We have just stayed for 2 nights. This is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. Paula and Tom are lovely and very welcoming. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We had the room on the first floor over looking the Estuary with a lovely view. We mentioned in conversation it was our 3rd wedding anniversary and came back to the room and there was an anniversary card and some fudge from Tom and Paula, which was so kind of them. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tom and Paula are excellent hosts. Schooner Point is fantastic in every way. We could not fault it. This is a view from our room — 'Look Out'. Location could not be better. Two minutes walk to the bridge in Looe.

I would just like to say thank you so much for everything ye have done to make Stu & I first trip to Looe so lovely. Everything was great such a lovely welcome from you both. Breakfast was yummy and every attention to detail in the room was lovely. I especially loved that ye had gluten-free biccies left in our room for me to enjoy with my cuppa barrys when I got back from a long day adventure. Amazingly friendly, immaculate and gorgeous breakfast. This is how a B&B should be. Schooner Point B&B is one of the best we've ever stayed at. The gorgeous Tom and Paula who own the property are amazing and a real pleasure to meet. Gorgeous!

Sorry, wrong name came up but Debbie and Steve couldn't fault the hospitality, cleanliness, food or anything at Schooner Point. We especially like the fridge on the landing so that you can have real milk in your tea at any time.

Friendly hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. They go above and beyond with all aspects of the stay. Excellent facilities, amazing views, fantastic breakfast. Definitely will return again.

Beautiful guest house on a hill overlooking Looe river that runs into the sea. Scenic view from our bedroom window. Good food and lovely hosts … New owners Paula and Tom make this guest house worth 5 stars in my opinion. ☺

Just arrived home from a 4 night stay at schooner point, Paula and tom make the most attentive hosts, and made our stay relaxing and welcoming. The highest recommendation possible for the friendliest of couples. Thank you.

Our stay at the Schooner Point was at the end of a delightful few days touring picturesque Cornwell. We were thrilled at Tom and Paula’s welcome, hot pot of tea and biscuits on our arrival. We only stayed the one night in their cosy guest house but sorry we hadn’t arranged for longer. The scene was that of a historical fishing village, set on both sides of the river Looe, well and truly worth a visit. Our rooms were spotless and cosy warm, beds comfy, well equipped and plenty of snacks, tea and coffee. Breakfast was served in the dining room. We opted for the traditional Cornish breakfast, a hearty, hot option which well and truly kept us going for the day. As the guest house is positioned on a hill it would be worth contacting Tom or Paula prior to booking if you have any problems with mobility as unsure as to aids they may have available to assist. Definitely worthy of a return visit.

Lovely b&b. Up hill to get to it but then you get good views across the river. The owners Tom and Paula are such nice people. They make you feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. Great place to stay.

Perfect from the minute we arrived, til we left. Paula and Tom were excellent hosts and nothing was to much for them. Their knowledge of the area was extremely useful and helped us decide where to visit, walk and eat. The time they spent talking to us was really appreciated. The room was great, loved having the fridge facility and what can we say about the breakfast other than … amazing.
