Hotel

The beach is mostly level sand family friendly with lifeguards for the extended part of our summer. Water is good and usually a couple of foot of surf at this time of the year. Beach side cafe and ice cream shop also beach huts available to hire daily. At low tide all three beaches are linked with long firm sandy walks that are dog friendly on a lead of course.

Had a lovely meal. Food was incredible lovely flavours! Staff where very helpful and happy to help. Our waitress was called Megan and she was really nice and great to talk to. As a chef I'd defiently reccomened here to eat as the food is amazing!

Beautiful venue and a nice location. Nice array of cocktails to choose from. However it is VERY expensive! Would only go there for special occasions as unfortunately its too expensive to go often.

Wonderful venue with a great atmosphere and stunning facilities. Staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. The design of the bar is modern and sophisticated. Would recommend to others. A+

We cannot recomend this The Beach Hotel enough! The setting is beautiful, the room is spacious and wonderfully presented. Dinner was amazing, we had the best chocolate desert I’ve ever eaten. Staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Worth every penny.

Excellent modern hotel at wonderful setting with deck views of ocean. Room small but thoughtfully furnished. Service attentive. Food by excellent chef.

What a fabulous hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, even with my wife's special needs nothing was too much trouble, food was fantastic definitely will return.

I have mixed feelings about this place because although the situation is ideal and the staff are lovely we found the bed uncomfortable. Given that at its most basic function a Hotel needs to provide somewhere to sleep then ut failed its most basic task unfortunately. Other folk may like a soft 'springy' bed with soft pillows that flatten when used but neither of us do, so we did not sleep well. It looked sumptuous and plump and comfy but in use provided little comfort. The hotel is modern and chic in decor which we liked very much. The restaurant food very enjoyable but too expensive if not on an "inclusive" package deal (London pricing). The staff are lovely so I feel bad leaving anything but a glowing review and I would stay again "in a heartbeat" were it not for the bed!

Fantastic hotel from start to finish. Booked us in as a twin but sorted it out and upgraded us to a sea view. Food was perfect in every way. Portions looked small but they were very tasty and filling. Well worth the money. Will come again for sure!

Delicious food, really good attentive service. Only criticism was the noise of the restaurant — bring back soft furnishings! Would definitely go back.

Lovely large beach, mainly sand with some rocks… great for rock pooling. Also benefits from a sea swimming pool (although not used) looked lovely. And dogs welcome on leads… not that some people think that applys to their dogs, which is a shame as they will end up spoiling it for responsible dog owners!

Had drinks at The Beach before a meal (at a separate nearby restaurant), on Saturday, and it was a lovely atmosphere, helpful staff, stunning view (of the sea and sunset) and great service! Returned later in the evening for more drinks and it was extremely busy, staff did have a tendency to look over people who'd been waiting at the bar for a long while, in favour of those who had quickly dove in to more central spaces at the bar; but they did their best under hectic circumstances. So, still had a good time later on too. I would definitely rate it highly early evening though!

Stopped for a drink. Friendly and efficient service. Pleasant environment and great views of the Bude harbour. Nice watering hole!

Love this place, the rooms are very modern, awesome beds and bathrooms. Staff are excellent, food is outstanding and drinks selection in the bar is unbelievable. Been here many times and will always use this hotel when I visit Bude.

Stopped in for Pimms and a snack. Very nice, but a little pricey. Worth it for the view.
