We stayed here for three nights complete spur of the moment weekend away. We are so glad we chose this delightful B &B. Everything about Broadmead is wonderful. Beautiful light and airy roons, tastefully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff are very professional, friendly and very helpful with lots of local knowledge to share. At Broadmead it's all about 'using local'. Fresh milk available at all times to collect and take to your room. Breakfast is amazing. The homemade granola should not be missed and the hot breakfast is all freshly cooked using local produce. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for having us we can't wait to come back again.

Spent a week in Falmouth, staying at The Broadmead B&B. It was absolutely fantastic! Suzi, the host, was so welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. Extremely helpful too! The staff were lovely, cheerful and chatty, nothing was too much trouble! Kate, our waitress at breakfast was an absolute gem! So bubbly and cheerful! Excellent start to the day with a perfect breakfast, any combination of the full English, catered for!
Room one at the very top was lovely! Comfortable and spotlessly clean and everything you needed! Especially glad of a fan as it was a very warm week!
Thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again!
10/10 for everything and great value for money!

Well decorated with some lovely nic nac’s. Big fluffy towels & a really comfy bed.
Breakfast was just you want it.
Nothing too much trouble.

Cute loft room nice staff & close to town center.

Very cheap for the location and quality, especially if you nab one of the newly refurbished rooms, would love to return when they do up the breakfast/reception area too. Beautiful park nearby with a 15 mins walk to the town, lots of great recommendations for food by Lucy n Matt, would come again just to go to the wheelhouse (but book your table 2 months in advance). Also be sure to check out the bookshop bar. Breakfast really nice, good to see lots of local produce in everything, from the shower gel, tea and coffee, all the way down to the sausages, bacon, and ketchup. Other half was very complementary of the scrambled eggs, best she's had in years.

Make sure your the first one at breakfast. Not on top of keeping up with clearing tables and crumbs left in tables.

Very friendly guys, the room is well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying again.

The Broadmead Hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The owners and staff were friendly and the breakfast was very well cooked hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend and go back again ourselves .

Excellent B&B, spacious and bright rooms with a view of the park. Nice and helpful staff The area of restaurants and shops can be reached with a small 5-minute walk.

Friendly staff but venue is stuck in the 80's. Loads of upgrading required.

Clean warm and comfortable with excellent facilities in the room, within easy reach of town. The staff were warm, friendly and well informed about what was going on in Falmouth. Would definitely come again.

The location very good. The stuff are so welcoming The room (n° 7) tidy and clean. I most likely to recommend it and if I come back to Falmouth I will stay there for sure.

Down to earth room… Bits on the floor and very basic but was cheap and that's what most people of a certain age and for reasons only to do with work related stuff need…

Nice clean room. Reasonably close to the town centre. Breakfast was quite good, but only served in a very restricted time window. Very good value for money overall.

It was my first time in Falmouth as I was visiting the uni. Absolutely lovely warm welcome at this hotel upon arrival, old styled building really added something great to my stay also. I said I'd be up to early for breakfast, but the lovely lady offered to leave some milk so I could at least get something quick before I went to which I unfortunately didn't have time in the morning for either. I was showed to my room and left to my own vices the whole night, to which I was very pleased to see. I went for the small room which was perfect for me with an ensuite with shower, TV with free view and kettle and selection of hot chocolate, tea and coffee which were in the many and thankful I was. Comfy bed topped off what was a perfect quiet nights stay. Will definitely be back and can't recommend enough.
