterday and had a lovely time. Lunch was nice, albeit a tad late. The facilities were good, the sauna and hydro pool were my favourites. The massage I had from the fabulous Sophie was just what I needed. Thank you for making sure we had a lovely day.

A really lovely hotel and the Sunday Roast is incredible.

Excellent and friendly service. Food in both the restaurant and the bar is very good in pleasant suroundings. The only downside is that the bedrooms while adequate feel a little tired.

I spent 4 nights in a single room which was small but adaquet. The hotel is looking a little dated but no more than many hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The restaurant has a beautiful view overlooking the coastline and both the food and service was superb. There are a couple of nice bar and lounge areas and also seating outside. They have a swimming pool and health spar although I didnt use either. Parking can sometimes be awkward and I was told that the hotel gets busy most weekends for weddings. Looe town is only a 10 minute walk away. I would definetly stay here again.

This was a fine hotel to visit. I stayed there as part of a wedding party. The pool, sauna and steam room was good too.

We are passing by with a tur organized for the typical afternoon te accompanied by scones, very good. I found the staff very friendly and the place is friendly and clean, with a beautiful sea view. Recommended. Good.

Nice comfortable hotel very clean, if a little dated. Excellent food with good old fashioned service using mainly local very friendly staff. Fabulous views from balcony bedrooms.

Food is absolutely lovely and the service is second to none, excellent visit, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were really lovely. Rooms and halls need updating and our bed was pretty uncomfortable. Nice views. Food was very good! Loved the location. The bar down below was noisy and didn't sleep on Saturday night at all as a result.

Really nice place to sit and have a big or small meal watching the waves run over Hannafore beach. They have a white linen tabled dining area too! Also a carvery which is top notch! We regularly pop in for a drink or a meal.

Stunning location, fabulous staff, health suite is top standard such a nice place to unwind after a long day! The gym could do with an upgrade but is enough for a few guests.

Great place for a reasonably priced Sunday carvery. White tableclothes and well presented waiting staff. Book early for a window table overlooking Looe Bay.

Booked spa day here for a baby shower and are having a wonderful day. The staff could not have been more accommodating, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that we have had an amazing experience.
The food we have had has been exceptional, so good that we have booked to stay for tea. Thank you for a great day x x x.

This place is excellent for taking the kids swimming. The pool is nice the sauna is excellent and the jacuzzi is massive. Parking out the front of the hotel makes it easier to unload the kids safely from the car. We went just for the facilities which costs £6 a head and was well worth the money. We shall be returning here for swimming and relaxing as often as we can.

Lovely venue, went for a family party. A bit dated but still very nice. Cream teas were lovely.

We took over the hotel for our sailing group. The rooms were all in excellent condition, the pool and facilities were just being finished off but were good.
The food as usual was top quality with great service.
There was a problem in the bar area with a heating fault and some rooms had electrics tripped out. The staff did their best to sort things out.

Visited the Hannafore Point today with family to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and our 31st wedding anniversary. The food was excellent as was the service. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stopped for lunch. Food was okay hotel prices. Standard of coffee did not look good. Okay if you planned having a shave as all foam. Front reception is very dated. Toilets very cold, but the main function room that was empty was lovely and warm. Place needs to look at its heating.

Came here for Xmas lunch. Tables were so crammed together had to climb into my seat. Starter was fine. Meat for main course was cold by the time the vegetables were served. The creme brulee for desert was like runny double cream. As no one from the waiting staff checked if we were happy with desert I took my brulee to reception. The receptionist took it from me and that was the last I heard. No offer of an alternative or an apology.

Great evening, food was lovely. Room was clean and had all you would need. Breakfast was good. Could have had better filter coffee if I had to make a criticism. Staff helpful and polite.

Just been to one of their theme evenings, it was excellent. Great food, but you do need to book as it was sold out!

This hotel and the manager John with his excellent staff were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble and they worked their butts off to make our wedding very special food was great and all the quests very happy. We would recommend this hotel to anyone for their wedding. Once the ceremony was over everything was organised by John. Thanks to all concerned.

Stayed here for two nights for a weekend away. Lovely hotel, brilliant breakfast and facilities. Room was standard, but acceptable. Parking was tight due to the very limited spaces available.

Went for a carvery on Sunday… OMG! Delicious… best hot meal of our holiday… would definitely recommend it… the meat was tasty and succulent, the Yorkshire puds crunchy, the roasties crisp on the outside and fluffy inside and don't even get me started on the gravy.

Lovely hotel set in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Only had drinks but had friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel. Recommended.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, after getting married at the hotel last year, and had a fantastic meal service was brilliant and look forward to going back again soon.

The food served in Raffles Bar at the Hannafore Point is good quality and a reasonable price. There was a function going on while we ate so a slight delay in service but we were told that would happen before we ordered and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food came. Drinks are reasonably priced too. The view and location are superb.

I was attending a family member's wedding reception at the hotel and stayed the night as well. The reception was very nice, the food very good and they even catered for my vegan partner. The after party was held in the bar area and disco room and was enjoyable.

From the minute we arrived we was overwhelmed with the friendless, the service, the cleanliness and facilities, at this hotel. Nothing was to much trouble and we were made to feel like we had been customers for years. I can not understand why it is only rated as a 3 star hotel, It should be at least rated as a 4 star bordering on a 5 star. The Rooms and views along with the restaurant and bar are superb in every way. Also the pool and spa and leisure facilities have recently been refurbished and are absolutely excellent. We can't wait to return for another visit soon!
