Fantastic service a lol round, nothing to much trouble, highly recommend.

Been staying here since Monday whilst house hunting, so far the staff are lovely, the rooms are very clean and the food in the adjoining pub is great. Can't fault it!

I have never sleep so good in my life the breakfast is amazing the staff are so nice I’m in room 24 first floor lovely size room as well so overall I would give this hotel a 9/10

Staff were very polite and knowledgeable, and we were made very welcome.

Nice comfortable hotel. Handy for visiting places on the north Cornish coast. Food in the restaurant is good quality too. I enjoyed my stay here in July so much that I was happy to come back again.

Not the best one I've stayed at. Staff not very polite. Food was poor.

Giving 4 stars would be 5 if the room had air con. Staff at the hotel are fantastic. Very helpful. Now the rating at the restaurant couldn't be further from 5*. Ordered bacon double steak burger. Didn't actually receive that. Tried in vain to get staff attention. When we finally did the food was cold. Tried to order vodka at the bar they ran out. So then ordered a gin and ginger ale. The young lad put it in a short whisky glass with ice, after I pointed out that there isn't room to put my mixer in it he then huffed and put it in a long glass. All gin glasses was broken apparently. I was given ginger beer by mistake, pointed out I wanted ginger ale he just said we haven't got any. They did have it, told him where it was top shelf second on left, he then got lid out of lid bin and pushed it back on the bottle and put it back in the fridge. The restaurant was such a key down we left and ended up at KFC across the road. Luckily they saved the day with excellent service and decent food.

Good place to stay. As a regular business user of the inn's it's a shame there isn't some sort of loyalty scheme in place. As most inn's I've been at, it's always been clean and tidy with friendly staff.

My wife and I stayed here on Sunday 1st July 2018 and were greeted with great warmth by the manager whose name was Emmerlea. She made sure we had everything we needed on a blistering hot day. This included fans and cool bed linen. I would say that she went over and above what we are accustomed to expect from premier Inn even to checking us in slightly early! And booking a table for us in the evening. We cannot praise her enough and believe she is a great asset to the company.

Such a friendly atmosphere and the staff were so helpful we could not been more pleased with it and will go again.

Premier Bodmin is a brilliant premier to come to staff a great, helpful and nothing is no trouble to help you… The table table restaurant is very very bad. My first day arrival they had no chicken, which is great when virtually every meal has chicken in it. It got worse and worse and in the end we started eating out.

Perfect stop over to start our holiday refreshed and fed and watered. Very friendly and attentive staff.

General aroma of sewage around the hotel only provided one set of towels for a room with 2 people staying. Was told this is apparently common practice but never seen this in another Premier inn. Better experienice at st Austel which isn't that much further on.

Bargain bed evening meal and breakfast with drink great selection for £45

Great location next to an Asda and OFF. Nice clean modern rooms and good meal deal package.

Rooms, usual good standard for Premier Inn, quiet. Breakfast in attached restaurant poor, basic & cold & bland, not good value.

Stayed there 1 night 7/5/18, lady on reception was brilliant very friendly and even told about Charlestown which when we found that evening was a delightful place. Rooms clean but very dated. Not enough coffee, tea or pillows. Had a drink in bar but that was very limited. Didn't have any food so can't really comment on that. Have stayed in a Premier Inn before in Ealing and that was superb. Definitely wouldn't go back to this one.

2 night stay. First night food was slow getting to table no garnish very bland on plate. Second night food looked lovely and much speedier service even though resturant was busy. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Computers were down so we couldn't pay for breakfast — no air conditioning wasn't a big issue for us at the time but it might be now! Love the comfortable beds, though, and the facilities were pristine as usual for P. I.

Nice little hotel friendly staff, clean could do with some work on the outside as it looks a bit dirty from outside but inside its quite cosy. Only downside to friendly staff is when it comes to badly behaved children they dont seem to be able to have a firm hand on them but they should be penalizing the parents that are in the bar area for that.

Nice hotel room and staff delivered my pizza to the door. Drinks at breakfast were warm : (

Good accommodation and connection to Bodmin town. Excellent service from staff with pleasant dining facilities.

It's a OK place. Restaurant attached to this place is disgusting. The tea/coffee cups appears to be rinsed and put out. They are laden with coffee or tea marks. Cutlery is not cleaned properly. Choice of food is limited.

Lovely place to stay with a great restaurant. And the lady on reception was so helpful and a joy to deal with.

I’ve just spent a week here and I was very pleased with the room, staff and food. The room is very clean and new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food spot on.

We always have a pleasant stay here. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The location is great for our needs and the 24 hour ASDA next door s great for supplies and cheap petrol.

Nice new premier inn with big tv. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Room was very nice, and staff were friendly. Easy to find, and the restaurant had a nice dinner and a nice buffet breakfast. Waiters were in good spirits, atmosphere was quaint and relaxing, and the room had everything you could ask for. Good night's stay.

Quiet location, fantastic room, exceptionally helpful staff. Table Table, however, most of the staff were great although they clearly were short staffed and worked all the hours god sends. The food was not acceptable in its presentation and quality.

Very nice place, will definitely stay again. The place is well kept and well run. The staff are really nice and friendly. Bed really comfy, food very nice. Great place.

Good enough. The only issue was machinery making quite a bit of noise until fairly late (we had a room at the back near the pub bit)

Great hotel, small and close to local amenities like Asda and next door to a good Table Table restaurant.

First night good service second night tearable service two and half hours to get a two course meal complained and got a refund.

We payed over £100 for a family room we where put on the 1st floor not a bad room the only thing wrong was we where opposite the only door to go down to the ground floor so when people came or went we could here them talking and banging bags against the door worst night sleep ever won't stay there again and if you are going to stay keep away from room 21

We stayed for 2 nights returning home today. Excellent! Friendly staff and a clean room, which looked reasonably newly decorated. The bathroom in particular was very welcoming and modern! We had breakfast both mornings, no complaints. The bacon was perfect, very tender. The quality and staff deserve 5 stars, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because the room was not air conditioned. It was nice to be provided with a fan, but had the room been air conditioned it would have made our stay that much more comfortable, as during the night we all found it a little difficult to sleep because it was muggy. Would I recommend? Absolutely! If we were looking for accommodation in this area again, we would return. Thank you for providing a lovely place to stay. :)

A very pleasant stay, with clean and well presented rooms. The only downside was that the catering staff were overrun at breakfast, resulting in a longish wait for the cooked food.

Big, modern, clean and comfortable room — very nice. And really nice restaurant. Great location for touring Cornwall.

The room was lovely, never stayed at a premier inn before. Came down in the morning with my other half. And we said: we booked for breakfast. The girl showed us where the cereals were, and then we sat down. We thought this is expensive for £17.50 just to have cereal and juice. I then asked the waitress "are we having a breakfast as we payed so much just for cereal" her attitude was rude "I was waiting for you but you both walked off" clearly she knew she took us to the breakfast bar. Apart from that was a good stay!

Had a great stay and the food was lovely.

Had 2 family rooms as not enough room for 3 boys and a baby so cost a bit more which is not good But over all the hotels really clean staff are amazing and the rooms are fantastic! Best premier inn I have stayed at and one of the best hotels I've stayed at Be nice if they offered a package deal for larger families.

An extremely pleasant Premier Inn hotel. Like all Premier Inns, you know what you're going to get, etc. However this one at Bodmin exceeded our expectations, although service at the bar during the afternoon was a bit slow, but this was due to some problems the staff were experiencing with equipment.

Stayed a couple of times now just what you want for a couple of nights in Cornwall. Very friendly staff.

I've stayed here many times and it's a great base for exploring Cornwall. There's a 24 hour ASDA right next door with a fuel station that takes credit/debit cards directly at the pump so whatever you forget to take on your holiday can be bought easily. It's clean, quiet and has a great pub built on the side. It's a bit more expensive than some other hotels in the area but you get a good nights sleep and everything on your doorstep.

OMG what a lovely place for the price would defiantly stay again.
