Staff were great as were the rooms lots of extras and lovely big soft beds. We only had breakfast which I wasn’t very impressed with certainly compared with other 4 star hotels. I spent a lot of time looking for things that had run out. Queued at the one coffee machine for ages. But a great hotel for staying in the centre of Bristol.

The staff and food have been amazing here with lovely rooms, the bath robe and slippers and the attention to detail have made it such an enjoyable stay.

Beat hotel in Bristol, we also go there from Germany and stay in the hotel, fantastic staff and the shopping center is just over the road that’s just heaven for me, so clean the beds are just amazing and comfortable.

The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink was very nice. It was very handy with the shopping centre across the road. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel was excellent all round!
I stayed in your hotel several weeks ago and didn’t leave a review but now I’m back in Bristol and sadly at a different hotel.
Being here has made me realise how great the stay with you was.
Rooms excellent, staff excellent, location excellent, facilities (including free parking) excellent, plus working EV chargers! Oh and breakfast also excellent! (Avocado on English muffin with perfectly poached eggs).
Thank you for a wonderful stay, when I’m back in Bristol next I’m definitely coming to stay at futures inn!

Wow! One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely greeting after a long day and late flight we couldn't wait to sleep. Room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Huge bed, soooo comfortable. The little touches are what make this hotel stand out. Bottled water in the rooms… wine glasses ice bucket corkscrew (always a winner! ) but rather unexpected was the fluffy white robe and slippers. This room has everything you could need. We also ate lunch in the restaurant in the hotel. Again fabulous. Everything here is to a high standard and great value for money. 100 percent recommend.

Not a bad hotel. Very comfortable and hospitable. Only issue is the lifts. They are very slow and I have not seen one work for about 3 years. Otherwise, very nice to stay with easy access to Bristol.

This is a great hotel for travellers and visitors to Bristol looking to stay in the centre of the city and who intend to spend more time walking about than in the room. The rooms themselves are fine — spacious, fairly well-appointed, and large king beds. Bathroom facilities are very sufficient as well. The amenities are adequate and service is fast, although professionalism is replaced by more informal banter; however this works well for a hotel like this. This is a higher-end budget hotel where everything works well without any additional bells and whistles. The location is fantastic and car parking is free. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Great experience. Staff at the desk are nice and helpful. Rooms are well organised and laid out nicely. Restaurant downstairs is a bit overpriced but the hotel is right next to the town centre so loads of eating places available within walking distance. Free parking available too.

Clean and neat hotel. They provide free 500ml water bottles and cookies/biscuits (different terms depending on your local terminology). The staff were friendly but some of them had heavy accents that are hard to understand. Hotel is very conveniently across the street from Cabot circus. Big shopping area, lots of places to eat. It's about 11 min. Walk from Bristol Central Bus Station and 17 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads.

Our family of four stayed here for overnight. This hotel had a great location, just located at the heart of Bristol besides Cabot Circus shopping center. The room was spacious, easily fitting all of us; the room was also very clean. Parking was validated by hotel but you still need to pay a small portion of it. Overall we liked it and highly recommended.

Nice rooms. Rooms were nice and quiet we had room 108. Breakfast good. Excellent location. Free car parking during stay.

Good location near city centre. Pleasant helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was a treat. Free parking in next door multi storey. Just take a ticket at barrier then get it endorsed at hotel reception before taking your car out.

Great hotel, plenty of rooms to make it easy to get a room. Lovely comfortable beds. Great service from all staff. Rooms where high standard and well fitted. Would defiantly stay here again next time I go to Bristol.

A clean, modern hotel, in a very convenient location in Bristol, immediately opposite the Cabot shopping complex. We travelled as a couple to see the Don McLean concert at Colston Hall. A 20 minute walk from the hotel. We returned by taxi after the concert for £7. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, easily answering our questions. We had to park up adjacent to the hotel to check in and take our luggage to the room, then park the car in the next door car park. The ticket is validated by the hotel and before leaving the car park, the validated ticket must be entered into the car park payment machine. There is no car park charge. It is free. Next time though, as long as we do not have heavy cases, we will park the car first and then walk next door to the hotel, as this saves getting back into the traffic immediately after arrival. A free map of Bristol is available at check-in, plus flavoured water and muffins! The room has tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, walk in shower, room safe, and toiletries. It was very clean. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. We slept well. In future we will look at gigs in Bristol rather than London because we had such a good time!

Only visit conference rooms but these are always well equipped and the staff are very polite and obliging. Good coffee machine and access to different types of tea. Lunch always good quality with range of wraps, sandwiches, cakes and fruit. I can only score on the conferencing facilities but give it 5 stars.

A good location was important to us — tick. Good value is always a bonus which it was. Nice and clean — big tick. The room was cleaned on day two and fresh towels provided — big tick. The hotel is competent but let down by some really simple things. Firstly, the bed was terrible and gave my wife a bad back. Secondly, the shower head wouldn’t adjust and was positioned at 90 degrees resulting in it spraying in our faces. It can be a bit noisy and we heard footsteps, voices and whistling from the corridor. No big deal but if it was really busy then it might have been. Our room was a the back of the hotel which meant no road noise. Small details like cheapo shower gel and shampoo were disappointing. Additionally the toilet roll felt like it came from a builders merchants. So, lots of room for improvement but mainly on small but important details, especially the bed! “How was your stay? ”. No idea, we were not asked on checkout.

Great location. Good standard of room. The restaurant down stairs seems like it is run by a different company. Pretty messy/ tables full of crumbs even after being reset (happened on all 3 mornings) On the third morning, I checked out on the way to breakfast. When I got there I was told that I couldn't have breakfast as I had already checked out!. Had to complain to get served. I'd probably not book breakfast here again.

Easy check-in room was tidy and spacious. Best thing is that parking is free, you park in the main multi-story for Cabot circus. We parked there at 9 and left the following day at 12. The hotel validated our ticket and we paid nothing for the parking brilliant. Thoroughly impressed.

Good location, good inclusive items — free breakfast (didn't come down in time to eat there though! ), free parking at Cabot circus, and even the free bottles of water. The room we got was very clean and appeared to be in good condition. The shower had good pressure and temperature too. The towers all had an odd odour and had obviously been over laundered or bleached as they were very rough and tore a little when being used. I found that to be the same condition as they were when I last stayed there. I think better towels or cleaning regime perhaps needs to be implemented?

Great venue. For parties and events. Lots of room for around 100-200 people and located in a great spot near buses and trains. Booking prices are reasonable for the area, the downside I experienced was some lack of on site facilities for hire like tables and chairs which made it awkward to fit out rooms.

Stayed here overnight in a superior double room. Clean comfortable and very quiet considering it's right on a busy road. Restaurant good quality tasty food, reasonably priced.

Good hotel with inclusive parking. The room was relatively clean, the bathroom was spotless. It is a bit worn in places but very presentable. The bar area is also very comfortable. It is located next to the Cabot Circus so it is conveniently located for the city centre, Temple Meads station and the local tourist attractions. Would stay again.

Good size hotel based in the city centre. The car park is at the cabbot circus car park but the hotel will validate your ticket from 16:00 — 10:00. Rooms are very spacious, tea and coffee are provided, bed very computer only downfall is the gap under the door let's light through but other than that — really good hotel. Would recommend.

After a cancelled flight and traveling in snowy, icy, minus temperatures from Gatwick to Bristol which took nearly 7 hours and many delayed and cancelled trains the future inn was a welcomed sight, warm, comfortable and inviting the staff were fantastic! The room was lovely and better still with the weather being so cold they provide a robe and slippers (I was over the moon! ) they have a hair drier and an iron which was perfect, The food was lovely both evening meal and breakfast, and really affordable! I’d recommend this hotel to everyone! 5star service at really affordable prices, I can not speak more highly of them!

1st time in Bristol. Great location right next to the shopping centre and everything in the city centre. King size bed and they support us with everything we needed. Loved the size of the shower too! Great place to stay would stay here again!

Not the cheapest, but everything was very good. The room looked exactly as advertised. Wi-Fi worked without any issues. Clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Parking included, despite the slightly weird note on their web site.

My room was spacious, fresh and clean. Housekeeping visited daily. Food very nice, freshly cooked and prepared, although a little pricey. Staff very polite, attentive and helpful. Any issues were dealt with promptly and effectively.

Very nice hotel, literally across the road from Cabot Circus shopping centre. Free parking is a huge bonus. Our room was lovely, exactly as per the cover photo here with the addition of a table and two chairs by the window. Sadly the bed was too soft and we kept rolling into the middle, but some like a soft bed. Little touches like a fluffy bathrobe and slippers, mints on the bed and bottles of water alongside the tea and coffee were lovely. Breakfast selection was the normal, full English and continental. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit.

Really comfy and well situated hotel. The free parking is in the Cabot circus multi storey car park which is awkward if you have a lot of luggage but being free is a big plus and rare in Bristol. The rooms are spacious and very comfy. The hotel is kept well but showing age in places. Did have a bit of an issue with front desk staff being rather blunt and not that welcoming. Would still recommend this hotel to anyone coming for the shops or town centre.

On a one night stay, company booked for me and after only being here an hour I'm very impressed. Great rooms with everything you need (even a choc on the bed). Very friendly helpful staff and a great restaurant. After a stressful journey I'm now very chilled and looking forward to a shower and putting on the robe and slippers :)

Parking is free in Cabot Circus (a safe and well lit car park in comparison to others in the area) and the breakfast is good value (cooked breakfast, fruit, cereal, pastries). Rooms are quite big and cleaned daily. Perfectly located for easy access to the city centre and Cabot Circus.

Fantastic service! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! I am the organiser of The McGuire Programme, a course that helps people who stammer. We held our course here this week and we are regular customers to the Future Inn! The service was faultless. Rooms were brilliant, the customer service was fantastic. The staff here are amazing and really work hard. Never once did they get inpatient with me despite us making a few booking mistakes (which the staff soon helped us to sort it out). I don't understand how anyone could ever ever leave a bad comment about this lovely hotel! Thank you so much for everything we all appreciate it! A special shout out to Marlon, Fraser, and I can't remember the other guys names but they were two men who quite often worked together! A darker guy and a blonde guy. Thank you so so so much!

Great night stay. Decent room for the price. Staff could be a bit more welcoming. Other than that, it was fine.

Great location — very central with many shops/restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and clean with a huge bed. There was plenty of storage space and I appreciated the air con, especially when the bedding was so cosy. Stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast on both mornings — a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. Vegetarian sausages were available on request.

Staff Very helpful and friendly. Room very good. Just one little moan Breakfast Very good but hate putting hot food on cold plates but again staff took my plate away to heat up before I added my breakfast.

Good location, close to the motorway so easy to get to and there are plenty of shops and restraunts within 5 minutes walk. The room was really nice, good hot shower, quiet despite the location, huge comfy bed, only complaint would be the dry air, windows don't open and aircon seemed to switch itself on, but hopefully they can look into that. Didn't have this problem on previous visits.

Stayed for one night with my 10mth old son while my daughter was in the hospital with my wife. The free parking saved us a lot of money over our stay and the room was good value. A very large comfortable bed was useful after my son refused to sleep in his cot. Nice large room, bathroom was of a good standard with a large shower unit. The staff were helpful, especially when it came to cancelling a second night after the early discharge of my daughter — no quibbles as it was before 1400. My only negative is that one light switch controls all the lights, so I needed my phone's torch to move around after my son's bedtime.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern rooms. Stayed for 2 nights bed and breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazingly powerful. The breakfast selection was great, regularly topped up with fresh products. Great restaurant and the hotel is positioned perfectly in Bristol. Added bonus of free carparking.

Lovely hotel room (superior twin) fantastic sized rooms great facilities. Well placed in Bristol centre. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

Future Inn Bristol, nice room and good service.

Future Inns location is perfect for city centre exploration since it is directly linked to Cabot Circus carpark — immediately off the end of the M32 almost. Plus, you get free parking with your stay, it's amazing value. Our room was spacious and well kept, with nothing broken or dirty that I noticed. — and even with the city centre location on a Friday night, the place was remarkably quiet too. And the service we received at both check-in and check-out was exemplary, fast, effective service whilst remaining friendly. I've no poor criticisms for the staff what so ever.

Hotel is very close to Cabot Circus. The parking is at the multi storey associated with the shopping centre and the entrance is not well signposted. The lady in the desk could not have been less interested if she had of tried and barely managed to grunt out my room number before going back to chatting with the other staff. The hotel itself is clean and tidy although one of the towels was slightly threadbare. I was amused at the sign asking guests not to steal the bathrobes, but I'm not sure anyone would want to they where so thin. The man on the desk when I checked out was friendly and cheerful, but appeared to know better than to ask how my stay was. The parking is yours until 1pm according to the receptionist and 10am according to the website. I trusted neither and left at 9.

Quite a decent hotel. Conveniently located next to a shopping mall with parking available there. Rooms are simple but spacious and quiet. Bathrooms with shower are comfortable. Hotel is kept clean and staff is friendly.

I stayed for a couple of nights in Future Inns. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities you could want. The large bed made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic. The bar did the job for a nice pleasant drink before heading out on the town. All the staff were very courtelus and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant night's stay. King bed with chocolate pillow mints. Spacious room with a large TV and bathroom. Free parking definitely a plus. Right next to the shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Not sound proof. Could hear road noise and corridor noise outside the room, not a horrendous issue however.

Stayed here for a stag doo the place is fantastic twin king size beds in the room and breakfast was fab too, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay very near the city centre, only advice I would give is book early to keep the cost down.

Close to downtown shopping centre and highway if you proceed north. Great hotel with the Jazz bar specialty every Thursday night.

Beautiful modern rooms, good location; Parking in the Park house next door; the Pub in the vicinity.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated in central Bristol close to all amenities. The hotel offers free parking and Wi-Fi throughout. The breakfast is buffet style offering a good standard of quality items in a relaxed atmosphere. Parking is at the Cabot circus next door, a huge new multi storey / shopping centre / cinema / dining complex. Simply park, obtain a ticket, validate at hotel before returning to car. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a huge comfortable bed.

Went to Future Inns for the Bristol animecon. The function rooms were very reasonable the place seemed clean, tidy, well prepared and organised. Nothing to complain about!

We were Allocated the wrong type of room at check in. There was no solution to the problem. We were reimbursed for the error. The hotel was overall pleasant. The Rooms were modern, beds were comfy, food was excellent and the staff where helpful.

Room was lovely. Location was great. Slightly cold in the room and some of the front desk staff could do with a smile, but some were very friendly! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Location is easy to get to. Refreshments are adequate but coffee is freeze dried; not fresh. Conference rooms get quite hot.

A clean modern location with "on the ball" staff. Modern clean rooms with a shower that will peel skin off your back (nice) good quality food in sensible size portions the ribs nearly done me! Jazz night on Thursdays. If I had a mistress I would definitely bring her here to smash her back doors in!

The room was very clean with comfortable bed, good space and good quality shower. The staff were friendly and service efficient. Close proximity of the hotel to Bristol city centre restaurants and nightlife. The Cabot circus car park can be tricky to locate in busy traffic.

Bland uninspiring, staff are OK. My overnight welcomed me to a bathroom with a dangerous cracked floor tile (? ) and a very large stain in the carpet (yeuurgh! ). Room changed room marginally better, but both seemed tired and 'used'. Breakfast was a disaster, reception was not '. Good morning. ' but '. Room number? ' Then nothing else, just get on with it I suppose. Served in the dungeon with radio & TV sound blaring out simultaneously of course. Cooked breakfast buffet style struggled to please — barely lukewarm, bacon was not even cooked. Oddly I decided to get out of here sharpish, using the stinking stairwell/fire exit apparently regularly used as a toilet — disgusting! Best bit — Free car parking… and finding Phoenix pub next door.

This place is amazing the staff that where working on the 12th help me and me girlfriend out when we had on other place to go the staff that where working that night thank you so much for your help.
