Lovely clean friendly hotel, but did this same tour in June and the evening meal which wasn’t very nice was exactly the same, so many people on both coach trips were unhappy with it, but the breakfast has an amazing choice can’t fault it.

This place is a perfect hotel for a city break. The staff where all friendly and helpful, the rooms where well presented and clean. Definitely be going back here the next time im in Bristol. The only downside is that there isn't much parking and it's pretty expensive to park, other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Rather modern hotel, well located in the centre of Bristol. The staff is efficient. The room is clean but the bathroom rather simple. The hotel does not encourage ecology with the systematic renewal of lotions, shower gels and towels. Breakfast is well made and diversified.

The staff were lovely and the restaurant has both casual and slightly more formal dining. The food was great! I have to say that my highlight was the office chairs and desks in the room! I was on a work trip and very much missed my chair back home. This was a great place to get some work done in a comfortable setting.

Hilton hotels are our go to when away from home. This one is smaller than some of the ones we've stayed in previously, but the service was good as is the case always. We had an issue with the room which was resolved nicely. There is a sweet little park just opposite the hotel so it's great to burn some energy off if you're travelling with kids. The night we stayed there was a stag do in one corner of the park organised by the people who were living in Hilton.

Fairly small room but great facilities. Nice wide range of breakfast options. Plug socket by the bed! Fridge and safe, comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom with an excellent shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All clean and tidy. Llies very central. All within walking distance. To linger next door is the small Temple Garden.

First walked in and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, checked me in and I went up to the room. It was a twin and there was ample room for the two of us to feel comfortable. Bathroom was a touch small but served its purpose. Tea tray was well stocked and had green tea! Plug sockets were awkwardly placed but otherwise cannot complain. Would stay again.

Typical Hilton experience; clean & good staff. Evening meal was very nice and the burger I had was one of the best I'd ever had. Breakfast was well cooked and the guy cooking eggs was the nicest person on the hotel! Parking is very limited and extra. No where near enough spaces for that size of hotel.

Visited for afternoon tea with my family, and was very surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff were especially with our 3 year old son, the lady that served us was great. The afternoon tea was lovely, will definitely be going back! A very enjoyable afternoon.

Good facilities and good hotel. It has staff that speaks Spanish and gives you the explanations and recommendations when your level of English is not very high. This close to the station for my taste has a very good location.

Fantastic staff in all areas exceptionally clean rooms cleaned every day. Right in the centre of city walking distance to lots of things. Very reasonably priced. Our stay was unexpected due to flight delays but the staff went above and beyond to help us in every way definitely will be going back.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was warm, quiet and spacious. The service was excellent. The bed was a little hard for my liking but not too bad as I had a decent sleep so I'm not complaining! Overall, highly recommended.

Fab hotel for great prices! The staff were really accommodating, friendly and always willing to help you. The hotel is also in the centre of Bristol which of course is very close to lots of bars restaurants etc. The hotel itself had a great bar and restaurant (the breakfast is delicious with everything you could want). Although I didn't have a car with me there is parking available, but of course you need to call in advance to book it. Over all really impressed with the room for the cost. With great services!

Very clean hotel with pleasant staff members. Good selection of alcoholic beverages and the breakfast is also fantastic! I stayed here whilst away on business and the rooms were kept to a 5* standard and minimal noise during the night also.

Often stay here when travelling down to Bristol for work. Ideally located just behind the train station. I usually fly, get the A1 flyer to Temple Meads and walk out the back of the station across to the hotel. Staff on the desk recently have been fantastic. Had one minor issue a while back but then my flight had been delayed and I wasn't in the best mood. Always seem to get a decent price too and the rooms are just as good as any other hotel in Bristol.

Second time in a week I've had the pleasure of staying here. All the staff are fantastic! Very clean and smart place. Breakfast is point, plenty of options and tasty. Great place to chill after a long day at work for me. Will also keep in mind as first option if I'm visiting Bristol on more of a leisure occasion. Highly recommend.

Very good location Just a step away from Bristol Temple Meads train station. Also very close to the historical and commercial center of the city. Good facilities and spacious rooms. All at a good price. I would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly staff, both the front desk as well as food services and housekeeping. The room is perfect for business travellers with a comfortable desk chair, adequate charging outlets, with plenty of space. The beds are a bit stiff, but not completely uncomfortable. Location is near some amenities yet is very quiet.

Good room size, clean quiet and spacious. Free internet. Nice comfortable beds. A great self service breakfast. Ample parking, though there is a charge for parking. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to return in future.

We went here for as a 30th birthday party weekend 8 of us I loved how polite and nice the staff were even the 2 that must have thought we were mad drunk people wen we couldn't get our key to work haha they were great in helping us get in and settled the room was well equipped with a bed time cuppa with lovely comfy bed and pillows u just sink into the rooms seem sound proof as we didn't hear our friends come back next door who had a little mini party themselfs apparently and we didn't hear anything so that was a bonus no noise and the breakfast well what can I say lovely and fresh and would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Friendly staff on reception. Place looked modern and tidy. The room was quite small but well laid out, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but I would still prefer staying here than some dingy Travelodge. Parking was available on first cime first served basis at £16 per night. Ouch. I guess this is acceptable in the centre of Bristol.

Great hotel. The staff are the best very helpful and friendly. From the reception to the restaurant and the kitchen staff. Just ask and they go out their way to help you. A great place to stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasant surprise. Staff were polite helpful and friendly. The decor was modern and stylish. Afternoon tea is highly recommended. The scones melted in your mouth.

Very central location. Rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds. Staff were all extremely friendly. The small gym was very good for it's size too. Highly recommended!

Visit for a stag party. Nice place. Limited parking although to be expected with location. Shower very hot or very could but overalls good.

1 night business stay. No complaints, excellent and helpful staff. Room was clean and fresh. Coffee/tea provided. Nice lot of premium soaps and lotions etc. Restaurant has something for everyone, recommend the chicken curry. Car parking is limited so get your space early since I saw it full from around 3pm. Overall excellent and I would stay again.

Very good service. Polite and professional. Here for a three day conference and it is clean and well-kept. The room is a little smaller than expected, but has great facilities (including a fridge) and the shower room is lovely. Not enough plugs near the bed for phone charging, but that isn't a huge problem.

We were on a budget trip so what we got was ok for the money, however if I had paid top price I would have been disappointed. The room was small and the bathroom had just enough room to stand in it. The bed was awful, very hard and could feel the springs but it was clean. The air con was poor and very noisy so couldn't use it in the night. The food was ok for the money we paid but was a bit bland. Breakfast was good but a bit in the layout. We thought there was a heated roof terrace with views over the gardens but it turned out to be tables outside the restaurant on the pavement, I think the paperwork needs reviewing!

The room and staff were excellent along with the location.
I have read many good reviews on the dining at this Hilton, I have to say I thought it was terrible. Both myself and my Wife thought the food was very bland and overpriced, I had Lamb which was well under cooked and gave me a bad stomach all night which resulted in many trips to the toilet that night.
I would recommend a stay at this Hilton, but would advise dining elsewhere. The parking could also be a little cheaper for guests.

Hotel is a bit dated, room is fairly small but it is cosy and has a friendly atmosphere compared to the other business-inclined hotels.

The good: Staff is very friendly and attentive. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is big and clean too. The hotel in general is clean. OK view on small park at the back. The bad: Bed too small, very springy and noisy. AC (or ventilation or something) constantly running in the room means you never get silence. It's a step-up from Premier Inn and co, but don't expect a palace because of the Hilton name. Wife wasn't impressed at all.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. It was a short walk to town and the staff were happy to recommend places to go and give directions. The only minor issue is there isn't a lot of parking for the hotel.

Well located, you reach the center in five minutes. Comfortable room, modern and functional. The staff of reception and restaurant very friendly and always ready to help you.

The hotel has a large noticeable front just off an easy main road making it easy to find. Parking is limited and cramped as to you would expect in Bristol but I was lucky enough to find a space directly opposite the entrance. The reception area is nicely decorated but far from grand. The checking was seamless and lifts quick to respond upon heading to my room. The room itself was opposite the stairs and quite compact. The bathroom was so small I couldn't sit on the loo straight because my legs fouled on the door. The shower was nice and spacious. In room amenities were good with toiletries, plenty of tea, milk and coffee, iron, etc. One notable feature was the large TV at approx 42"+ The bed was EXTREMELY firm. I felt the same aches and pains as you feel when camping. I have a pretty firm bed at home so was able to manage with it. I didn't have time for breakfast but from what I saw it looked pleasant enough with a decent offering. Checkout was easy but the male receptionist didn't speak at all and I had to ask if everything was okay as if I were a child in school asking to be excused.

Was kind of disappointing for a Hilton. Small rooms, repeating lunch and dinner, super slow tv, okish internet… If you don't get the good price its jos ok…

Stayed for 3 days with husband who was on business. Would love to praise Laszlo Hajnal and Miguel Perlando for their fantastic attentive service throughout our stay! Their constant cheerfulness was one of the reasons we stayed in the bar.

Comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant.

Be aware if your room is too hot tell reception. Good hotel with good amenities, our air conditioning was very warm though so had difficulty sleeping, upon check out we let the reception know and they said they can control the air conditioning remotely and cool the room down more than we could. This really annoyed us but on reflection the hotel is in a quiet location and it is overall at a high standard.

We stayed here in early May 2014 and found it to be very clean comfortable with good free Wi-Fi and a very good breakfast. I like to stay in Hilton properties because I do not like surprises like noise, lousy beds or mean people. This place has NONE of these. It is in the form of your top shelf Hiltons. Great city center location and easy walking to Temple Meads train and the tourist areas around the docks. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet, but close enough for a pleasant walk back. The room was well presented and the staff helpful. However there is not enough on-site parking for the amount of rooms available, so be prepared to park on the street or pay and display. At the weekend (or on a bank holiday) this was free but worth keeping in mind because they do not make this clear before hand. Overall I think the Hilton Garden Inn is great for a cheap weekend away and would recommend it.

Such a nice hotel right in the city center. Our room was quite nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We had a delicious rich breakfast! We're booking again for a city break with friends in November. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Very good value for money. The rooms have all the facilities you need for a city trip, if it is a computer, radio alarm clock or an ironing board. Only the flush was a bit difficult for us to get used to, as continental Europeans.
