Boscastle House is one of the best B&B hotels, if not THE best we have stayed in. Beautiful house in a beautiful setting with wonderful views. We stayed in the superior room which is very tastefully decorated, spacious, huge window overlooking the garden and stunning view beyond, and there’s also a sofa and coffee table. Lots of little thoughtful room extras … makeup pads in the bathroom, heat pad for straighteners, box of tissues, make up mirror, dressing gowns. Fab bathroom, great shower, there’s even a little night light over the loo! The breakfasts are exceptional, lots of choice, beautifully cooked … and they catered perfectly for my partner being Coeliac. Our hosts are a lovely couple, made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble … oh and we were treated to a yummy cream tea on arrival … 10/10

Such a fabulous B & B, the hosts are a friendly helpful couple who take wonderful care of their guests, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring this glorious area, would highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed at Bostcastle house back in August and what can I say! It is beautiful! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views from the back of the property are gorgeous and I had the best pancakes I think I have ever had… and that is a big statement for me. I would recommend this b&b to anyone staying around the area and wanting a lovely, relaxing break away. Plenty to see and do too. Thank you very much for my stay.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful B&B. Impeccable service, extremely comfortable bed, and the room was beautifully decorated. The breakfast is second to none. All cooked to order, with every personal taste accounted for. Lovely quiet and peaceful surroundings, can't wait to go back.

I can’t recommend Boscastle House strongly enough. My husband and I were so impressed with our entire stay, from our cream tea on arrival to the plethora of guide books in the entrance hall and then the surprise prosecco that arrived in our room to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday, everything has been thought of and it shows. Kim and Alan were wonderful hosts and they clearly care about their guests, we had lovely conversations with them each morning and they made some brilliant suggestions to help us plan our time.
Boscastle House is a beautiful luxury delivered with a wonderfully personal feel.

A warm welcome and a lovely Cornish cream tea, with fresh scones made by Alan on arrival! Our room was excellent and very comfortable. Our hosts Alan and Kim were very friendly, I wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10

Anyone who gives this level of attention needs to be visited.

Stayed over Easter weekend. Beautifully appointed big rooms with lots of extras including wine glasses, bottle openers, bath robes and sweet jar. Amazing breakfasts with daily specials. Couldn’t fault the hosts, nothing was too much trouble even for us runners, accommodated our early breakfast requests and even dried our muddy running shoes for us. Would recommend this B&B without hesitation and will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay over there, friendly staff, wonderful food and beautiful view. It’s so great.

Technically I am still loving it as I am still here. A beautiful, well kept property. A wonderful warm welcome. Lovely room. Everything you could need is available. Our hosts are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and provide lots of tips for enjoying your stay. The breakfast was great.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2017 and could not fault anything. Beautiful house, full of character. Our room was lovely — bed large and comfortable. Bathroom had a great shower and was very clean. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had! The hosts very friendly and could not do enough for us. We would highly recommend this beautiful Hotel and definitely plan to visit again soon.
